Bought a vehicle from them. I was impressed with the long test drive the shop owner took us on. He offered to raise truck on lift for me to inspect. All his actions show he operates a reputable business, is honest, and his integrity. He has rack and tooling to align lowered vehicles. While I am a mechanic and do my iwn work, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for service of their vehicle

Had a great experience here, Mike was very helpful and thoughtful in his work. Highly recommend coming to this shop! They also provide a lifetime warranty which I doubt ill have to use. Great peace of mind.

Took a roadtrip in July of 2021 and I needed emergency exhaust work done once I got to Florida. Based off Google reviews at the time I chose Huff. Crew replaced rear pinion seal, ALU Y-Pipe Magnaflow muffler w/all the hardware & did a diff service. For $993.02, I thought it was a bit pricey, but the problems solved. NOPE!!!! Literally 50k miles later ALL of that works needs to be done again. Knowing I was from out of town and in an emergency situation, the opportunity to take advantage was clearly there, and they definitely did. The reputable muffler shop around my house laughed at the elementary grade of workmanship done by Huff. All I could do is shake my head in disbelief and disgust.

Outstanding service by the Team at Huff, had the actual owner work on my exhaust. He did a fenomenal job and at a reasonable price. Larry was awesome to talk to while I waited, these guys are legit. If you need any custom work or just a tune up, this is the place to go. I would not trust my collector car to just anyone and they hooked it up. Very happy with the custom mid pipe, saved me easily over $900 ordering one from Japan and no wait time. Thanks again for everything!!

Minorities stay away! This is the 4th time I have used this shop. Today was unacceptable to say the least. I couldn t believe that the young guy that waiting on me decided to stop working with me to help a older White man. He literally just looked past me and started to assist the white man. After telling me that I have to pay additional money when I returned my car for repair on the exact same thing I took it there for the day before!

Best honest mechanics around 2 years ago my husband had a dual tail pipe muffler delete kit on his 2021 F350 dually. 6 months ago the hanger broke off it was the hanger welded on by the company who made the kit. I went in totally not expecting a free fix however the man on duty crawled under back of the truck with his welder and had it fixed in 10 minutes then would not accept any payment my husband almost had to put the money in his pocket. Great people 10 out of 10

I really though this shop was great until my most recent experience I had them do some muffler work and asked the supervisor at the time if he could give me a quote to move my tires onto new rims he gave me average price a little more than other places but I liked the service so decided i would do it anyways he said no need to make an appointment just bring it in when ready, 3 days later I take some time away from work to come by a little before 2 and there is a new supervisor at the desk who didn't like the price the previous guy gave me so he made pretty much every excuse as too why he couldn't do the work. Told me he would have quoted almost double price which is crazy because multiple shops already quoted me cheaper per rim. Needless to say they are not on the same page here and although the quality of work is good it's not 30-50% upcharge good. Set the right expectations for your customers and standardize pricing and shop will be 5 out of 5

Mr. Larry and Mr. Mark are extremely solution oriented and they saved the day today for me. I showed up with a ruined exhaust on my truck with no notice and they analyzed the situation. Came up with a great plan, and had me back on the road with the best looking and sounding exhaust my truck will ever have way faster then I expected! I can t thank this shop enough and will definitely be back again if I ever need anything.

Justin, Amanda, Mark, and Larry. Amanda was extremely pleasant. Justin was kind respectful and know exactly what he was talking about. Larry took the time to explain everything. Mark is just an excellent man to work with. Great team! If you're looking to have your humanity restored by a honest forthright mechanic shop. You have found the place. I speak to you through many trials with mechanic. I know we've all heard it, they're the best they will treat you right. I understand that. But, When it comes to family oriented and a husband and wife team that actually has intact characters that care about other people. It shows. Find out for yourself. The level of customer service and quality of work speaks for itself. Justin has over 30 years experience.He has a heart. They have restored my faith. I'm so happy I found them. I will not go anywhere else.

Great service! They jumped right on the exhaust pipe I needed bent and was out the door in ten minutes or so. Very friendly too! They'll definitely be my go-to for exhaust needs in the future

By far the best treatment and services you can get from an auto shop hooked me up for a quick service muffler delete single exit perfectly done the way i wanted it, mark and mike took care of me and definitely will be coming back for more work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to give me an estimate and do the repair work the same day with very reasonable pricing. I had some exhaust repair done and decided to get my oil changed last minute since I was there. I will go here again for repair work and regular maintenance.

