If you have Josh assisting you, then rest assured you are in the hands of a professional. I ve used Tire Choice at this location for my other vehicles. As I was waiting for my (4) tire and wheel install, they even helped out an older gentleman diagnose his headlight issue for FREE! Very nice of them.

One of my lug nuts fell off. I came and showed them a pic and Victor quickly checked and installed the lug in 2 minutes for free. Very kind and friendly people.

I ve gotten 2 tires replaced here and the service is friendly, professional, and fast! They were great about keeping me updated on the status of my repair and it was a stress free interaction both times.

Honest automotive facility. Estimates include all amounts charged. They schedule appointments for repair or service, and never had to be without transportation, as car was finished on same day. Josh is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have been a patron of Tire Choice for over 7 years. The staff has always been helpful. I went in for a tire repair, however, Victor showed me a very serious condition with another tire. I knew I needed new tires as I had been driving in these for 6 years. Yep! Since I am a Michelin girl, Victor gave me a great price on 4 new tires, put them on and balanced them. He advised me every step of the way what I needed and I okayed the service. I am a very happy patron of Tire Choice and Victor is exceptional. My car now drives like a dream! Thank you Tire Choice.

I used to go here often back when this was a Goodyear. Thought I'd try again but was a bit disappointed. I scheduled an appt to have 4 new tires installed. I had my daughter take the car for me and she sat in the waiting room for 3 hours waiting on the car to be done. That's insane! She was even early for the appt.The manager called me to confirm I ordered staggered tires (from tire rack). When my daughter got home, I looked over everything and they had a big tire on the front and a small tire on the back so I had to rotate the two wheels.Just really disappointed with the experience here. I'd think they would prioritize people with appointments that are waiting and then at least put the wheels on in the right spot.

Beware! Had a car towed there with a charging problem (older car). At first they wanted to be the hero's and do the work. After several days, phone calls and unkept promises, I received a call saying they don't want to work on the car. In the meantime, they cut wires and put the wrong parts in the car creating more problems. I understand older cars require more attention and if they weren't willing to do it then they should never have put hands on the car in the first place. I will now pay another shop to do it correctly and wire the car properly, not have lights that stay on after the car has been turned off just continuing to drain the battery. Very unprofessional.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this location. The manager in particular is extremely helpful and empathetic to customer's needs. I have found that consistently they deliver quality work quicker than I expected, often for less money than I expected.

Nice people but absolutely the slowest service. I make an appointment each time and it takes a minimum of two hours EVERY SINGLE TIME for a tire rotation. Appointments mean nothing here. They ll do the work but if you don t have a way to drop off, be prepared to clear your calendar for the day.Currently waiting for get new tires here. It s 25 minutes past my appointment and they haven t even pulled the car in. I called when making the appointment to specify that I would like to be the first appointment of the day so that I can get to work. I just had to call my job to let them know I ll be late.

Took my wife s car here for wheel alignment, tyre rotation and computer diagnostics. Alignment and diagnostics went well but apparently it s company policy not to rotate tires back to front if they deem them too worn. They didn t seem that bad to me but they rather offered new tires than rotate. So no business for them there and I switched them myself.

Very poor customer service. Gentleman working counter couldn t look at our leaking tire for over 2 hours. Asked if another tire place he could tell us about said they were number one. We asked okay who was number two and he said there is no number two. Okay the arrogant man just lost our business.

My vehicle caught fire within 20 minutes of leaving this establishment. Despite the insurance investigation finding them 100% liable, this company will not make up the financial downfall placed upon me to get myself into another vehicle. Do not go to any establishment owned by this company as they won t correct their mistakes or try to make things right for the customer.

Had emergency to replace Doctor's Pirelli Run-Flat tire. SUNDAY. Three others were closed. Tire Choice gave me appointment, with a day's notice. Wonderful job, finished in one hour, just as promised. Manager KEITH is wonderful & expert. He even measured my brake-pad-thickness (5 mm), and RE-SET the AUDI TPMS on dash, in just (1) minute. During our last tire change, as an Engineer, with Google's help, I have spent (10) minutes for same job. BRAVO Keith, soon coming back for new brakes.

Poor time management, lack of attention to detail and unreasonably slow mechanics. I would highly recommend treating your appointment the same as you would TSA; arrive 2 hours early and expect delays.48 hours later: the incompetence showed itself greatly as the under carage was installed wrong, sagged and dragged across I75. It is beyond saving and I will be pursuing compensation.72 hours later: rude management and complete denial of wrong doing. It took me calling the corporate number it get the ball rolling on some kind of resolution to their negligence.Take this story as a warning

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, there's a reason they are always busy.. and now they open Sundays too! Ask for Alex to work on your car, he is thorough and does a fantastic job!And Kevin takess care of the pricing and provide those deals!

Had appt and even showed early. Came back 45 mins later and still van not moved. Then told they don't have time to do ir. Another place won't go back to.

Took my truck there for tires. I called first and they said they had them in stock. The manager Keith was nice and kept a good conversation going while they changed my tires. They advised me I would need brakes within the next few thousand miles. They didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. I walked out of there feeling like I pulled a fast one over on them because my bill was exactly what was quoted over the phone. It was a no hassle experience. I definitely will be back there the next time I need any automotive work done.

This location depends on who you deal with and you re rolling your dice. Bill was fabulous. We spoke about tire quotes and was very helpful with getting my tires balanced. Unfortunately, I called to set up getting new tires, and this time I got Allen. I only know that s his name, because I had to ask. This gentleman proceeded to tell me that I was putting the horse before the step because I don t know whether or not he needs to order them or not, and that he would not get stuck with a restock fee. Allen continued to tell me that I had to come in again, put down a deposit, and then we could proceed despite me having two quotes. Then Allen hung up on me. Needless to say, I stayed with Tire Choice but chose a different location, who gave me no hassle. The customer service at this location is terrible. Or just work with Bill!

Alan and his entire team went way above and beyond servicing my car and more importantly, making me feel special. Their communication it was above reproach and matched only by the level of expertise. My car broke down because another shop gave me very poor service and didn t solve my problem however, Alan and his team fix the problem and gave me terrific pricing to boot. I ve never had such great service from an auto repair company and I will always go back if needed. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Broke down going to ILL. A local guy stopped and told us he has service there. Everyone else I called didn t seem to care I was stranded. They told me to come right in and they would take a look. We needed a radiator a water pump and thermostat housing. They ordered the parts locally and had them expedited to them. In 3 hours all was fixed and we were on the road. Unbelievable great service!!!

Great customer service and fast service. Keith, the Manager was extremely helpful. Explained everything and got the job done quick. My brakes & Oil were in desperate need. I came Into the Tire Choice on S.R 64 On Saturday after I mistakenly put the wrong fluid in my coolant reservoir ( I know!! ) Everyone there was extremely helpful and prompt in getting me seen right away, and making sure my coolant was flushed several times.They were able to have it completed along with an oil change by the next day. When I came in the Manager even discounted the price heavily , because he said he didn't feel right about charging me so much.Two weeks prior I was out sick with Covid for almost three weeks and had missed two paychecks. I can't tell you what a blessing that was.A HUGE Thank You, to everyone at Tires Choice! I highly recommend stopping by there . They are honest , reliable and trustworthy and down right great guys!
