I needed four new tires. I tried to contact several other places and had a hard time getting a response or a fair price. Pep boys was the best with response and price. Abel did a great job at the front desk setting everything up. Job was done the same day.

At the Pep Boys location I made an appointment and once I got it my car was immediately attended to. Ben made sure the servicing was correct as I put online and got it on the floor right away. They did a great job with timing as well. I noticed a discrepancy with one of the tires and Ben told me to bring the car back and acknowledged the problem and replaced the tire for me with no problems at all. I would definitely go back if need be. The experience was a good one.

Great service! I called ahead to set an appointment and Abel helped me with setting the appointment and he was there on site the day I came in. My tire tech was Elijah and the entire team did such a great work communicating well together. Abel was super polite and it made the service very quick. I will use Pep Boys again because of the quality service and the uplifting atmosphere Abel and the team provided. thank you very much!

I went in to get an estimate for the front brakes on my car to be replaced. They were super fast on getting the estimate done. I was extremely surprised that the estimate to replace not only my front but also my back brakes came out to be around the same cost as some other places estimated for my front brakes only. They were super nice and very helpful. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. I will update this after I get my brakes done in a few days.11/13/23I called to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in the same day. They did the repair and also let me know that I needed a few other problems fixed, but they did not push me to get those things fixed that day. (Which was super welcoming. I hate when companies expect employees to push and push even after the customer clearly says no). My car was done in a few hours, and picking it up was fast and easy. I will definitely be returning to get the other repairs done.

My car had to be towed in. They were so helpful. They told me if tow doesnt arrive by time they close I can leave it in their lot. They diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. No over-selling. Recommend to All.

It was an excellent experience for our first time at Pep Boys. Once the complimentary ABS inspection was completed, we received the report via text followed up by a call about 10-15 minutes later. I appreciated the gap since I felt it was intentional to allow sufficient time to review the report. When I received the call to make a decision about having the repair done, there was no judgment or unnecessary pushiness to override our decision to delay the service due to finances. The in-store credit card was mentioned once and left alone once we announced that we did not want to open new credit. I will definitely go back to have services done and highly recommend Pep Boys to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional automotive services.

Please ask for Abel.I needed an emergency battery replacement for my car and no one in Brandon would help me EXCEPT for this store. Apparently my battery needed to be registered to my BMW and they knew exactly how to do that. Abel's customer service was exceptional & he was able to get me a great deal. Samuel swapped the battery and got the job done in a matter of minutes.Thank you Abel & Samuel!

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived (20 minutes early) I was informed that they were running behind. I wasn't pleased, but I understood if I went to the other location the wait might be longer, and I had scheduled my appointment at his location. I was impressed that Abel remembered me from last year when I drove to his shop regarding an issue with my vehicle. He is such a caring man, and makes sure that you're comfortable knowing everything that's going on with your vehicle.Thanks Abel for being such a wonderful man, and making sure my vehicle was taken care of.

Service and customer care was excellent, The mechanic forgot to make sure he secured the top of the engine cover because it was off completely and near the front of the hood when I opened the hood two days later. Abe was great and knowledgeable!

I was at this pep boys two days ago and they took care of me real good. Abel s professional advise was spot on and he was so friendly. He talked to me as though we have been friends for years. I felt right at home. As long as I am in the Brandon area, I don t think I am gonna service my Truck elsewhere!

I am a repeat customer, and as always I was very happy with my decision to come here. Mr. Abel took his time out to explain the difference between the tires and what tires I would need for my van( I needed 4 new ones) and as always pepboys prices are reasonable and fair. Ben and Abel were excellent and helped me troubleshoot a bunch of problems with my car after receiving bad service from Courtesy Kia. They were patient and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

These guys were great! Honest and it feels good to go somewhere and not get overcharged. The other pep boys down the street wasn t friendly at all. Kyle and Elijah were the best!!!! Pep boys you need more people like them running your stores!

Great service and very friendly staff.Bought new tires for my car and where on and ready in a few hours(granted other cars were ahead of me).Ben at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best choice for my car.Keep up all the good work there guys!

Abel took good care of me. I needed a tire changed in a hurry. He got the tire I needed and allowed me to prepay for the job. He had my car ready to go so I could make it to work on time. Very courteous and professional service. I would highly recommend Pep Boys in Brandon.

On Saturday 10-7-23 I got new tires put on at store #1803. When I picked my truck up the tech, Elijah, told me the left front TPMS sensors was messing up showing 20PSI. Elijah told me if it didn t correct itself to bring it back and he would fix it for me. On Monday, 10-9-23, the sensor went completely out. I brought it back that afternoon. The little manager behind the counter, Kyle, told me it wasn t their fault and I would have to pay $84 dollars to get it fixed. I pointed out that when I paid for the tires I paid $39.96 for TPMS stems and paid $4.00 for TPMS rebuild. I can send you a copy of the receipt if you would like. He told me they didn t handle that and it would be my problem to pay $84 dollars to fix. Since the right rear tire was the one that wasn t working I can tell that they didn t bother rebuilding the TPMS system. I also pointed out that it is a $20 dollar part he was trying to charge me $84 dollars to replace. Kyle got a smug smile on his face and agreed. I would like the name and phone number for the owner of that store so I can address this with him. This is completely unacceptable.

These guys are great. Abel totally helped me out in a time of need and their Chief Mechanic, I think his name was Sam, was quick and efficient getting my van a new transmission. Even picking up my van I ran into a snag and they were all very understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thanks again guys :)

Total rip off. I was concerned when I first walked in and asked about Freon and he said he couldn't sell it to me. Then when I explained that we had just changed the part, the condenser he said it would cost $220. I didn't feel comfortable and I left the store but because it was a Sunday I ended up coming back. He kept insisting I get a diagnostic which was an additional $60. I could not afford it. After waiting 3 hours he said that there was something wrong with the part and I would have to have the diagnostic and they had already put the freon in. When I got angry and said I would talk about him on the internet he said they would take the freon out. They didn't, and they also disconnected the fan that goes to the unit, I love cats off of the input units for the ac. The mechanic I took it to the next day showed me what they had done. There's no denying it. And when I did get it done correctly it cost $150 less!

UPDATE: Got a call from the corporate office and they were amazing!! They sent us back and they replaced them for us. Special shout-out to Abel. Thanks for the help and great customer service. Bought tires from here and they already started to crack. Went back to have them replaced and the guy "Ben" made every excuse imaginable to not replace them

They were unusually busy the day I went so it took about 5 hours to have my tires replaced and an oil changed but everyone I dealt with was very nice and extremely helpful.

It was 2 days before Christmas and I was traveling. I needed my brakes fixed quickly and the Pep Boys got me right in and had them fixed in only 2 hours. Ben, the front desk person, was so kind and friendly. He called me quickly with the diagnosis and what it would take to fix the brakes. I was very appreciative for their quick fix.

Told us to come in early for brakes. Appt is at 230. I show up at 12 as discussed just to be told there is one mechanic and there are multiple cars ahead. Service was discussed on the phone, why rush me to change plans ect? Absolutely a waste of time. You re a million dollar organization with one working mechanic? Disgusting.

I have gone here to get work on my car and everytime I come out very satisfied with their customer service and efficiency. It is not often that you go somewhere and people actually enjoy their jobs and helping others, in here it seems as if they care just as much as you do. The mechanic asked me to call him after driving it to make sure it was running right!
