Changed out my serpentine belt and pulleys on my diesel Ram and actually took the time to talk to me about other questions I had. I felt he gave me an honest answer to my questions and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me anything I didn't need. Scott, you earned yourself a repeat customer next time I need something. Thank you for everything!!!!

Scott at Bennet s Auto Care does not disappoint. He has been our go to guy for several years after being recommended to us by a friend. He always goes above and beyond keeping my vehicles safe and running at their peak performance. Thank you Scott for being a master at your craft, honest and affordable.02/06/24 : Another terrific experience with Scott @ Bennet s Auto Care. The check engine light on my 2015 Silverado 2500 Durmax came on as I approached 100,000 miles. I dropped it off to Scott on Monday. He had it diagnosed, work approved by me, parts orders and installed before the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Scott and his team are genuine good people and hard workers. They service our fleet of 5 work trucks and 3 personal cars. Bennett s has the experience, integrity and knowledge to keep your cars running a long time. Car dealers have quoted repairs in excess of $9k to repair, Scott was able to fix it for under $600. We cant thank these guys enough for keeping us on the road!

Bennett auto has been helping me with my vehicles for about 12 yrs. I have never been disappointed. Scott has always been there when I needed him. I'm a last minute person and he always accommodates me. Just this week he fixed my jeep grand that has been sitting up too long. There was so much work needed done. I had no idea how much. Scott got right on it and fixed everything I ask and so much more! He found things and did some of them out of the goodness of his heart. Alot of things. His prices r always fair. He has always been honest with me. I've sent friends and he always treats them right. Several of the people I work with use him and are never disappointed. Scott (owner) and Matt took great care of my 2011 Fusion- replacing leaking seals and spark plugs. My car runs great, but what impressed me most was Scott going the extra mile to discover that my steering gear was still under warranty- saving me over a $1,000 in repairs that he could have easily charged me for. Thanks to him, I got the work done for free at a Ford dealer. Appreciate the integrity and great work!

A friend who used to work here with Scott told me that he was good to his employees, honest with his customers, and knowledgeable in his craft. So far in the 2-3 times I've had to bring my wife's Acadia into his shop he has been every bit of that.The dealer told me of some pretty expensive repairs and at a glance it seemed to explain the leak we were having. Instead of taking the dealer's word he thoroughly went over the problem and found no leak where the dealer said. Instead he found a much cheaper leak and fixed it very reasonably. A lot of shops would have seen that as an opportunity to do the expensive work. But Scott, running an honest business, did better.He has since fixed 2 separate and unrelated A/c issues and has been honest timely and fair on price each time. I'll happily recommend this shop and will return whenever I have the need!.

Update: 8/31/22I wanted to provide an update on my favorite mechanic shop and still the only place my husband and I take our vehicles for service. Scott and Matt are the best!I can still always rely on them to do quality work, provide honest feedback about what needs to be done and at fair pricing. I'm so glad we found this place, you guys rock!2020:This is the only place I will take either of my vehicles from now on. These guys do great quality work, and at a fair price. You guys rock!

I brought my 2010 F250 6.4 liter to Bennett Auto with multiple issues. When I mean multiple issues every check engine light was on the transmission did not shift correctly essentially nothing worked in the truck. I had just bought this truck at Auction and at Auction you get what you get. The knowledge from Scott and his man Matt is second to none. They were able to find every part needed for my repair and fix it perfectly never have I been to a shop that was able to fix everything in house. I highly recommend Bennett auto repair their professionalism and courtesy is greatly appreciated thanks again for all you ve done for me you will be seeing me again.

