Thursday afternoon arrival...took me right in. Welcomed me and got to work. Guys were very professional, friendly and helpful. Their service was quick and very competitively priced. Used an online coupon too. I highly recommend them for oil changes.

I visited the location on SR 60 in Brandon FL. The techs were so nice and made it a fun experience. They weren t able to change my air filter due to selling the last one prior to me going. But stated if I got one and brought it in they would change it for me. They kept me informed on what was happening every step of the way.Jesse & Joe were amazing !!

I wish I knew the names of the guys who serviced us at the take 5 in Brandon so I could shout them out but never the less they were really awesome! As soon as our car pulled in they had an unfortunate issue happen with their computer system and despite any snafoos they had a great positive attitude. They offered us water, communicated everything to us without trying to sell us anything extra, they worked well as a team and were really friendly, efficient and honest. I HIGHLY recommend the Brandon location. Great service!

I love coming here because they offer you water and you can sit in your car then before you know it you're done and ready to go. Fast and efficient while being kind. Repeat customer here. 10/10

Nice people. But there seems to be a lack of experience. The lead guy was very knowledgeable and was able to tell the others exactly what my car needed right off the top of his head. The name indicates that it only takes 5minutes but I was there for over a half an hour. I am not sure what the other companies charge but I had to pay over $100 which seems rather high. That is over $25 more than I paid at the dealer. I will try other shops for the cost, but if you need a fairly quick oil change then go here.

I came in early on a Sunday and these guys did a bang up job and were fast! They were very friendly and helpful. I m bringing my fleet vehicle here as well as my personal from now on. Great job guys!

Arrived at your location on a Friday morning at 10am. There were 3 bays open with 2 cars each in them. I thought it would be nice and quick and make it to work by 11 and be fine. When I got closer to my turn, I noticed only 2 people actually working the entire business. It took me an hour and a half to get a "5 minute" oil change. The guys working were upbeat and friendly but definitely feeling the pressure of keeping up with the cars. If I could have backed up 30 minutes in, you would have lost my business. I hope you can staff your store more effectively in the future!

I showed up without an appt which I typically wouldn t do but regardless they got me in once I arrived. Told me I had another issue I needed to address and gave my knowledge on how it affects my car, so I appreciate the time to explain things and also having what I needed on hand. I didn t get everyone s name who helped me to give them the acknowledgment they deserve but I got the managers name Dee, so thank you and the two other guys for the speedy service and friendliness

Out of all the Take 5 locations I ve been to Brandon location has been the best! Great atmosphere with knowledgeable staff who are courteous. They ensure you re comfortable even if it s in your own vehicle, they make sure you re understanding the information they provide you on the services you are recommending and those your vehicle may need.

Gave cold water. Nice greeterDid not put air in tires. I was in such a hurry after being there almost an hour, I didn t know that until I saw my cars tire gauge. Also did not reset my oil life gauge. Technician looked at it and said it probably doesn t have a reset. it does, because they did it for me before. I told him it was there, but he just walked away to wave me out .Told me how much extras were but didn t tell me what they did. The actual tech who changed my oil smiled as he showed me the new oil on dipstick. Very nice. I ve been there several times. This is the worst experience that I have had. It was definitely overpriced for the inconvenient wait and the inconsistent service.

When I pulled up a gentleman came out to greet me, very politely asked if I was here for an oil change. Not even 5 minutes later I was pulling out. Excellent Service!! I will be back

Service was quick and cordial. I used a coupon and save a few dollars. The only minus was that my tire pressure was not checked. The report showed the standard pressure for both front and rear tires. I came in with a LOW TIRE PRESSURE alert on my dash and left with it still on. I took care of properly inflating the tires myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The service was efficiently performed. I really have a problem with the call center who quoted me $51.99 for a synthetic oil change, when that was not the case. Also the technician said that they do that to get you to drive your in but that is the low conventional grade that is not for Synthetic oil changes. I find that mistrustful and manipulative. I will be checking other places before trying Take 5 again. The return tag for the windshield also says come back 3000 miles, not 6000-9000 miles, as synthetic oil allows. Seems like another way to get you back in before it is necessary. Not Cool.

