I made an appointment for 8am for a flat tire repair. Unfortunately the tire couldn t be repaired but I was given a great deal on a set of new tires. They also discounted my alignment and alerted me that I needed new breaks. The new store manager Tyler was super helpful and nice. They are are two reasons why I m giving it 3 stars instead of five stars. I ended up waiting longer than estimated. But more importantly Jason offended me. I am in a life situation where I need money help from my parents at the moment and he commented, after I told him it s not my money I have to call my dad, That s just wrong . I was extremely upset by this comment. I ve been through a rough couple of months. He didn t know me or my story. So I would advise better customer service training on how to be more respectful to customers.

Came in for a nail in my tire. Eric was quick to serve and very helpful. Made sure my tire was taken care of with no wait. Staff was all friendly and knowledgeable and I definitely will be coming back again.

Thislocation is beyond me. The guy who was running the service desk left and now it s a mad house! I ve been sitting here for almost a hour and half for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The gentleman pictured has no care to answer questions or to control the kids in the back as they lean on cars instead of working. This is unacceptable. Will update if service isn t done correctly.Update***Other than the oil change itself NONE of my fluids were topped off.Definitely will never be back after this.Always verify your vehicle before you leave this location. & they also can t even fill my coolant because they don t have the right color Whole end process 2HOURS!!They didn t even tighten my damn bolts on my car to my tires!!!!!!!!!!Oil everywhere on my car and under the hood like seriously!!!

ABSOLUTELY the best tire place around! The customer service is a 10 out 10! These guy spent the time to help me find the best tires for my SUV. And have gone above and beyond to make my experience the best it could ever be! You will not regret coming here for your automotive needs these guy rock!

I was in a bind had a bolt through 1 of the tires. I knew I needed all new tires but was worried about paying too much. Jake at Tire Kingdom gave me fair pricing on all new tires. My car drives great. Nice and smooth. They got me back on the road fairly quick..

Great service! I called right after they opened on a Saturday to get my tire fixed due to a nail and Eric was able to get me in right away. It was going to take over a hour to fix, I was able to explain to the store manager Tyler that I had a wedding I had to leave for in an hour and he was able to expedite it and within 30 min the tire was patched and ready to go. Definitely recommend them, and I would go to them again.

Rented a vehicle from Enterprise and no sooner than I left their store, tire pressure was slowly dropping. Warning light came on and I filled with air. Thought I had resolved issue, but next day the tire was completely flat. Enterprise sent a local road service to put on the donut tire ; they put the onus on me to have tire repaired or replaced at their expense. Visited Tire Kingdom and manager had tire patched for free as it would be hours and lots of paperwork to get reimbursed by Enterprise. Managers, Tyler & Eric and Jared,( I think) the technician were great. All very professional, friendly and helpful. Btw, I tipped the technician as he was really efficient and a nice guy.

Damaged my rims and took 5.5 hours to do it. They couldn't find my tires. Jordan belittled the damage done to my car. Jordan told my insurance company he would fix my rims. I met him after work and he just yelled at me like he was the victim. The insurance company gave me a quote higher than the cost of my tires. I am concerned after this quality of work, my wheels won't come off. They also don't honor appointments. Avoid at all costs. I was better off before I came than when I left. I paid 650 bucks and spent 5.5 hrs for them to do over 700 dollars worth of damage. They gave my car back with rubber and scrapes and missing a valve stem cover. I saw lots of angry customers over the course of the day. Jordan told me he was going to fire them all by the end of the day. Like I was going to believe that . He was just giving me lip service. Jordan is a manipulator and will tell you anything to get out of trouble instead of just not damaging your property in the first place. I won't ever go to this Tire Kingdom again. Mavis informed me they will be paying for repairs. I am just waiting for the check.

The guys at firestone really did great today I was at lunch at work and my valve stem started leaking. so I called them and he said he could get it fixed immediately. I was on a time crunch to get back to work and they really took there job professionally and were very kind and quick. I recommend them to everyone

The store manager Tyler was absolutely amazing! He worked w me on pricing and was upfront and honest about what was going on w my car. I ve been to other shops in the area and they all try to upsell or talk u into $1000s worth of work that u don t even need. Not tire kingdom. Love the customer service and appreciate the honesty and good work. I will not take my car anywhere else.

This shop is great, the atmosphere that the employees provide is very welcoming and straight forward , they show the willingness and the ability to help out when needed with customers and there work ethic is something unseen in most places. Will definitely be back in the future if necessary. Great Job !! Thanks again.

Avoid these thieves run and run fast. They replaced a front tire and sabotaged the psi levels of all four tires. Psi on front tires was @ 63, left rear @ 86 and right rear @ 22. Tire kingdom was the last to touch my tires. Had to replace left rear b/c it ballooned and tire was leaking. Tire Kingdom on 64 are crooks! Very thankful that I did not have a blow out.

