I was looking for a specific tire and Sams club had them cheapest. Ordered them online and called to make an appointment. Had to wait a few days for the appointment, and in that time I looked up the tire center and became wary of the reviews. I almost wanted to cancel my appointment but I really needed to change my tires. Appointment day - I was immediately helped by a friendly man named Tom, and my car was done in an hour and a half as he had quoted. No issues at all and I saved almost $200 coming here!

My Dad went in today ro have his tires replaced. I have never seen such horrible customer service. My Dad has his windows blocked so they can't be put down because the motor is broken. He went to go pick up his car and it's sitting with both of his front windows down. My Dad said out loud, "oh no My windows are down" just for the guys in the shop to start mocking him! Absolutely unbelievable! Never going back!

Horrible experience, do your tires elsewhere. My parents got their tires done here and which was a huge mistake. Crew did not respect the car, a door handle was broken that was not before after leaving the car here and a decorative license plate that had been bolted on with four screws suddenly went "missing". To take advantage of my older folk is hideous ethics on this sams tire shop. Go elsewhere if you want your car the same as it was before. If I could I would give 0 stars which I have never felt before about a location that I've reviewed.

I bought 4 new tires from Sam's last year. One of them got a nail so I take it in to see if it can be fixed. After 2 attempts I'm informed it has to be replaced. I say fine but of course the tire has to be special ordered. So I wait a few days and return 3 separate times to only be turned away each attempt because of 3+ hour waiting times and the enability to schedule a future appointment due to their not being any available for weeks.What exactly am I paying extra for a membership with Sam's for? So. I'm currently left driving on a bad tire with no help in sight. What's even more frustrating is at no time has the personal there offered any solutions or insight into other options other than a shake of their heads saying sorry!My next set of tires will be purchased ANYWHERE but at Sam's even if I have to pay hundreds of dollars more!!

I order tires from here and told the person I needed tires asap. I was told they had to order them and it would take 5 business days to come in, said to call and check then to see if they were In. I called off and on from 8am to 3pm and finally someone answered the phone. The lady that picked up was rude and said it would be another week to put them on. 2 weeks is not acceptable.

Replaced two tires; price comparitively bit low, but had to do wheel alignment outside;