No matter which location I visit for service to my vehicle I am always greeted with respect in a friendly manner. Recently I visited the Seffner location for service but I was unknowingly too early. When checking in, I was informed of that fact and the service technician checked my fluid levels, added as needed, and adjusted my tire pressure in each tire all for free! The service technician then took the time to properly adjust the reminder in my vehicle and replaced the reminder sticker on my windshield.When it became time for my oil change I visited the Brandon location. Again, I was greeted with respect in a friendly manner. Although I was preoccupied with my smartphone, the technician checked in my vehicle and promptly serviced my vehicle without asking repeated questions which were asked and answered at earlier visits and before I knew it, the job was done. When I checked out, the technician reminded me that I was qualified for a military discount.I received fast friendly service at a discount price without having to redirect my attention to the service I needed and received with confidence that the service was completed with quality in a professional manner. What more can I ask? Thank you Take Five.

Everyone was AWESOME! The team was managing the long lines and keeping the flow. I could not honk my horn because it doesn't work right now but if I could have I would have made sure to do so. The young lady was in there like she had been there for years. They were ALL so professional and courteous.

My son brought his car here for his 1st oil change in his car. The guys were great! They explained everything to my son and were very thorough about the process. His car is running great. I'll be bringing my vehicle here next time I need my oil changed.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Had my oil changed this morning, 2hrs later I went to leave for a 200 mile work trip and found oil on my driveway. Looked under my truck and see that my skid plate is full of oil. Looked at the oil filter housing to see it tighten down crooked and oil dripping out of it. Called the phone number for the location just to be sent to voicemail that is full. Now waiting on the corporate office to call me...Update, the manager from the shop came out to my home to look at the problem. Tightened everything up, pressure tested and refilled the oil. Seems to be ok now.Service: Oil change

My dad and I went to take 5 because our regular oil change place didn t have the oil filter for my car. So we pull in with a line of 6 cars including us but instead of dividing and servicing 3 cars at a time they worked together on 1 car at a time making the process much slower. We waited for over an hour just for an employee named Jesse to insult my car and complain about removing the skid plate to drain the oil. Which is his job. Then kept asking questions about the fire extinguisher under the hood of my car that is in all new model Mercedes. However. Shawn was amazing explaining everything going on and how it might take a little longer because of the skid plate which I was completely ok with. I would definitely give Shawn a 10/10 on customer service but Jesse was rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable which I have never felt before when I have gotten an oil change. To say the least I will not be going back.

Always a pleasant experience.I felt bad for the workers, I saw only two on staff 11.8.23. Those two were hustling. I even saw them give a customers car a jump. Above and beyond despite there were two. I have been to same location when they were fully staffed as well. I'm impressed.

Back for second time yesterday Jan 18th. The gentleman that met me at the entrance and walked me through the required steps was pleasant and professional.I requested 34lbs in each tire (was 33,31,32 and 31). When I left my low tire warning light came on and each tire was well below where they were when I looked when I requested air. Tire pressures now- 35, 32, 30 and 28.Not happy with that.

If I could leave a negative score I would , what a embarrassment. Guy drains my oil and than realizes he doesn't have a oil filter??? Who drains your oil before checking if they have a oil filter?? Puts old oil filter back in and wasn't going to say anything until I am looking at the guy like a ain't some dumb chick and realizes he is putting old one on, so he says ow sorry we don't have the oil filter after wasting 20 minutes and than my car won't start pushes my car out and says your battery is dead and just goes back to work. And u guys have the balls to text and ask if I want to leave a review. Embarrassing stay away from this place. And than after trying to jump car says it's definitely your battery???U think anyone called and asked how things went what happened nothing be warned.

It s actually an honor to visit take 5 personnel. Everyone who works there is a blessing to those who visit. I won t go anywhere else and I tell family and friends that even though it s a little more expensive than your local oil change place, it is worth the extra money because of the beautiful spirit and service.
