Came here for a second opinion after leaving Pep Boys because I felt like they were trying to hustle me to replace my back brakes. John set my appointment and was very professional from the start. This place saved me approximately $500 (LITERALLY) compared to what Pep Boys initially quoted me. Anthony and the staff did a great job and had me in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! They are tried and true for honest pricing and work ethic - you won t find a better place in the Tampa area I can promise you that!!

I highly recommend this shop. We had a stuck caliber while we were traveling and called this shop last minute. They got us right in, diagnosed the issue, got the parts and had us out the door and back on the road all within 2 hours! And to top it off, their customer service was amazing! Super nice, very knowledgeable and friendly. These guys are awesome!

Hi everyone , Auto clinic of Brandon is the best mechanic shop in Brandon florida that I've encountered. I called yesterday John and his team located the issue with my car pretty much immediately. I will be back to give them service and refer them . It's unbelievable how kind and knowledgeable they are. Thank you again and again .

I took my truck in to John and his guys because I thought I needed brakes. After they inspected them they informed me that they did not want to steal my money and that I probably had at least 8 to 10 months left on both my front and rear brakes. This kind of honesty, especially within the auto repair industry is unheard of. Highly highly recommend!

I've been going here for years, and I 100% trust this company to tell me the truth and not try to upsell like most other shops. They always do a great job and have very reasonable prices.

I stopped early in the morning because my car has been making a flutter sound and I even tried to record the sound. I talked with the owner, John, but he was not able to hear it from my phone. He offered to take the car for a spin to try to hear it for himself. He returned and put it up on a lift without me knowing and stated there was an area that was missing a couple of screws and he replaced them. The noise is still there but not nearly as loud. John is such a nice person and reassured me I was not hearing things. I live an hour or so away...but I would go there if my car needed to be serviced for something.

My starter went out Christmas Eve night, we were able to get it towed on Christmas Day so that my vehicle would be at Auto Clinic first thing in the morning.. I left them a note stating that we live several hours away and needed to get home and they were very fast and efficient and able to get my car repaired before the day was over so we could get back home. Thank you! Anytime I am in the area and need emergency car repair I will always go here.

They did an oil change on a VW Jetta and forgot to put the shroud back on under the car. When my step daughter called back about it they said it didn't have one and they didn't have one laying around. Which is it ? . Well they do and the last several oil changes before this one were done by me and it was on the car.

A dealership messed up my car. Brought it to these guys. They did a system check and got me the codes. Called the dealership back with that info and they were willing to fix the problem for free. Appreciate Brandon Auto Clinic for finding the problem that the other shops create.

I don't bring my vehicles anywhere else anymore, this place is phenomenal. There have been several occasions where they could have just done what I thought needed done and taken my money, but they always opt instead to give me good advice and dissuade me from making uninformed decisions which does not benefit them at all. These are good, honest people who are excellent at what they do. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you need anything!

Knowledgeable mechanic who helps customers. I had a steering issue that turned out to be a tire. He referred me to a tire store and didn t charge me for his time. Honest and fair!

I was having battery issues with my car so decided to take my car in today to get worked on. While on my way, I called to let them know I was on my way to drop off my car. The guy working the front office was very rude. I told him what was going on, and he said I could take my car in but he didn t know when it would be worked on. Also that he charged $130 or $150 an hour and he didn t know how many hours would be needed to service or diagnose my car.The more questions I asked the meaner he got. I told him I was trying to understand more to be sure I could afford to visit and because I need my car for work. The hourly charge is separate from the work needed, so I needed to know more information to know what to expect. The last time I took my car in for an alternator, I wasn t told that. ( thinking back though, I did pay over a thousand dollars on that visit)When I arrived, again he was so rude to me! As I went to my car to get the keys for him I started crying heavily. Having issues with your car and having an unexpected expense is already a stressful situation for anyone, but to be so rude and mean to a customer is very unnecessary. I work in retail management, and the way he treated me was not ok. I left and took my business elsewhere. It was a very unfortunate experience for me especially because I had a better experience last time and have even referred other to them. Good customer service is very important to me. I do hope they can do better to others, as for me, I won t be returning.

Every now and then you come across a business that is so strongly honest and filled with professionalism and integrity that you may think, what's the catch. With Auto Clinic of Brandon, there is NO catch. They are what I describe. My family has relied on these professionals for over 15 years and they continue to impress me with their honesty and professionalism. Phenomenal business! So honest, easy to work with even had to pick up after hours and we worked out a way to do so. Fair pricing and fixed our alternator within hours whereas another shop wanted 2k to fix it and held onto our van for days. I am so happy I had my car sent here and best believe our vehicles will only be coming here from now on. I m always on edge when dealing with mechanics but I felt so at ease and not taken advantage of. I am just so happy!

Really like this place. Today was the second time I had my car worked on here and just like the first time, the work was done correctly and the price was fair. One of the main things that turns me off from a business, is the attitude of the first person I encounter at a business. The people here have always been friendly and helpful. Work is done in a timely manner and it makes having to spend money on a repair, a little less painful. Would definitely recommend them!

100% I will use them again. I had to replace an axel and dealerships always charge way to much. The other shop I took it to hit something with car and didn't say a word. My other quote insisted I had to change both axel and the arms . Basically were trying to get me to spend more. I'm seriously not in any shape to but anything at the mo.ent. these guys were amazing. Only did what wS needed at a fair price. Highly recommend!!! Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my 20 year old car in because the air conditioning stopped blowing cold. We got in at 7:30 and were out by 1130. Staff was awesome, facility was clean, my air was fixed , and the price was unexpectedly lower than I thought it would be. Thanks Auto Clinic of Brandon and thanks Weaver s Auto for recommending!!! I love when businesses work together!!!

Thumbs all the way up in the air on Auto Clinic.. Great work...Fast Service...and Great Customer Service.... I love that they don't mind that you bring you're car to them and leave it on their lot. By the next business day or morning they will call you to let you know what the problem is with your car. Very reasonable. They do not try to get over on you at all. Hit them up and they will take care of you! You will see

I have been bringing my vehicles to this clinic since the early 90s. They have always been very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Being female, I always worry about being taken advantage of since I know absolutely nothing about vehicles. I trust this clinic completely! There have been 3 times now that I have brought in my vehicle for what I thought was an issue and they found NOTHING WRONG. Sent me home at no charge! They could have very easily said it was something major and taken advantage of my ignorance. Wonderful company. Great staff! Highly recommend their services for all your vehicle needs!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change
