My wife and I were on a wekend road trip to Orlando. We pulled off the freeway for a rest room break. When we got back on the road. I felt and heard a huge pop. Turned out is was the serpentine belt! This was Saturday afternoon. Now we had to find a place to fix it but again this was Saturday afternoon. After call after call no one could see tgus car to fix it in the time we needed it. Finally got intouch with Lesile at Acevedo Euro Import. He was more then accommodating. He took our car gave me a visual diagnostic and said "don't worry I will take care of it for you." He understood the assignment! We had to get up to Orlando for a business convention. Sunday morning at 930 AM He calls me and say your car is finished pick it up on your way home. Absolutely amazing. We ultimately did not skip a beat! I Highly recommend using Acevedo Euro Import for any car repairs needed. He saved the day by reassuring us he cold handle the job. And did it beyond expectations. If you're looking for a fair mechanic that does good work and it's not over price Leslie's the man you looking for somebody that's not going to a Band-Aid something then go somewhere else that's the facts.

Brought in my CLK350 and he was unbelievable. Normally car trouble is a headache but he was quick and professional! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I recently had a terrible experience Acevedo Arroyo Acevedo Euro Import and I feel compelled to share my experience. This mechanic has been taking care of my vehicle since 2019 so I trusted him with my vehicle because I thought he was a serious and reputable mechanic. He is very pricey but I will pay for good service so again as long as I thought my car was in good hands I would pay. I took my car to this mechanic for an end to end inspection because it was high mileage and I wanted to keep it in optimal condition. He did a routine oil change, back break job, air conditioning compressor swap, and he states that the radiator needed to be changed. I specifically asked for him to check the timing belt as even someone that is not an expert knows that high mileage is the equivalent of timing belt and tune up. Mr Acevedo charged me $3200 told me everything was great with the car and that all that was left to do was a software update at BMW. He had the car for a month again I paid him $3200 picked up my car on May 24 and there was the Drivetrain Malfunction Error on my dash I texted him see the image below and he said just make the appointment with BMW made my appointment with BMW and was confident that all was well. When I took the car to BMW I received a text from the tech stating that the timing belt looked like the guides were off and that this needed to be taken care of as it could lead to major issues. I text Mr Acevedo and sent him the video from the BMW dealer and he responded with the following I see the video I believe that the software update will fix the issue Well software update was completed and 2 days later my engine blew because the timing belt slipped and the motor components grinded!!!! I was left stranded in the middle of I4Not only did this mechanic put my life at risk, but they also caused significant damage to my car. I called him right away and he asked me to tow the car to his shop so he could take a look It took my husband to visit him and numerous phone calls to get a response. He admitted that it was the timing belt then said it was the oil pump when we told him that we asked him to check the timing belt numerous times!!! I filed a complaint with the department of Consumer Affairs and when they reached out to him he was dismissive and refused to take responsibility for his negligence. Now I am in the process of going through the legal system. Below are some pictures of my baby, there are also some screenshots of the texts from him.I would strongly advise against using this mechanic for any car repairs or maintenance. His lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and reliable mechanic who values their customers' safety and satisfaction.See you in court and I am a very known person in my community and I will make sure that while you are dismissive and unresponsive I continuing to create awareness so no one else goes through this!!! By the way since 2019 I have paid over 6k in just preventive maintenance with this guy !Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

This guy took me for a ride. I brought him my car for a boost leak and he had me change a bunch of plastics, some of them were perfectly fine but he said it had a manufacture "Flaw". After $550 worth of bullcrap which included a new coolant reservoir that he breaks for all of his customers and the boost leak was still present. NOT FIXED. I thook the car and gave up on this Leslie guy to find out later when I checked it that the turbo charge pipe was not even clamped on then as it was all broken and leaking boost. I ordered a new charge pipe online, changed it myself, and the car is perfect. This guy did not even check the charge pipe an instead took me on a ride for my money. Stay way far away from this place !

I just moved to this area and needed a mechanic asap. I was referred by my brother in law but was a little skeptical because prior to that I went to a different mechanic and was treated poorly. It was a pleasure dealing with Acevedo, not only did he fix 2 of my cars but he also did it in a timely manner. Leslie just completed a wheel bearing and hub replacement, good price and as promised. He is fair and totally honest. It is hard to find someone you can trust. Leslie is one of those guys.

I have been taking my truck to Leslie for about almost a year now. Interestingly I was highly recommended to Acevedo s Euro & import auto but not sure if Leslie would want to do the Maintenence on my truck.. Leslie s specialty is Euro & Import .. Leslie said sure no problem !!! Ever since then he has done all my preventive maintenance, safety checks, oil changes, & tire rotations. This shop is one of the best in the Bay!!
