I brought my vehicle in for a 7am app What For a routine oil change and tire rotation the customer service was excellent and they got my car done in a timely manner, However, when I got home oil gushed all over my garage because they forgot to put the O-ring in the oil filter. I called to let them know, and they sent someone to my house to fix the issue and clean up the mess. This has never happened before I would give them 5 stars however this mistake could have been avoided. I am highly concerned that me driving with the car leaking all this oil may have caused issues with my vehicle. I thought maybe they would refund my money or offer coupons for future services but they didn t. (Update)They did call a few days later to let me know my next oil change is on them and that they want me to bring it in to have it looked over.

Went recently for an oil change. Staff were very welcoming & made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Wait was short & checkout was smooth. When I got in my car to leave there was a cold bottle of water in my cup holder. Attached was a nice note of thanks for my service. A very nice touch. Needless to say, I will return

If you're looking for a respectable place to take care of your vehicle Christian Brothers in Valrico is it!!! Paul was awesome and my technician. They got me out and running and my car runs like brand new.. thanks guys!!!

Can t complain they are straight up and forward and explain things that are easy to understand that s why I continue going back I used to go to Courtesy Toyota Of Brandon for my oil changes up until they fail me they did empty out old oil but fail to put in new oil leaving me without a working car that s when I went on social media to find another place and also look for reviews and found Christian Brothers but I chose the one in Valrico (Brandon) because the one on Riverview their reviews were not good with that being said although I only go for my oil change because I do have my personal mechanic I do recommend Christian Brothers of Valrico (Brandon) location The guys are phenomenal!!!! Oh the picture of showing a piece that wasn t put back was from the other mechanic that failed to put back and there it was bought to my attention and I thanked him for it..but that s my bestie getting checked out

They did an amazing repair of my 20+ year old Mazda 5 speed. My gear shift is tight with no more annoying rattling. The ride is smooth like it was when I bought it. They communicated throughout the entire process and before making any purchases. They also made suggestions on what I might want to do in the future to keep my ride running efficiently. Would recommend in a heartbeat. For reference I went to the one on Lumsden and Lithia in Brandon. Thanks Christian Brothers for an amazing experience. Yeah, they were amazing!

These guys are awesome. Very polite, good work and it's all warrantied at any Christian brothers for 36k miles. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the price. They're barely cheaper than a dealership but still pretty pricey.

The staff is so friendly and as a woman taking my car into a mechanics shop I did not feel taken advantage of by any means! Everyone was so kind and I genuinely felt respected! The shuttle was a huge help to get me to and from work! Thank you everyone!

This week was my first time going to Christian Brothers Automotive. I originally went there for an oil change and a free inspection. During the inspection, they found other issues that needed to be addressed. They addressed those issues in a timely matter. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone was very attentive and kind. I definitely will be back.

Awesome experience, beyond my expectations.The staffs are so kind, friendly, professional and helpful.The process with automated app and sms is vey smooth.The waiting room is so peaceful and feels like home.God bless you all Keep up with the great service(I like the attached image)

absolutely love this car mechanic shop!!it was my first time there yesterday, i took my subaru in for an oil leak. check in was easy and seamless, Mike was very accommodating and attentive! if Mike isn t already the manager, he deserves a promotion!the office was so clean, had comfy couches, reading material, and a few large windows to see into the mechanic garages. let me emphasize this: the garages were clean and noticeably well cared for!the mechanic working on my car was Paul, he made sure to explain the thought process behind the best way to fix my car. he was confident in the work he was doing and kept me informed on the status of my car!as a woman walking into a car mechanic shop, i felt very comfortable and not at all like i was being talked down to. it felt as if i have been taking my car there since i learned to drive! thank you, to Mike and Paul, for taking care of my subaru :)

My first experience with Christian Brothers in Valrico was excellent. They were personable, informative and surprisingly very competitive on pricing. They were not pushy at all and I felt comfortable with each person I spoke to. Even listening to their associates on the phone and in person, they made sure everyone knew what the best next steps were for what they needed.

Very knowledgeable, very helpful, so nice to drop my car off, and had sweet Jasmine take me home twice and back to pick up my vehicle. Very warm and personable. She was sweet with my Holly and Heather, my teacup yorkie. A very wonderful experience!!

This morning before daybreak I discovered a repair done on January 31 was not working. I needed to go out of town this morning, and it was a safety matter, so I was at the shop when it opened. They repaired it immediately, and accepted full responsibility. I applaud and appreciate both!

I am very pleased with the service that I was provided with at Christian brothers, they re very professional and very understanding. I had an appointment for oil change and after their complimentary inspection it turns out that my car also needed the break pads replaced, I went ahead and had them replaced. When I drove off the lot it turns out that my car was making a nice so I went ahead an called to take the car back right away, when I got there mechanics took care of the issue and the next day I was given a voucher for a free oil change. I appreciate that they did that since I was not expecting anything from them. I have issues with trusting mechanics, but I m glad that went to Christian brothers and now they have a client for life, not because of the voucher that was given but because of their professionalism and respect that they have for their clients. You will not be disappointed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mike and the team worked hard to diagnose the problems I was having with my brakes and steering. They went way beyond what was expected until they found the problem. Their prices are very competitive, and they back up their work with a 3 year warranty. There's no reason to go elsewhere.

I ve heard a lot of good things about CBA. I decided to give them a try after my other shop did me wrong twice. It was like nite and day between the 2 shops. CBA staff and mechanics were much more caring and explaining things more thoroughly and clearly. I will be using them again in the future.

Well I wanted to wait a week before I commented on how GOOD my car is driving the job CB did was second to none I have a 2007 Saturn Vue and they treated me like it was a 2024 Mercedes thank you it was money well spent

I can t believe I didn't come any sooner. I m so happy with the service, pricing was amazing, I waited with my vehicle and I wasn t inhaling exhaust fumes. And the customer service, OMG Mike made me feel like I was family.

I took my 1998 Toyota in for tires and they did an inspection for the entire car. I am always hesitant to take my car for any service because places have always tried to tell me I needed major things I know don't need repairs..being that I am a female and my car is 25 years old. Christian Brothers was the first place to be completely honest about minor maintenances due. I made an appointment to get those repairs done in a couple weeks and I will never go anywhere else. So thankful that I finally won't have to hesitate to take my car in for care. I am beyond pleased with my experience.

I had my car towed there but after they promptly got it fixed they sent a driver to pick me up to take me back to the shop to pay and pick up my car. She was very friendly, as we talked we shared family stories and pictures. It really is a "nice difference".Service: BatteryService: Battery

This was our 1st time bringing one of our cars to CBA. They were so professional, personable, attentive, and did the work that I brought the car in for. They were timely in getting the work done, and I had them do the "COURTESY INSPECTION" which they explained in depth, but we're NEVER pushy about having the work done at this time. I was very pleased and will continue bringing our cars back there.Thank You CBA

Top shelf service, clean facility, and excellent customer service! The tech/mechanic was very accommodating and explained things. Jasmine in the office was super nice! Great Service. Brought in a used car for inspection by the professionals at CB. Team took a hard look and discovered numerous issues which would have been very costly to repair! At checkout we were pleasantly surprised to learn there was no charge!
