Needed work for my exhaust.I called them, they gave me an estimate over the phone but suggested me to schedule an appointment and talk in person about what I needed.The technician was very nice and explained well what he thought was the best fix, he started working on it right away and didnt stop for a minute (this is rare). In one hour I had my brand new exhaust installed after some cutting, welding, etc, and he explained to me the process as he went through it, as he saw I was watching all the time.The price was very fair for the job and I was in and out in 1h30min, which included a throughout inspection on my suspension and brakes as I requested it.I will definitely come back for my car needs.

Thank u to Sal and the Meineke crew. We are from Indiana and my son was traveling through the Tampa area and heard noise from his back brakes. I look up reviews and found Meineke Car Center-Brandon had great reviews. I called Sal in the morning and my son dropped his car off and they took our car for a test drive and� look the car over . Sal text me a quote in know time. They sent pics and I approve the repairs witch I felt the cost was fair. Meineke Car Center of Brandon Fl. lived up to all the great reviews I read. Thanks to Sal and his crew� for a fair repair in a timely manner.

Great reviews led me to this place and since it was close to my eye clinic, had them work on my car during my appointment. Told them what I needed done and they checked the car, informed me of the problem and gave me suggestions. They were done before I was finished with my eye appointment. My husband noticed the difference in our car and we re happy with the result. Will be coming here again for future car repair and maintenance even though it s quite a long way from where we live.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Meineke Car Care Center in Brandon! I came in for routine maintenance on my car and was blown away by the fast, honest, and effective service I received. Not only did they take care of everything I needed, but they went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. The prices were fair, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. With great service, comes great reviews.I recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced on all my tires @ Meineke and they are a class act.This repair was done the same day that I called for assistance and I could not be happier. After the repair was completed, my brakes felt brand new again (probably because they were).Next day, I received a call from the shop stating that they may have installed a part incorrectly. One of the shop managers made time for me at the end of the business day to personally check on my vehicle. He even took the time to give a technical explanation and closeup demonstration of the part he was inspecting.It s obvious that these people care and if you re looking for a Meineke that will give you great service and an ease of mind, this is the place you re looking for.

Sal was awesome! He was honest with a quote and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He even helped fix my door although it s not something he usually does. If i ever need car service again I know I will be returning. 10/10 experience!

I ve been using Sal and this location for over 8 years. Even though I ve moved a little further out, it s worth drive. I admittedly don t know anything about cars and I was POSITIVE my Audi A3 needed the breaks replaced. I came here today planning for them to do just that, already holding my breath for the $$ and planning to whip out the credit card. Thankfully, MUCH to my surprise, after they inspected it, my breaks are just fine. No need to replace! (I m probably hitting them a bit hard ).Point is, they could have told me anything and I wouldn t have known any different. I appreciate the honesty and this is why I ll continue to come to this location and spread the word along the way. It s very refreshing to know of a place like this you can trust. Thanks guys!

Seldom do you find a quality honest shop when you break down on the road. I'm from another state. My A/C in my Tahoe went out. Not only did they diagnose the issue with the A/C but they also diagnosed what caused the problem. I did mechanic work myself so I knew they were straight up. Sal is great to work with and i would definitely use them as my shop if I lived in the area.

Best experience!! My Jeep had the death wobble and I took it to the Jeep Dealership , left it all day for them to tell me something that was totally inaccurate. Brought it to Meineke where I worked with Sal who was awesome! Great customer service, informative, and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was going on. Gave me an accurate quote and had my car running back to normal same day. Thank you so much Sal!!!

This is the best car service shop I've ever had experience with in Florida. I always come here for oil changes, and also if I have anything else I need done. Sal and his brother are very trustworthy and genuinely want to help you with your car. Prices are very reasonable. The waiting area is also nice and comfortable. Free wifi is great when you need to get something done that takes a little longer, though the service is usually quite fast. Even if they need to order parts, they can usually get things done the same day. Highly recommended!

I have no words to thanks you for your Honesty and Professionalism.I took my Honda Accord in because the Engine Light came on.Sal, reviewed it and after estimating the cost of fixing it, it was going to cost me about $2,500.To my surprise, Sal told me that it wasn t a major problem and I could drive my car for a long time without having repair it.If I had gone to another Workshop or Dealer they would have had it repaired immediately and for higher cost.I will continue going to repair my car and recommend this Workshop 100%.Thank you very much!