Worst place I've ever been to, car was having issues with a sensor and they claimed to put it on the computer and test drive it and claimed there was nothing wrong with my car. If the computer can't figure it out they can't figure it out, call themselves mechanics and can't even use their head to figure something out. I wouldn't take my lawn mower to this place they'll claim to look at it but it'll never get fixed. Took my car there 3 different times for the same problem the supposedly were gonna fix. If you like blowing money on something that isn't gonna get fixed this is the place for you.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Awesome auto repair shop. This is where I'll be bringing my car from now on. Both Scott & Emanuel are so nice, friendly & caring. I brought my car in for a second opinion on a brake job & they charged me almost $100 less then the other quote. In addition, I was told it would take about an hour; however, it took less than an hour. They are extremely dependable, honest & have high morals. Hard to find in most auto shops. Thanks guy & keep up the excellent work. :)

Bennett s has done my auto upkeep and repairs for many years. When I needed new tires, I shopped and Bennett s gave me the best price. My son, daughter, numerous friends agree with me. They never try to sale unnecessary services! I have and will continue to recommend Bennett s Auto Care!

Bennett s has always been my 1st choice when picking an auto body shop to fix my cars. Prior to Bennett s I was definitely paying way too much to have my cars fixed and I am so thankful he was recommended by a close friend. He has always given me the best deal possible and he doesn t try to add additional repairs that are not needed. I was told I needed a brand new transmission on one of my vehicles I purchased for my niece and he confirmed that was completely not the case and fixed my car for under $600 as opposed to the other Auto body shop that I had previously taken it to and received a quote of over $2,000 with no warranty.They are always very flexible and willing to go the extra step to make sure your car is safe, reliable and won t break the bank when it is in need of repairs. If a repair that was completed at the shop has a glitch or malfunctions they will look at it and repair it free ofcharge unless there is something else going on with the car and if so they re honest and tell you whether or not it s worth repairing especially on older vehicles.We highly recommend this shop and guarantee you won t be disappointed.Sean & Mindy Halley

Took my car here bc it had a severe metal scraping noise in the wheels. Turns out my calipers had seized up. Scott and his guys had my problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour or so of me getting there. They did not try to upsell other repairs even though my car is a 2002 and in need of extensive work. He is knowledgeable and honest in his quotes & repairs. I will definitely bring all of my vehicles back to Scott and his crew for repair work!! Very pleased and highly recommend Bennetts Auto Care!!!!!!!

Scott was the mechanic that helped us. My car was in bad shape and he fixed only what we told him we could afford and gave us an estimate on what else would need to be fixed soon. They did an amazing job and in great timing. Best part he was born with a gift from God and he does amazing work. We will never go anywhere else he is our forever mechanic. Fixed my Air conditioner at a great price. They installed new tires and did a safety check. AC blowing cold. The tires they installed are perfect,car feels smooth, and they have a lot of grip(there was some discussion on tires where they could get the tires I originally asked for but it was less expensive and better to get another set of tires they recommended). All around a great experience. Thank you.

The best place around to get your car fixed is Bennett's Auto!!!! We have been taking our vehicles to Scott for the past 2 years and have never had a bad experience. He and his staff are kind and know everything there is to know about cars. The most important thing is they are HONEST!!!! If you need work done, they do it. If you don't - They don't!! I have even been told I could wait on a repair if I didn't want to do it right then, so I could get the most out of my money spent. I would never take my cars to anyone else. Having previously received exceptional service from Bennett s Autocare, I recently returned to them for help when my wife s car needed repairs urgently.Late on a Friday, after blowing a tire, we called Bennett s for help. We spoke with Scott who advised it was too late to get a tire that day. Instead, Scott kindly suggested alternative suppliers for us to try.Throughout the weekend we contacted the suppliers suggested, as well as many others in the area but, despite our efforts, due to the unique size of tire, we were unable to locate one . In addition, every supplier we spoke to seemed problematic in one way or another. For example, they don t carry that size so it would have to be ordered taking up to 10 business days to arrive or; in the case of one supplier, they simply said, they can t get hold of that size. On top of that, those that could get one at some point, were only able to offer high end brands, making them ridiculously expensive &, therefore unaffordable anyway.So, come Monday morning, the car was still out of action. Again, we decided to contact Scott at Bennett s but, this time, it was early morning. Thankfully, Scott said, no problem, I ll have it in an hour. After all the problems getting one, we couldn t believe our luck! True to his word &, in fact in under an hour, Scott called to say he has the tire & to bring the car in as soon as we can.I added an oil change on top of the tire replacement however, even with this addition, the work actually cost less than the amount quoted by other suppliers to replace the tire only!I waited for the work to be completed which, as always, was no problem at all at Bennett s. They began working on the car immediately, which included, dismount, mount & balance, alignment, oil change & scan to clear codes & reset oil change reminder. I anticipated waiting for an hour to an hour & a half but, as always, Bennett s exceeded my expectations & repairs were complete in under an hour! I must thank Matt for working quickly, accurately & professionally, on my vehicle.Each time I use the services of Bennett s Autocare, my expectations are exceeded, I m kept well informed, am treated with respect & patience with regard to questions. I am, therefore, in no doubt that, going forward, Scott & his team will be my first port of call, every time, for all maintenance & repair needs on all of my vehicles.

