They over tightened my canister cap to where it cracked And had a small oil leak. I took It to Another take 5 in Wesley chapel that told me they couldn t fix it nor Take it off. I call This location and no one answered. Left a messages about the situation and no one called me back. I had To go big a metal canister cap at an auto parts store and take my car to a mechanic because the they ruined it and My car was continuously leaking oil.

The guys were all very nice, the service was super quick and easy. They recommended which oil to use next time for my car and explained why, but were not pushy at all. They offered me water while my oil was changed. They also showed me my oil filter and let me know that it s still look good. Overall service was great.

I had a pleasant experience visiting this Brandon Take 5. I was assisted immediately and welcomed with a cold bottle of water. The gentlemen were very kind and helpful with my oil change. Service was quick and easy. Great bang for my buck. Will definitely be a return customer.

It was my first time coming to a Take 5. I was greeted with bottled water and friendly staff. The time it took to change my oil was pretty much the time it took to pay. I liked that they didn't pressure me into any extra services or upselling too. They simply offered and made me aware of my options. I'll definitely be back!

Jason and Timothy were awesome !! I was in and out. They offered other services that would benefit my car but I declined. They topped off my fluids, checked my tires and even wipes my windshield. They were very polite and professional. Definitely coming back!

The staff are very nice and very attentive they are not intrusive at all I give them a five star. However your establishment is a big rip off when it comes to oil change prices they are off the hook and so expensive. Ridiculously expensive outrageously expensive!!

I only stopped to get air in my tires because my warning light was on but, they had me pull in and did all my tires and washed my windows for me!!! I offered a tip and the manager politely refused because "That's his job anyways." Based on just tire service I'm definitely liking Take 5.

Such a great experience. Great customer service from (I believe his name was) Jason. He answered all my questions, took care of me quickly and efficiently and didn't feel salesy and pushy like wt some places. Thanks so much!

I stopped at one store on highway 60 near regency square for oil change. I paid $96 for synthetic oil & filter change. Plus the technician was not able to reset my Honda pilot odometer oil change light he said sorry please take it to advance parts they will help you sometimes Honda and Nissan gives hard time .

This place quick very friendly and nice.And they know how to take care of European car.I am so grateful and thankful that I stopped by.I'm no longer going to my dealership.For oil changes, I'm coming straight to this place.Thank you guys.Your employees and management is awesome. 3 thumbs up

The BEST OF THE BEST the advised me that my filters had MOLD that I was breathing in. I got the car at the end of December beginning of January from courtesy Toyota and the did NOT change the filter I have a video of the different from Courtesy Toyota VS THE BEST take 5 . Thank you take 5 you not only helped my vehicle, but also MY Lungs.

Take 5 bought out America Oil just opened 2 weeks ago. I was seriously impressed by service. Super fast , working as a team, and even gave me a cold water while I waited. Free top off for 3 months was a bonus.I will definitely be back. Thanks for great service

I usually only write good reviews but unfortunately I won t be returning to this Take 5 again after being told that the oil I always get, was not available, then told it was not made for my car, then told I could get it. The sales pitches are horrendous. I will give the owner one very special advice, STOP THE MADNESS!!! Let your workers get tips, because they need to make extra money besides trying to up-sell everything. So disappointing!!

Was explained that the total was one price and was charged something different. Have been coming to high 5 for years and never had this type of issue. I will now be finding a new place to get my oil change. So disappointed

These guys are the BEST!! I went in for an oil change and they went above and beyond. I had a tire issue and they fixed it no charge. I had something falling under the car and they fixed that as well. They are quick and friendly!! Thank you guys!!

I ve yet to have a bad experience at any Take 5 locations, but this particular location is my favorite. It s fast, decently priced, and the techs are pleasant and down to earth.

Less than 20 miles leaving all the oil leaked out due to a bad oil filter seal by technician Xavier. This was determined by an indepenent mechaniac Take 5 had my car towed to. I would warn anyone to stay away. Videos show oil trail.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
