I came in for a tire plug, and received the BEST customer service ever, at a corporate Tire shop. THANK YOU Angel Betancourt for creating a sense of customer appreciation from the moment I walked in the door. I had a small repair that was probably not that profitable, but you treated me well, and I'll be back. Potential CUSTOMERS just remember that excellent customer service takes time, be patient and let these guys do their job.

Horrible experience. The manager Daniel has absolutely terrible customer service. Told me I could get my car towed there to change a tyre and that they accept warranties. When the car got there, I tried to provide him information for warranty which he said they do not accept. Not only a waste of time, but also a waste of money. So I then had to pay again to get the car towed to a different garage, after he provided wrong information. He was not courteous, understanding or being a problem solver - he was a problem finder. Highly discourage others from visiting this place, the professionalism is levels below par and staff needs more training.

We had two tires replaced at the service center. I appreciate that they were part of Tire Rack s approved service network. They matched pricing from another location. I did not like that they overfilled the new tires to over 40 psi cold (almost 45 psi when warm). That is not the manufacturer s recommendation and was poorly done. Had to remedy myself.

The service at Tire Choice was top notch. Everyone was polite, caring and made me feel like a valued customer. The pricing was fair and I feel they were honest with me. As an older single woman, this is not typically how I feel after an auto maintenance experience! I would definately recommend this service center for all of your auto maintenance and repair needs and I already have. Thank you Tire Choice!

About feedback. Congratulations on the service at reception, the guy was polite and helpful. The service provider requested was Ricardo, he was unable to provide the service as he was already at his departure time, but he was attentive, inspected the tires that I had requested and explained everything to the person who would replace them. This is the second time we have purchased a service from you and returned because of Ricardo's good service. My only observation was the delay in execution, but as I hadn't scheduled a time, I won't consider this as something negative.

I contacted this business needing a last minute repair done to my vehicle. They fit me in same day and service was fast. Daniel Acosta provided excellent customer service and I will for sure be a returning customer!!

Angel and his team were awesome to work with! We rolled in their service center driving a rental car with a blown tire and they took care of all of our needs and worked with the rental car company. Been going here off and on for years. They were able to help me one morning when I was on the way to work and had a nail in my tire. Worked me in quickly and had me on the road quickly for $20. I was grateful! However, when I made an appointment for 4 new tires the next month, they couldn't tell me if they had my tire in stock, approximately how long the installation would take or how much. They wanted me to come there, so that they could look at my car and make sure they had the correct tire. While I appreciate the thoroughness, I called my dealership and within 5 minutes, had an appointment for the next day and a price quote. Unfortunately, I am too busy for old world business methods, in that kind of circumstance.

Got a nail in my tire on the way home. Came in here because it was the only place open late enough for me to get a patch done prior to tonight and leaving for work in the morning. Angel helped me out and did a fantastic job. He took great care of me, was fun to work with and converse with. He's a very nice guy and identified a problem left behind by the previous shop I bought tires from. He also gave me a fair price on the work. I set up an appointment to resolve the issue on the spot because of how kind he was.

I went in to have Some aftermarket BRAKE! parts installed. I was told there would be a delay because they didn't have a proper tool to Remove the front Disks. I Arrived at 8:30 in the morning and I was there till 5 at night, which I thought was an excessive amount of time. The man at the front desk. explained that they were having trouble because it was an old truck but I suspected it was because they had overbooked and did not have enough staff. I noticed the truck was up on the lift for a long time with nobody attending to it. The front brakes were done well and they worked very well. And I am pleased with that. So I recommended my daughter to have 2 tires put on by. They did a good job for her. The problem is with my B r a KE job they were supposed to install rear cylinders which I provided. I did notice that they were in the back seat the next morning and I called them and told them they had forgotten them off of the work order. They said no problem and scheduled me the following day to come in and have it done. when I arrived. I was told by the front desk that there are no mechanics Today and I have to come back tomorrow. I wasn't really pleased because I had driven across town. But I was understanding and told them I will see you tomorrow. I think these people are good-natured and are trying hard but because of poor communication The overall performance of the operation is compromised. They may be a new team and possibly haven't coordinated The duties properly or gelled as a unit But I believe they have good intentions and want to please their customers in the end. They just are having trouble doing it. I have to go back tomorrow and have the job finished. And then I can adjust my evaluation accordingly.Okay, to recap my experience, they did finish my brakes today. And I am satisfied that they did a good job and in spite of some communication errors and misjudgments. They did what they said they do. And I am happy with the service here. And I believe I would come back and give them some more of my business as well. I would recommend them to other people. I believe this business will only get better as long as they can maintain their staff and not have a large turnover which seems to be happening with a lot of businesses these days. I have revised my overall review from three stars And given them four stars because I believe there is still room for improvement But they have the necessary components to make this happen. :>)

