Casey was quick to answer the phone this morning and provide the information I needed to get a new battery for for my wife s car. When I arrived in the afternoon, Casey, quickly installed the new battery and had me on my way. Quick, painless and friendly service. Thanks Batteries+

They add so many small little free services that it's like the old "Simpson's" episode w Max Power, I've just met my newest oldest friends!!! Any battery issues you have, go talk to these cats first and see what they can do for you! I mean, we got lifetime batteries. Battery dies, we bring it back, they exchange it for the lifetime of the device that you are using, lifetime!!! I'm going around the house now looking for $#!+ to bring in and get lifetime batteries for! And did I tell you that these lifetime batteries are not that much more expensive than the regular battery price!!!! Yous guys have got to go check them out and tell them Tyger Anthony sent you. Ordered 6 large RV gold cart batteries online. They were in stock. Batteries were on a cart ready for me when I arrived. Clerk was very friendly. All positive to say. Thank you.

Batteries Plus is great. Order online and get a 10% discount and pick up in store. Great experience. They always have what I need. But if they don't, they will get it some time the same day.

Ordered 2 batteries online for in store pickup. The store called within 30 minutes to tell me one of the batteries needed to be delivered to the store before I coukd pickup. They had both ready by that afternoon. These batteries are used in a custom application with a battery isolator and 5000 watt power inverter.

The process of making an appointment on line was easy, plus a discount for doing so. When I arrived early he advised approximate time to repair, and called me when done. My cracked cell phone screen was replaced and much cheaper than buying a new phone!!

Good, Fast service. The young man who took care of me went out of his way to help me. He even came out to my car and figured out my car was not starting because it needed new battery. I was amazed by his treatment and helpfulness! Great service! If it were up to me, I would give him a fat, big raise!!!

Got the lifetime battery replacement for my watch there. Had the battery changed one time and the watch broke. Was told they would exchange it with a different watch and let me replace battery. Walked into this location and both the associate and manager were very rude and not willing to help me out. The manager didn t even come out of the back office. I have always been a loyal Batteries Plus customer. Due to this experience I will never give them any of my business again. All of this over a battery replacement plan that I paid for and used one time and they wouldn t let me transfer it. Poor customer service and even poorer staff and management at your Brandon, FL location.

The store was clean, well organized, and one should be able to find what they need with ease. The Rep was welcoming, friendly, caring, considerate, and respectful. I purchased a lifetime battery from another BPB store and the thermal receipt had faded. He replaced my battery with no problems, and made sure the warranty was entered into their system.

Always professional in their dealings with me; and found a battery for a laptop computer that nobody else could seem to locate. And then were able to install said battery when others would not. And now my wife basically has a "working computer" that doesn't need to be plugged in the whole time. Appreciated the service and support.

I went to the batteries Plus location in W Brandon , they literally sold me a Key that doesn t work. They charged a programming fee that they returned naturally but then the key that they cut couldn t even be reprogrammed by a different loc smith. The store refused the allow us to return the Key but after working with Casey the store manager it was never told that once the key is cut that they cannot return. They assured us multiple times that they would be able to reprogram the key and we even waiting over a week for it to come in. They didn t call us , we bad to call them and the policy doesn t state any where on there that we cannot return the key once it s been cut, even if it doesn t work. Overall if your a AAA member your better off using that , because batteries plus are literally thieves and very unprofessional. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Mckenzie was a man he helped me out find the exact battery I needed and even helped me get it in to my watch. I've had this watch for over a year and it means a lot to me. Feels so good to have it working. Thanks again Mackenzie.

Great customer service from Ozzie! He is very personable. I recommend B+B for everything. I ve had two batteries in my watch replaced and a new battery for my garage door opener. It legit takes them 5 minutes. They are nice, informative, quick, and efficient. A+++

Worst service and treatment ever!! Been coming here for years and it's not convenient (40 mins away). Purchased a top of the line Duracell AGM motorcycle battery 1 yr ago with 2yr full replacement and its dead from FL heat. Very unhelpful mgr Casey (zero customer skills) wanted to keep it for 24 hrs to "test it", (a faulty battery will not maintain a charge regardless) and then he expects me to make another ~1.5 hr round trip?!! No compromise or satisfactory solutions just said "it's our policy". He was just doing anything NOT to honor the warranty on a dead battery! I will NEVER buy anything from here again!!Update: They don't even know the specs on what they sell or apparently how to use a voltmeter because my battery had a OCV of 11.2 volts not "7 volts" and was not holding a charge which explains the lower voltage.SOC(State of Charge) OCV(Open-Circuit Voltage)100% 12.85V75% 12.55V50% 12.25V25% 11.95V0% 11.65V

I've gotten my last few batteries here.This place never disappoints. My typical visit is always under 10 minutes. Staff knows where stuff is right away.Pro-Tip: Have them check the battery voltage before leaving just to be safe

The best battery exchange experience ever. Super friendly staff, quick service and the prices are the most affordable in town. I initially was gonna pay for my hybrid car battery $170 plus tax but these guys had it for $129 with 10% off. I couldn't be happier with a service I received from them.

Spencer was great. He really went the extra mile with my little battery issue. I had hunted all over for the battery I needed, but couldn't find it anywhere. Was delighted to find it here and with extra help on the install. So great.

My iPhone battery was giving me problems and I went to this store and August helped me out with it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful so there was no confusion.The battery was definitely bad and it was changed out quickly and efficiently without any games or scams. It is nice to know customer service is still alive in some places.I would not hesitate to ever go back for anything else.Good job !!!!!

When I couldn't fine the battery I wanted on your website, I called my local Batteries Plus store and the gentleman I spoke with gave me the part number. I was then able to order on line, received an email that it was ready, drove to the store and had curbside piuck up. Everyone was so kind and helpful and made my life a little easier with this experience.

Pat convinced me last year to buy the lifetime warranty on my car battery, and today I put it to good use! In and out in less than 2 minutes. He's always amazing and gives great updates on specials in the store. Even got a 15 dollar off coupon to fix my old iPhone screen. Love the service here!

The representative, Pat, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There was some difficulty in repairing my device that made the repair take longer than estimated. The staff made sure to account for that in my pricing, and the work they did was impeccable. Customer for life.
