Waited for over 30 mins while all auto department were just have nice conversation. Was only coming in for a 10 min oil change but was turned away and told that they now only do it by appointment and all booked up till next wednesday I then stated I wish I was told that half hour ago while I sat her waiting for no reason at a unattended register. Then they went back to chit chat. With cars in any of the bays and four employees. Didn't look to busy to me. . . . Terrible customer service?!

Only have one tire machine so the wait would have been 4 hours and I found the female cashier working to be pretty rude in her tone of voice. She seemed annoyed I was there. Won t be returning.

1st time going here, best prices in town and they use valvoline which is good in my mind. Very convenient since you can shop or grab lunch at Charlie's while waiting. Oil change and rotation $75 for full synthetic, done in about 1 hour, happy customer!

I had both my battery replaced and an oil change and each time I was told it would be about 1 1/2 - 2 hours for the service. The battery install was just over an hour and oil change was under 1 1/2 hours. And prices are the best in the area. No one can beat Walmart ( that I found).Services: Battery, Oil changeServices: Battery, Oil change

The level of chaos here is insane. I made an online purchase a week ago for two new tires following the Walmart mechanic's recommendation for my RV. The guy told me that I would need LT rated tires, and I paid for the installation as well. However, a week later, the website still showed a delay in delivery, so I went to the store to check. Unfortunately, no one there could find my order, so I called Walmart, and the person on the phone located it in just a minute, saying that it was delivered to the store days ago. This weekend, I went to the store a few hours earlier than my appointment because it was an emergency, but the front desk lady told me that my tire was not yet in the shop. I informed her that we already received phone verification, and she booked me for an earlier appointment. On my way to the shop, I recognized my two new tires on top of a pile, so I thought it was a good day. However, an hour later, I received an email from Walmart that my appointment had been canceled. So I called Walmart, and the same lady told me that my tire was not yet in the shop. But I informed her that I had found them and was standing right next to them. Her story changed in an instant, and she said that the system had canceled my appointments because I was a walk-in. I was confused because I had two appointments an hour ago, and now I had none. However, she said that was just how the system worked.I drove back to the shop to find out what was going on, and she told me the same thing - that the system had canceled both my appointments because I was a walk-in. She offered to make a new appointment for me, but by then, half the day had already passed. I had a feeling that, since the system showed the tires weren't delivered, she had canceled my appointments and simply blamed it on the system after I told her that I had already found them. I don't know what I was thinking, letting Walmart service my car when they struggle even to stock their shelves.Service: Tires

Do not take your vehicle here under any circumstances! Had tires put on our vehicle in April and two days ago had a tire blow out due to hitting something in the road. I attempted to change the tire and low and behold the locking lug nut key was missing from our vehicle. I called and asked about this and was toldThat they never saw the key. I asked them how they changed the tires and was given no answer. Then I was told that there I no way I can prove that they ever had the key to begin with. They take no accountability for terrible customer service!!

If you're in a hurry, stay far away from this place. They take forever to do anything. I was one of the first ones here for an oil change and it's a 2 plus hour wait. They're as slow as the day is long. And it doesn't seem to phase them as they've probably heard it a bunch of times on their sloth like speed on doing things. No pride with these businesses anymore. Very sad.

I would give 0 stars if allowed. I left super frusrated because customer service and my interaction with staff was horrible. I was told it would take no more than 1/1.5 hrs to get my tire patched. When I called 1.5 hrs later they had no knowledge of my car or what was being done to it. The gentleman then proceeds to tell me there was a system glitch that mixed up 2 of the same type vehicles and 1 was completely deleted from the system. Guess who's... MINE. I was appalled but he was so nonchalant about it like this wasn't a huge problem and he didn't even care. I had to give him all my information again and was told it would be another hour. By the time my vehicle was ready 4 hours had passed... for a tire patch?! Then when trying to speak with the manager about the huge inconvenience it caused me it only frustrated me more due to his lack of concern, communication, and people skills. When I came to write this review I had no idea I would see so many that would be similar to mine. LESSON: read the reviews first! Will be the last time using Walmart's auto services and I will be contacting Corporate. Should have just paid more at a more reputable and professional company... lessons learned.

Super frustrated. Was told it would take no more than 2.5/3hrs max to get tires replaced, they didn't even start the work until 3 hrs had passed. Gentleman was so nonchalant about it like he didn't even care. Will be the last time using walmart auto services. What can you really expect anymore from walmart. Would have rather paid a lil more somewhere they actually do what they say.

Great experience with tire purchase. 2 tires installed in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. Service writer was friendly and professional.

Terrible experience. I came in for a conventional oil change and 4 new tires. I was told that it would be 2-2.5 hours. I ve been here nearly 4 hours now. The staff have done more talking and goofing off than work. Very unprofessional. The cashier was very nice. Just an overall bad experience and definitely the last time I ll come here for anything.

I was 3rd. in line at 7am Saturday morning for an oil change. At 9.45 am they inform me they is not have enough oil to do the service. My vehicle takes MOBILE 1 for diesel. You would think that the inventory control Walmart is famous for would have alerted the service writer, but NO. 3 hours waiting for them to tell me "sorry", just doesn't cut it.

I wish i could give a 0. They tried to tell me that I had wire showing on my tire and i looked and couldnt see any but I reached my hand out and touch the tire and there's no wires showing. Also would not rotate the tires. Yes the tires are wore a bit on the inside the tread across are really nice still.but dont leave them on the front of a front wheel drive car rotate them so i can have my best tires on front. And those in the back not getting anymore wear until i can replace them..and. The manager is so up charge heavy.worst day in a long time..

Walmart has not reopened auto-center...Issue everyone who has paid for national road hazard, balance and rotation is out of luck. How Walmart has escaped action lawsuit is beyond me!You can get tires are oil changes anywhere after reopening of covid-19Best guess is Walmart is not going to re-open! I am sure this department looses allot of money long before Corona Virus...Sadly the $19 pit crew type oil change will cost you almost $50 at a quick lube. Also tire mounting and balancing tipple in price and other tire stores! Walmart is good to order tires online site-to-store pickup and have installed somewhere else. Like the auto-center pickup maybe painful...

Fantastic experience with oil change! I shopped while I waited...they were done in less than a half-hour! And it cost half of what I paid at jiffy lube!

Good prices. Especially if you you eat tires like I do, wait times are unfortunately usually long. Best bet really early morning

Their Tire and Lube Express and their website are both garbage. First, their website lists their TLE as 24hours (we all know that isn't the case), second, you put TLE into google and it comes up with every Walmart in a 20 mile radius, i had to call 5 of them before i finally found one that had a TLE (and had EVER had one for that matter), then they don't take appointments for batteries, even though i specifically told him my front tire needed to be removed in order to replace the battery (he also reiterated this when he looked up my year, make, and model of my car). For anything servoce related, i highly recommend anyone else. I've received far superior customer service from Firestone, and to me, that beats the proce any day, at least then i know it's also being done correctly.

Always multiple hours wait for anything even a battery swap , rude arrogant staff always defensive about any questions or inquiry. Called for a qoute on a battery over the phone was told a price came in and price jumped up $40 explained I spoke to someone and was told should of got a name of who I talked to with no remorse

Wait times are long but that's the only negative. The staff are nice and the pricing is decent.

Paid for some tires. Dude put on the wrong tires. They could have popped because those tires weren't meant for our truck. So they put on correct tires. So waiting time was bad and the guy didn't pay enough attention
