Star helped with my car s coolant. She was so energetic and passionate to help. Love the vibe, personality and her expertise. This is gonna be the only auto zone I am visiting in the future. Star is Amazing definitely a five start rating.

I came here yesterday Star helped with my car battery she was so energetic her vibe was everything she installed the battery fast while maken me laugh she is funny love it! & she is really good she knows what she is doing! As a woman I couldn t have done that thank you so much!

I provided the employee with my VIN number to get a new alternator and a belt just for me to come to my mechanic and him tell me both are wrong. I can t get an instant cash refund to purchase another one because I paid with a debit card. This is a silly mistake made on the employees behalf and they want me to wait 7-14 days see a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and they take no accountability. Now I gotta go to corporate.

Great service received. Luis Ramos helped me changing the battery terminal quickly. Most important that he did it with a smile in his face and we don t get that often. Highly recommended.

Just had the most amazing experience. Let's be honest who doesn't love a free service...Let me give you the scenario... had one of my vehicles, rough start, then it seems not to have any issues. I didn't want to go out and buy a new battery without making sure that I had gotten my last bit of moneys worth out of this one.Went to the local AutoZone and not only did javier test the battery right in front of me, he actually installed the new battery for us.Here I thought I'd have to go home break out my tools, get my hands, dirty, change the batteries and bring back the core ....but no. They test and replace right on site. Even offered 10% off military discount. Such a great experience, and such a great value. Thank you Javier

Last week my friends and I got stranded in Brandon, Florida as we were trying to make our way back down to Fort Lauderdale. My car battery randomly died and luckily we had someone jump us and got to this autozone. Luis helped us install a new car battery. Well actually he did all the work we really didn t help at all. Anyways he was great and we were all joking around the whole time. Overall it was a bad situation turned good thanks to Luis and the quality of service this autozone provided.

Got off work and had to have car towed because the battery that was sold to me 8 months ago stopped working. Manager tried to say it was alternator had 2 different mechanics look at it and say alternator was fine, that battery was faulty. Manager said because it was DARK they wouldn t install the battery at 6:00pm. Said I should have come in the morning (I have a JOB and can t afford to just take off whenever because you sold a faulty product). Sorry I can t control daylight savings time, but you should clearly advertise you stop installing at dusk if that is a policy (found it NOWHERE online). Shout out to pepboys who came over and helped install FREE OF CHARGE. Will never come here again unless they sold me a faulty battery that stops working again.

Sent my wife to buy some oil for two cars and spark plugs plus wires to get home to hear the price was 192 dollars (I don't think so ) so I told her to take them back and they refund ur 106 and said that's all they can refund and took all the stuff back to put it back on there shelf and sell again nothing was opened or damaged

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Nice to see people that actually want to do their job! They didn't have the battery I needed and the man apologized for not having it and sent me to the store that did!

Went in to bring waste oil for proper disposal and encountered Jon G. Who once he realized what we needed to do proceeded to walk around aimlessly searching for gloves. Grabbed a box and then decided to completely ignore us and take phone orders and customers who have now been waiting in line behind us. 4 other staff at the counter and not a single person has said a thing. I spend tens of thousands with this company in NY at my business and due to the experience with the staff at this location I'm seriously considering closing my commercial account and never doing business with them again.

They were unable to find my receipt from earlier that day in their system. I was able to find the receipt, I thought it had flown out the window, and then the cashier tried to get me to order a fuse assembly that I was adamant zi didn't need.

I would avoid this location and go to 239 W Brandon. The two women associates were not helpful or profsssional. 8:15pm today neither one of them greeted or acknowledged me, and when I asked for help they literally stared at each other before telling me no one was available to help me.

I had a wonderful experience today at this Autozone. Casper was sooooo helpful and performed the FixFinder service on my car. After we found out the my coils were messed up. He found all the parts that I need and was so helpful! I would definitely make the drive to this location if I ever needed anything for my car!

I called to inquire about a intake air filter for my vehicle. After clearly articulating the year, make, and model of vehicle I was told they had the filter in stock and given the price which seemed extremely low for the vehicle I have therefore, I asked to double check that the filter was for my particular car and restated the year, make, and model and was assured it was the right part. I hopped in my car and drove to the location and said I was there to pickup the air filter I called about. After giving year, make, and model was told they don't have the air filter nor can they order it. It's sad that customer service has gotten so bad. I specifically asked the person to double check if the item was for my car and they still got it wrong

Love this new store location (Hwy 60/Lakewood) . Everything was clean, organized, and great customer service. I purchased a car battery and Ken was fantastic! Highly recommend