Sal runs a great shop! I recommend him to people all of the time. He not only does a great job, but in a timely manner, and with a great attitude. I was recommended to him a few years ago and she was right! I have been to this shop about 10 times with different vehicles. Always a good experience.

I just cannot thank you guys enough!!! For all your great help and advices, excellent job and customer service! Always fast and reliable.When my car battery died near Aldi, I ran to Meineke and met Sal, he was just so sweet and understanding, and went to my car to get it started then replaced the battery. I was back on road in less than an hour!Awhile ago I hit a tree with rear bumper. And when I brought my car for the oil change, they just popped the dent for me for free so it doesn t look so bad until I get it fixed. I didn t even have to ask.. they just did it. Because they are THE BEST OF BEST at what they do!Extremely grateful to get my cars taken care of at Meineke

Yes my experience with this place was great. I need to replace the muffler for a 1998 Toyota 4Runner and Sair took care of it very professional and honest recommendations the price accordingly so I recommend this place I ll continue using them from now on.

Did lots of research before choosing an honest mechanic to replace the timing belt on my Honda Pilot. They had over 900 good reviews. The price was fair and reasonable. The parts came from the same manufacturer. The service was OUTSTANDING! Stop checking around. This is where you need to go.

Auto breakdowns and repairs never come at a convenient time as we all know. On your time and your pocket. So checking out shops near my home I noticed a lot of great reviews of Sal at Meineke and decided to see if it was true. Yep... it's all true. Sal was up front with my repair, breaking it down on my written quote. He kept in touch with me though out the repair. I'm very satisfied with Sal and his crew at Meineke...highly recommend this shop

1st let me say the gentleman on the front desk (I not sure if I can say his name) if you need it later I send it, he's the best. THe's respectful, professional and has an honest face. Once the problem is found you just feel like you don't have to worry you know the job will be done right. I've been several times and have been pleased with the outcome. There's no doubt about it Meineke is my place to go.

Third time at this location, because they find and fix my problem fast! Had no idea that I had failing Axle bearings, went there for a flat tire fix. I had heard knocking when turning left, I didn't even mention to them...was concerned about my tire. They look out for this old lady, EVERY TIME! PRICED RIGHT,,,,,EVERY TIME!!! FIXED FAST TOO!!!

They got my AC to work quickly by adding Freon. The only downside was the cost 450$ for AC diagnostic. And it was a little difficult to navigate into their parking lot.

I wish I could leave a higher rating! I'm new to Florida and I didn't know where to take my car when my radiator started leaking. I first went to one place, which was recommended by a friend. They diagnosed the problem but couldn't repair it until Monday. Then I called Meineke and they told me to bring it in. I went there and their estimate was a hundred dollars cheaper. I dropped it off around 10:30. Sal called me around 3 to say it was done. He also asked me if I needed a ride! On the ride back to the shop he told me they went ahead and did a complementary oil change AND put some Freon in my AC unit. My AC unit has never blown so cold. And my car is running fantastic. I thank Sal and his brother for the wonderful service. It's the only shop I'll be taking my Nissan to in the future!!!!

Anytime i have an issue with my vehicle, I can always count on Sal at Meineke Car Care Center in Brandon to always be available no matter what my car problem may be, and they always deliver, they are always on point with finding the problem, and fixing it. I never have to bring it back , because it is done right the first time.I started bringing my vehicle to meineke, because the car dealership that i am suppose to bring my car to for service, is always busy or the problem is never solved even after putting in the part they claim is the issue.Thanks Meineke for always putting your customers first.

I appreciate the speed, professionalism, and honesty I experienced with my service at Meineke car care center. I thought my alternator needed to be replaced and instead they informed me the battery was bad (and it had been recently purchased) so I was able to save hundreds of dollars getting a replacement battery for free.

Honest mechanics. Toyota and Honda dealers recommend unnecessary repairs. Meineke in Brandon only recommends the work that needs to be done. I ve seen them talk to elderly and female customers and they re always respectful and make good recommendations.

Very honest, good stewards of their business. They try and save you money and keep you updated on every little thing. They re very quick on there work, and I ve gone there 20 minutes before they where actually open two times and they where there happy to answer questions and let me pick up my vehicle. My whole family goes there when there s issues with are vehicles. Plus they have a very cool parrot in their shop lol I d recommend them to anyone who has an issue that needs to be fixed quickly that they can t do themselves.