Stay Away! Coming from a service writer/ operations manager of 5+ years I can take one look at a shop and tell the level of service I will get and my suspicion was confirmed. I was denied a simple patch bc I wouldn t buy all new tires. Arrive to get my car and the techs are all sitting around vaping in a shop with flammable liquids not alone the health hazard to people with lung issues! I then had to ask for assistance to get my car. Was given an incomplete and incorrect work order after I had to ask for one. Then I find they over inflated my damaged tires in retaliation for not buying anything from this cut corners shop and nobody would claim who did it. Called service with a promise from a call from a regional manager. No response.

Great experience all around! Jacob and Cody made me their 1st priority and exceeded my expectations. I drive back and forth from Ohio a couple times a year and thought I just needed a couple new tires. Jacob helped me understand the benefits of getting a full set and how regular maintenance would help them to last longer. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal too! I could tell that they are very knowledgeable and care about the safety of the customers. I can feel safe driving long distance and I will definitely be coming back to this location when I am in town! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

When you head out for a day of errands and find only 13 lbs of pressure and a screw in your somewhat rare tire, don't go anywhere else but Tire Kingdom on 8355 SR 64 E in Bradenton. Ask for Jordan Hines, because he and the staff at this Tire Kingdom location are the people you want helping you out when you have a tire emergency. He is truly about old school customer service...the kind where you just help somebody out because they need it and you ask for nothing in return. The kind where you go out of your way to turn someone else's crummy situation into a fantastic experience. We definitely need more Jordan Hines and his staff in this world. Positive approach, genuine and gracious, willing to help someone in need, went above and beyond without being asked and was happy to do it all! Find your way to this particular Tire Kingdom and ask for Jordan Hines next time you need tire help and if you don't need a tire, just BE a "Jordan Hines" to someone else in need!

Scheduled a 1:00 appointment online for an oil change. Arrived about 20 minutes early and my car was ready at 2:00. Thought that was a tad long for an oil change, but Courtney the manager made the wait seem so much shorter. She was the nicest employee of Tire Kingdom I have ever met and treated all the customers with the same professionalism and kindness she showed me. I will continue using Tire Kingdom to maintain my vehicle.

Jacob, assistant manager, and Tyler, store manager were excellent. They both were friendly, very knowledgable, and easy to work with. They performed a 60,000 mile check up on my car and ordered four new tires. I definitely intend to use them again.

We arrived at 2, left at 5:30. 4 tires and a oil change. Very happy with the overall package, and the manager fell all over himself making a bad situation a good experience. We did leave pleased. Like any other business they too are experiencing shortness of help. But the work was done properly, a definite plus.

During our road trip part of our front engine splash shield broke off and made a loud flapping sound. We drove into Tire Kingdom & Tyler immediately put the car on a lift and removed the shield so we could drive home without the noise. Outstanding customer service without even having an appointment . Had a 8:00am appt on 1/12/24 to take care of a nail in my tire. Got in on time. The shop manager actually worked on my vehicle due to shortage of workers. After it was all said and done, he removed the nail but it did not penetrate the tire. He put everything back together and said you re good to go. No charge. That s the way to do business! I will visit again if I have a need to. Thank you very much!

Been dealing with Tire Kingdom for the last 3+ years. Always had great service for my truck. The people were caring and polite. Times have changed. Just had the worst experience. First it took me 3 visits just to get an oil change and have my AC checked. I arrived on Tuesday only to find out that the AC specialist doesn t work on Wednesday. So I arrived today at 3 pm. 90 minutes I get the estimate and Jason Miles, decided to insult me over a coupon for $10 off the change that I discussed with the man on Weds. Telling me that they don t give free services any longer since they merged with Mavis. Giving away free service was the reason Tire Kingdom went bankrupt and had to be bought out by Mavis. Is that really what Mavis wants to tell customers? Believe me I will be telling everyone I know to stay as far away from Mavis and Tire Kingdom as possible. My wife and I have spent plenty of dollars for truck repairs and oil changes. Two sets of tires for both my truck and my wife s car. We will not be spending a nickel more with your company. I will find a company that appreciates customers not talk down to me like a little kid and ask me to leave.

I ve gone to this Tire Kingdom a few times and haven t had a single issue. They are always answering the phone and answering questions. Overall just very accommodating to times, issues, help, etc. I would recommend them for all of their services.

To be fair, the piece of metal which caused a puncture did cut some of the surface tread. With that said, I was told "it's not able to be patched", and before I knew it they had me a brand new $200 tire half way ordered. Canceled everything, walked out, went back to work and plugged it. Then drove the car 70mph home 50 miles away. Should anything else ever happen, I will trailer my car and tow it home before trusting any one person in this shop for anything whatsoever. Any mechanic worth their salt would have known the tire was salvageable. Beware.

They did a great job on 4 new tires and alignment. My car drives & rides so much better.. They did upsell me but wasn't pushy at all. They offered fair pricing and even told me to look online and see how competitive their pricing is.
