Being new to the area it can be a hassle trying to locate a shop I can trust with the repairs of my wife s 16 Audi A3. Well I m incredibly glad I found Autoworks of Brandon. Kevin and Matt were extremely helpful, but more so, the convenience of their text message system with work up is awesome. After dropping the car off, within a few hours I received a very detailed work order through text. It gave me options on tires, as well as a very thorough inspection list of issues with the car that I could approve or not. Now I understand no business gives away anything nor am I expecting it, but the cost was very reasonable. I received a call at 4:30 from Kevin stating my vehicle was ready for pick up, now mind you they close at 5pm. Now we know the traffic down here can turn a 10min drive to a 25 min drive. I was able to pay over the phone, and Kevin assured me that my wife s keys would be placed in a locker and we could pick it up at our convenience. This is what the experience should be. I d recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get top notch service, and above quality work. I do greatly appreciate this shop,with how things are in todays world, it s nice to know that there are businesses that still care about customer service as well as Maints a passion for cars. Have been to Auto Works of Brandon twice for different repairs and they are the best. Clean waiting area, they stay in touch with you the whole step of the repair. Staff is friendly and professional and I would recommend if you have a warranty repair or not to take your vehicle here.

The customer service is great! They were quick and professional. I was referred within my family and they are great with European cars as well! I will refer people to this company moving forward. This will also be the only place to do my service checks. They found something wrong that other shops did not catch. I love thorough work! They provide pictures of the work completed too. 5 stars!

My first experience with Auto Works. They were fast with quotes and great to work with. They fixed my suspension and break issues and my 4Runner drives like new. I won t be going back to my dealer for anything. These people really know what they re doing! Thanks

Being new to the area it can be a challenge finding a shop that doesn t just view you as a check or product. As well as providing a top notch service with a more than reasonable price. Being in the industry, I understand retail and cost, and then there s always you get what you pay for. This place gives more than what you pay for. After not even a few hours after dropping off my wife s car I received a text message that contained a very detailed work order of things needed as well as options to what I requested. With a simple click of a button weather you approve the work or not. Absolutely fantastic service. Yes I m part of the reason the population is growing here in Tampa as I m originally from PA, can t hog up all the nice weather in January lol, but seriously with traffic we know 5 -10 min ride can turn into a 15-30min ride. I was able to pay the bill over the phone, and being I wouldn t have gotten there till after they closed, they have lockers to place your key in, if you need to pick your vehicle up after hours. All in all, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the work, cost and convenience of this establishment. I strongly recommend

Outstanding independent shop. As a mechanic, I listen to how they talk to their customers and explain problems. I don't hear any needless upselling or funny business. They're very honest and tell it like it is. They've done an APR tune to my Audi that nobody else was able to due to the software on my ECU. They also did the best alignment my car has probably ever had. I had it in 3 different tire shops prior to this, and the alignment was never right. Auto Works did it perfect on the first try. The team here really knows their Euro cars, but no matter what you drive I highly recommend them.Services: Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment

Brandon auto works is awesome!They have on multiple occasions come to our rescue. We own a Truck mounted Steam cleaning company and we cannot be down for more than a day. Brandon Auto Works understands this and gets our truck repaired on time and the work is professionally done correctly!Very nice people to do business with!Michael and his team get a A plus from us!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

As a busy and active parent/business professional, I m dependent upon my vehicle. I need to feel assured my vehicle is in prime operating condition. And that every safety measure is functioning effectively. Matt, service manager, and his service team of advisors and technicians are the best of the best. Trained, experienced, and certified in both domestic and foreign makes and models. They will not waste your time or mislead you on the best course of action whether your vehicle requires regular maintenance or repairs. Pricing is more than fair and reasonable. I trust them and wouldn t even consider having any other auto shop or dealership service department work on my vehicle.

Just went in for a quick alignment after I replaced the lower control arms, hoping that would fix the 2018 Subaru Forester eyesight system issue and it did. At 20% lower cost than getting an alignment done at the dealership. My wife has taken her family's cars there for over 12 years and now that mine is out of warranty I will probably start going here for any major issues

These people give recommendations based on no evidence cause of a problem. Don't trust at first. Do your diligence and double check with other workshop. It is worth the money getting bothered and double check with second opinions. I get amazed how much they want to charge you without actually knowing if it is going to make any difference.

I was treated kindly from the first encounter until u checked out with my car. As a woman, I don t always have good experiences with car issues, but your place was very different! You answered my questions and I will tell anyone with car problems to visit your location!!

Brought my Mini Roadster in for an issue that one of the BMW dealerships could not correctly fix Auto Works of Brandon corrected the problem and my Roadster is running perfectly!I highly recommend Auto Works of Brandon!

I have found my new auto repair shop! They were awesome. I have a VWJetta that some places won't work on. The dealership wanted over $3000 to fix my ac. Auto works fixed my ac, replaced the water pump, freeze plug and did a full synthetic oil change for less than half of what the dealership wanted just for the ac. The guys were friendly and professional. They took pictures of the problems advised me of repairs and cost. I really can't say enough good things about them. I'm beyond satisfied.

These guys are the best! I just moved to the area, and I didn't know where to take my vehicle. Took my vehicle to Pep Boys, got raked over the coals, all for them to say that they couldn't figure out what was wrong after having it for 5 days. I had my vehicle towed over to AWB and they resolved the issue in one day, with grade-A customer service as well.

I worked with Matt at Auto Works of Brandon who was great at communicating the status of my vehicle and taking my calls when I was feeling impatient. It has only been two weeks since getting my Caravan back and for right now, it is driving better than it had been the past three years. I was hesitant to write a review and jinx myself. That said, I appreciate the honesty and the fact that they stayed within the quoted price for the work performed.Service: Engine repair

One star. After having my truck for more than a week it was returned to me with the same problem plus a new problem. i asked did anyone test drive the truck, if so they would have known the problem was still there. I got no answer. I paid almost $2000 only to get the same problem back. Vote of no confidence for me.one star is two much.

Very over priced to replace a water pump. As soon as we got the vehicle back we've had nothing but problems. Now the Alternator is out (Funny thing, it was new ), called to find out how much they would charge, close to $900.00 they said the alternator itself is over $400. Pretty sad when you price gouge people. A good dependable alternator is abot $200.00.

I have been a client of Auto Works of Brandon for over 20 years. They are trustworthy and honest. They have maintained my vehicles throughout the years, changed tires and made repairs when necessary. My neighbor referred me here to check out my newly-bought used vehicle with an oil leak. The vehicle was checked out with recommended maintenance at no charge. The oil leak was remedied in about an hour. Great job!

Brought my Audi S6 here because it was running rough and getting awful gas mileage. It took them a couple days to figure out which of the 3 fuel pumps were failing, but they got it all taken care of and my car is back to running strong. I ll be bringing my vehicles here for any maintenance and repairs from here on out.

My Ford F150 was running a little bit rough and with no acceleration at times. l had heard about Auto Works Of Brandon, so l stopped by and explaned my situation to Matt Hayes and he diagnosed and found the problem immediately corrected the necessary repairs. The team had to replace my throttle body and l picked up my truck the same day. please note that Auto Works gives prompt and courteous service. Being able to drop off and pick up the car at odd times was great and perfect for my schedule. Kevin and his team communicated with me and made sure my car was fixed and ready for a holiday weekend trip even though they had to make it happen on a Friday afternoon. Excellent!