Bennetts is what all auto repair shops strive to be. Scott and his team and always fair, they provide comprehensive advice, and quality service as needed. Having been a customer of theirs for over 7 years I cannot say enough about this shop and its owner.

The first time my husband and I took our car, a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, in to Bennetts, we knew what was wrong. We needed a new fuel pump, and they simply gave us the best price out of the places we called. They had the car fixed within a day and everything was great.The next time, however, we had no idea what was going on. Our car was leaking a red fluid from somewhere near the front, making a noise, and the wheel was hard to turn. We couldn't see where the leak was actually coming from so we couldn't pinpoint what the problem was. We had it towed to Bennetts and crossed our fingers, figuring we'd be out of the car for a few days and have a massive bill. We were stunned when they called us later that day and said that the problem had been fixed. The (actually very small) issue was one that a less scrupulous mechanic probably could have rolled into "Oh, you need a new transmission" or "a new power steering", and we would never have known. Bennetts chose not to do that, and by being so honest where we'd had others try to rip us off, we'll be customers over there with both our cars for quite some time.

I have been coming here for the better of 3 years. I ve always been treated as a friend who just needs his auto serviced. From routine service to minor engine repairs, all have been preformed to my satisfaction. I have family members switched to this business.If you check out Consumer Reports, independent repair shops score the highest in satisfaction. Bennett s definitely does.

Scott & John at Bennetts Auto Care are AWESOME. As a woman I have had mechanics try to overcharge me for services not needed, services not rendered and overcharged and didn't guarantee any of their work. The guys at Bennett are Fair, Honest and always try to get you the very best price. They are a Godsend. I would reccommend them to anyone, especially women who have been taken advantage of by other mechanics. Thanks Guys....you are great!!

If you are looking for a mechanic who is honest and trustworthy and who stands by his work, this is the place to come. I have used Scott to work on my truck and have never been disappointed...I recently had a problem which could have cost quite a bit of money to fix but Scott was able to find an alternative fix for the problem which cost much less.

I have been using Bennetts for years. They really know their business. Whether it s my gas or diesel trucks Scott always gets them fixed in a timely manor at a great price. It s nice to have an honest auto shop to take your vehicle too.

I had an issue with a car that I was planning on trading in; the AC in my Mazda5 stopped working 2 weeks before I was planning to trade in the car. The dealership gave me a trade in quote that was 2400 under blue book, stating that it would cost that much to make the repair. I took the car to Bennett's Auto Care instead - they did the entire repair AND a break job for 1400; the dealership upped their offer by the 2400 after the work was done! I'm so pleased with the quality of work - definitely go there if you want a mechanic who you can trust to do the job correctly and at a decent price.

There is not a better full service automobile repair shop in all of Brandon. Scott & his staff can handle anything from an oil change to an engine replacement. He also will stand by any & all repairs done at his shop. I highly recommend Bennett's Auto Care for any & all of your mechanical needs.

