Picked up a screw in my tire while driving. Went to see Olin Mott without an appointment hoping they d get me in. Not only did they patch the tire, they refilled the nitrogen in the tire, then topped off the remaining tires and reset my car s tire pressure monitoring system - all in under an hour. Highly recommend these guys for any tire related issues. And the staff is phenomenal on top of it all.

These guys are great. Had the pleasure of sitting through the Doug morning show (service writer) he is so pleasant and funny. I brought in a new set of wheels for mounting and balancing, the mechanic noticed two of the four wheels were incorrect (two different colors) Typically technicians are in such a hurry they would ve just done the work without noticing the problem. The attention to detail was awesome. If he d mounted the tires there was a possibility I wouldn t been able to return them. Great job guys!

Was highly recommended by a friend. Fixed our problem in a reasonable amount of time. Kept us up to date while they completed the job. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience! They had the best deal on new tires that I found after calling a bunch of different places. My Lucy had her nice new tires on within an hour. Very well mannered gentlemen the front desk! Definitely recommending Olin Mott to friends and family

These guys keep me on the road. I've trusted them with a suspension job and 6 uniroyal W-rated tires over the last 40+k. No complaints.

Olin Mott's establishment on Brandon Blvd has extremely friendly and courteous employees. They treat to you with the uttermost respect and speak to you as if you're good friends. I was there bright and early for my oil change and out in no time. They even gave me insight on a definite problem I have and a potential problem. I will definitely be back again not just for my next oil change but for everything under the hood.

They are so friendly and outgoing & they don t charge you an arm and a leg! They also inform you well and explain anything to you if you don t understand. The front desk guy Doug I have never seen him in a bad mood he is always cheerful and happy to help!! This is my go to place and I would recommend it to anyone.

I've been going here for 20 years for ALL my auto needs; not once have I ever been disappointed. I'm always greeted by name when I walk in the door (not Norm!)What I've noticed is that, they truly take pleasure in giving you the best price they can; I always leave with a good feeling knowing my car is safe & sound, that's value!Thanks Harry, Neil, Doug & all your team!

I often think to myself I will write a review about a business when I have a good experience because these days it feels to me like customer service is gone and good experiences with businesses are few and far between. I had a great experience here getting new tires. Excellent customer service, best tire price I've gotten on my tires in the many years I've had my car. They even did favors to my car they didn't charge for.

I had 2 payments left on my car until it was paid off and the engine blew (Of course!) So, I took my car to get a new engine installed. They were very educated, professional, and caring. My Dad usually took care of my car if I ever had any issues, but he recently passed away. I felt so overwhelmed not only because I didn t know anything about cars, but I had to do this without him. My Dad never wanted a shop to take advantage of me so if he didn t know how to fix it, he would always come with me to make sure I was being taken care of. I know my Dad would approve of these guys. They treat you like family and I will NEVER go any where else. Thank you to Mrs. Conley for telling me about them. I recommend them to everyone I know. I needed tires for my Dodge Challenger and after calling Olin Mott along with several other shops around Brandon I decided here due to Dougs great customer service over the phone. Not only was everyone in the shop friendly they also had the best rate that I was offered during my calls. Will come here for all of my cars needs going forward, thanks Doug and team!

Great service . Called to get my tires filled with Nitrogen Douglas at the front desk said come in 30 minutes . I was in and out of there in minutes . All the employees where happy go lucky . In these times and days we all could use being around nice and honest people. I will be back for sure .

Been here a couple times for new tires. Prices and quality can't be beat. Doug is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best price available for tires. Tire rotations could be quicker...the wait is my only complaint.

The team at Olin Mott in Brandon never ceases to AMAZE me. The customer service is off the charts. I have been doing business with Harry, Neil and Doug for years and will never go anywhere else for tires. I was in a bad predicament with the tires on my car. I have been so busy with work that I let them get beyond bald. I called Olin Mott at 8:00am and asked them to be sure they could fit me in and have the tires that I needed because my schedule stays packed. Doug asked me when I would like to bring the car in and I told him that if he had an approximate time that they would have the tires there (special order) that I would come by around that time because I was extremely busy at work. Doug immediately offered to send someone to pick up my car. They were there within 30 minutes! About an hour later, Doug called to let me know what the pricing was going to be to make sure I was good with it. I agreed to the pricing (which was excellent as it included a FREE alignment for purchasing 4 tires) and authorized him to proceed. I told them to take their time and fit it in where they could because I didn't need the car back until 5pm. At 3:30, Neil called to let me know the car was done. I gave him my card number over the phone and paid. 30 minutes later, my car was delivered to me at my office. Customer service is one thing. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE takes things to a whole different level. Thank you gentlemen for providing me with yet another awesome customer experience. You have a customer for life!

I've been in this store several times, and I'll keep on coming back. I've bought several sets of tires over the years. Every visit had the same friendly, professional staff. They have always had my tires in stock, and I was back on the road very quickly. Yup, I'm an Olin Mott loyalist.

A great experience! They were so helpful and they were the only tire store in the area that had the specific tires we needed! Doug is wonderful and so good with the customers! I highly recommend Olin Mott Tire for all your needs!

Needed an emergency tire check in order to get to work, they said they had 7 appointments at this time. This was at 7am with the tire repair shop empty. They could have at least checked it and see if it was an easy fix.

We've been customers of Olin Mott in Brandon for more than 10 years. They totally rock -- they treat my car they way they'd treat their mothers' cars, fixing things that need fixing but not "finding" problems that don't need repair. I recommend them to all my friends, and they love them as much as we do!

Needed to add a bit of Nitrogen in the tires on my car. After waiting at Sears for more an hour they said they could not do it. Went to Olin Mott and received GREAT Service!!! They immediately directed me to a vacant stall AND promptly completed this service

I brought my Jeep here to have a set of wheels and tires installed that were already mounted and balanced and also to have the tire pressure sensors in those wheels programmed. It took about an hour and a half total but by Jeep was only in the back for 10 minutes max. I was told both were done, but when I got home and took the old wheels out of the car it turns out the tire pressure sensors in the old wheels were still programmed to the car. I brought the car back and was told the sensors in the new wheels couldn t be programmed which is fine but $60 to only have 4 wheels swapped is excessive. I called multiple places around town to see how much this should have cost and they were all $20 or less. I also called pep boys and several other tire shops and they sad that programming of the TPMS would not be a charge because they program automatically