I just wanted to let everyone know that these guys are very good! They do amazing work and are also very fair and won t try to take advantage of ignorant people. I know a lot about cars because it s a passion of mine and I wanted to leave a review and say that I was very impressed with not only the service they provided me but also listening to how they talk to other customers and the advice they were giving. I dropped off my classic car for some serious repair and installation of new parts. Mike spent time talking with me before doing anything, and when he finished, he explained the details and offered suggestions on future repairs. Great communication before, during, and after work is done. It's nice to talk with a mechanic who knows what he's doing. The cost was reasonable, considering it's a classic and requires a different approach to work on it. I'll be back for more repair work.

I spent two full days looking for a tap, and advice, to fix a damaged O2 sensor port on the exhaust manifold. With the recommendations from a former military combat veteran, I visited Brandon Huff Automotive, and was highly blessed with their service.Within a small amount of time, and a very modest fee, the O2 sensor port was completely repaired, O2 sensor was replaced, and the vehicle's check engine light was gone. Huff Automotive, like the military, knows what "service" is truly about. Before you finalize your automotive needs, pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Huff performed a custom exhaust install and full wheel alignment on my Corvette.After a big chain tire store botched my alignment; I brought my car to Huff, and they stepped in and performed the work right. Huff has extremely knowledgeable professionals, and the pricing is fantastic! I will bring my car here first and foremost every time for all repairs- from maintenance to high performance, they re highly recommended!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Wheel alignment

I had a problem with AAA battery warranty. I went to 3 different places. No one helped me.Finally got to Huff Muffler on Brandon right place. Justin knew what to do in less than 5 minutes he managed to get the battery for my car. Made the call to the right person. Advised me too in my situation. Great customer service. Problem solve in a matter of time. Thanks again, Justin and your helper too.

Fast friendly service. They put a new muffler and tail pipes on my truck in under 2 hours and that was with no appointment i just showed up with the muffler. They also put a 3 inch exhaust on my Chevelle. Justin did a great job on the pipes they are tucked up under real nice.

We just had an emergency situation with our rent a car and stopped at Huff MUFFLER OF Brandon and they were awesome. Here I needed someone to assure my mom and I that our return home to Miami would be safe. Michael one of the mechanics came out to the car and offered to drive it around they provided us the best service and welcome we had ever experienced on the road. If you live in the Brandon area or a just passing by you can feel very safe just at this mechanic shop.

I stumbled into Huff Muffler by accident looking for a quick repair and left being a repeat customer. They have my business for life. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. That talked me through all the repairs needed and had me in and out within a few hours. I highly recommend Huff Muffler to anyone looking for a body shop.

I took my car here for exhaust installation. It was on a older mustang. These are basic installations that should be pretty straightforward. It seemed as if they didn't want to install the system I wanted, which is the normal setup on these model cars. The manager Larry gave me some ridiculous high pricing to either sway my decision or to pad their profits,not sure of his thoughts. He ended up pushing me into something that I was completely unhappy with and had to take it to another shop to be improved and completed. The price for what I received was about double what it should have cost. The only good thing I can say is the welding was beautiful, their tech can weld. I have used their other location in Plant City for more than 20 years and they are wonderful so this experience has disappointed me greatly. I would not recommend them to anyone even. Incredible service at Huff Automotive - the people working there were professional and friendly and had me standing under my car (IS-350) to see exactly what was needed before the job was done and to see the finished work after all complete - in about 30 minutes. I damaged my muffler/exhaust pipe several days ago and the dealer wanted to replace in full for about $1200. Justin and his team did a thin slice in the pipe, the alignment was able to be pushed back - he welded to perfection - and the price tag was $44. I will definitely return to Huff for my future auto needs - now back to driving to go biking without hearing the rattle and exhaust noise from my car!Thank you again, Huff Automotive for a job well done. Don't waste your time going to Huff Automotive. They're an antiquated shop with zero skill in customer service. Also seemed to be price gouging female customers.I'm not one to leave bad reviews, cuz I don't like dealing with backlash, but I felt this one deserved noting.After communicating over the phone with both "Mike" and "Larry" separately about bringing in my custom LS swapped '66 Valiant, I arrived with the car on my trailer. Went to the lobby anda female customer was there speaking to Mike. After she got her quote for over $500 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TRANSMISSION SERVICE with filter change, I was already preparing myself for some sticker shock.After filling out a personal info questionnaire, one of the gentlemen met me outside at my vehicle (while smoking a cigarette). I could tell by the look on his face that he was unprepared for what I had already informed them of over the phone. I needed full exhaust going from the wheel wells to the rear bumper. I was sarcastically told it would "take a lot of time and cost a million dollars" and the car "isn't ready for exhaust." (Car is street legal and runs and drives.) They can say what they want, since my car has an original patina exterior, but the drivetrain and electrical is all new or rebuilt. I don't appreciate my time being wasted, especially since I left work very early today in order to get my car there during business hours.I went ahead and took the car down the road to the competition without calling ahead. That business took it in and gave me a great quote, without giving me hell.Service: Exhaust