Amazed at this location. Left my car overnight due to screw in tire and air continuously leaking. I had an 8:45 apt next day but couldn't take chance on flat tire in am. By 9 am I received a call My car was done. Tire repair, Oil change and rotate tires. I have been with another location for 4 yrs and a 7 am apt I'd get a call at 4 pm for an oil change finally done! This location went well and beyond for its costumers. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Recommend highly

If I could give this place, zero stars I would. I had two tires replaced last year at this location and paid for LTi coverage so that I would not have to pay for patches in the future or repairs to the tires for the lifetime of the tire. I had a nail in my tire and called yesterday to make an appointment to get it repaired or replaced today. I went in and I made sure that I notified them that I had coverage for the patch on the car. Every single employee that I interacted with didn t know what they were doing and repeatedly told me that I was wrong and that I never paid for the coverage so I paid my bill of $40 to repair my tire. I requested copies of my work orders from a year ago when I had the tires replaced at the store and on the printed copy was the LTi that I paid for. I talked to the store manager and he said all he could do was try and request a refund from their office. When I explained my frustrations, they said well this is all we can do. We don t operate like other organizations. I m upset that they took advantage of me, and didn t think I knew what I was talking about.

I was having issues with vibrations at high speeds in my car after a recent new tire install at a different location. After 2 failed rebalance attempts at the other location, i brought my car here for a last resort before looking into new tires. The technicians here were outstanding! They showed me exactly where the other shop made sloppy mistakes that led to my vibrations on the highway, and they fixed the balancing issues right away! My car feels good as new again! I am so thankful for the knowledgeable and efficient technicians and staff at this location. I will be going here for all my tire needs from now on. Thanks!

What a joke! Took car in for an AC check and possible service. Had an appointment at 1pm, grabbed a bite to eat, went back 45 min. later and car was still sitting in same spot and hadn t even been looked at yet!!Before you waste a customer s time, make sure you re actually ready to help them! I ll take my business anywhere else going forward.

Took my car in for a crank sensor issue, told me they could fix it. Paid $700 and went to drive it out of the lot, it was still in the same condition after them working on it for a week. Couldn t even get it out of the lot. Went back in to tell them it wasn t fixed at all, said they would call us Monday (on Saturday). Called us Tuesday asking for us to come in so they could talk to us. They told us it couldn t be fixed. Wasted $700. Why did they say they could fix it if it couldn t be fixed. I figured it was just me until I heard my uncle talk about his experience with them, which was the same exact story. If you re going to put money into your car, don t do it here. Go somewhere with a decent reputation.

I can t help but to be super thankful for the Tire Choice team. When the manager, Joe, told me my engine wasn t going to explode after hearing a loud squealing noise, and tapping upon start up.The technicians took my Camry into the bay and within the hour diagnosed that my idler pulley bearing was shot, the belt needed replacing, and lastly I was well past due for an oil change which caused the tapping noise.If it weren t for the parts not being available my vehicle would of been done same day, but due to the year parts aren t available regularly which is understandable.Super awesome price, time frame, and service. I am going to be back for future service.

Arrived with a flat tire. We walked away from door when realized it was after closing. Even though closed, Janie was still inside & saw us through the window. Much to our delight, she came out into the parking lot to see if we needed help & us we could use after hours key drop and leave the car. The next day, Janie was there again. We were very appreciative of her kindness and helpfulness. Work was completed in the morning for a reasonable price. We are very happy customers!

Had a flat tire and needed some air, all the air compressors at the nearby gas stations were broken. Pulled up to the shop and asked if we could pay to inflate the flat. Without hesitation the guy working told me to pull around to the front and he proceeded to fill all my tires, free of charge. I know I ll come back here again when I need it, just based on the kindness of the people working there. Give that man a raise!

Went in there for help with my dead battery they were very rude and unprofessional. Also witnessed them driving a customer's mustang recklessly and spinning the tires. Stay away from this place.

Made an online appointment for 0800, and showed up about 0750. Wasn't done and out of there until 1045-1100 as they were short staffed and a couple state troopers had their tires checked and/or were replaced in preparation for state hurricane response. Still had great service and would go back again!

Stopped because I had a low tire. One of the employees came out and opened the driver side door to check what the pressure should be for my particular car. He went around to each tire to make sure they were all filled up to the right pressure. No charge. Great job!!!

I brought in a brand new trailer tire to be repaired due to a nail in the center of the tread. A very easy fix, and told the manager I needed it done by Saturday as I was Leaving out of town and he assured me not a problem. I came in this morning and no repairs performed. He stated his regional manager denied the service. I did not receive any call, notification from anyone at their office stating this yesterday. If I had been communicated with, I would have been able to have the repair done elsewhere. Now I am behind the eight ball, I can t leave for my work trip until this repair is made. Stay away from this place. Go to Costco or mavis for tire needs. Terrible customer service