New to the area, I researched extensively to find a reputable repair facility. Bennett s Auto Care are close to home, have great Google reviews & an A+ BBB rating.The time frame given for repairs was not only met, but exceeded. At 2.30pm on a Wednesday I took my car in. The owner, Scott, listened to my concerns &, within just hours, called with details of work needed & an estimate, also provided in writing.Having a little knowledge, I d researched parts & book time & was so pleased to find their estimate honest, parts prices fair & labor accurate &, in fact, better than research suggested.The next day, having authorized all repairs, Scott advised that, assuming availability of parts, I could expect work to be complete by the end of the next day. It was late on a Thursday when I gave the go ahead so they could order parts, not to mention, the work called for 10-12 hours of labor. Yet, by 3pm Friday, I was delighted when Scott called to say my car was ready &, in time for the weekend!Start to finish, the superior service received from Bennett s exceeded my expectations. I found the shop clean & the employees professional, friendly & approachable. I was kept up to date &, patiently, they took the time to explain repairs in detail, options available, their recommendations &, not once, hesitated to answer a question.Thank you Scott & your team for getting me back on the road so fast & for keeping this experience entirely stress free! I ll definitely be back to work with you guys again & want you to know, I sincerely appreciate your hard work, high quality service, professionalism & friendliness. Thank you all so much.NOTE:I want to respond to the one review marring Bennett s otherwise perfect record.It s rare for a repair shop to agree to work with customer supplied parts & for good reason.First, other than what they re told, the origin of these parts is unknown. Parts bought from auction sites, overseas providers etc. carry significant concerns, no certainty they re genuine & may not meet regulation standards set by the USA.Secondly, while parts may cost less from other sources, you buy them with great risk.Obviously, this is a business, therefore parts are, marginally, marked up so the shop can actually make money. That s a no brainer! But, you may not know that, when you buy parts from a repair shop at the slightly higher price, you are actually buying your warranty too. This means, they assume responsibility not only for the quality of the part itself, but also the standard of work in the installation. So, should it fail, within the repair warranty period (usually 12 months/ 12k miles), they ll put it right at little or no expense to you.Its entirely unreasonable to expect a shop to guarantee installation of parts not supplied by them so they highly discourage it &, often, even prefer not to accommodate customers who insist on supplying their own parts, because, should they fail, there s no warranty to protect the customer which always leads to a situation problematic to resolve.Finally, but most importantly, using unknown parts, is a massive risk, not only to your vehicle but, also your safety. Minimally, a part that s a core component to a function of the vehicle, not at regulation standard, can cause significant damage if it fails, damage likely avoidable had genuine parts, from a reputable source, been used instead.So, before getting angry with a shop who refuse to install your parts, consider this, they are in fact, refusing to knowingly perform work that could potentially damage your vehicle or, far worse, cause serious harm to you or your family if something goes wrong.For customers, regulations are there for our protection. So, remember, a shop not concerned by installing parts with a questionable origin, may be reckless & highly probable they have little, if any, regard for the, potentially catastrophic, consequences their actions may hold once you leave their premises.First hand, I ve seen the deadly result caused by cheap parts. Trust me, it s just not worth it.

Bennett's has always provided me with great service at very reasonable prices. They're fast and their work is reliable. They have never tried to sell me anything I don't need, even when the dealership did. Will continue to keep going for all my auto services.

Normally I don t write reviews but in this case I have to because I feel that I need to recommend this shop. I m so happy with the job they did to my Toyota Tundra after so many failed attempts and disappointed in others different places. They are really professional and they really know what they doing. I told them that for now on this is the only shop that I will take my car. Thanks for the nice work Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Scott is not only a great Guy, he does quality work. This is the only auto repair shop that I will ever bring my vehicles to. I do most of the maintenance on all of my vehicles, but when I need something done I can't do, I bring it to him!
