Excellent body and paint work by Sunset Collision. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff; especially Teresa at the front desk. My car hasn t looked this good (or clean and polished) since I drove it off the dealer s lot five years ago. All in all they made a stressful event as painless as humanly possible. Highly recommended!

Very unhappy this time! Teresa is wonderful to deal with, but as far as the collision shop- Not so much! I asked for my doors and windows to be closed at night, to avoid all the dust and debris- but it was filthy when I picked up. I did not leave it with Sunset it that state. I had to have the car detailed upon return to clean inside. The work done this time does not meet my standards either. The rear bumper is a different color and my car has less than 3k miles

A huge palm tree fell on my car during hurricane Ian. Sunset Collision Center was able to take my car right away. They happily updated me along the way and worked with my insurance. When I got my baby back she was like brand new! Absolutely perfect. They know how important it is for people to have their car, they treated me like I was their only customer. I never heard about how busy they were with other cars or if they were short staffed or any of the other excuses you may hear from companies. I feel so much better knowing I can count on them if something else happens to my car!

This is, hands down, the nicest, most professional, kind, caring, patient and friendly business I have run across in YEARS! After my car accident, I was pretty wrecked (pun intended) emotionally, in addition to the damage to my car. A friend referred me to Sunset and I'm so glad she did. They warned me, as did ALL the collision centers, that the estimate could take a couple weeks, and the repairs, up to a couple of months. It's been exactly 19 days, and I just picked up my car from them! The whole process, from them towing my car in for me, to them dealing with the insurance on my behalf, until picking up today, was seamless, thanks to their guidance. Not only does it drive like new, the fact that they detailed it inside and out did not go unnoticed! It definitely came back to me cleaner than when they got it. Like fresh off the lot shiny! Floor mats vacuumed, windows clean, tires shiny. Jason, Theresa and the whole staff were the kindest, friendliest, most comforting folks ever! They understand the trauma of being in an accident, and go above and beyond to help you get through it with no added stress. I told them that I hope I never HAVE to do business with them again, but that's a shame, because they were a pleasure to work with. And as far as I can tell, the car is in back to "like new" condition. New tie rod, tire, wheel, joint assembly, body work and 4 wheel alignment all check out great! I'm so happy and thankful! Sunset collision Center has been our go to for the past five years. Starting with our first repair, Howard always ensured that we had a great experience from start to finish. He communicated if there would be any delays or issues and let us know of a timeline which helped us plan around repairs. Thank you Sunset collision Center and thank you Howard! We are lifelong loyal customers, and are happy to know we have a collision center that we can trust right down the street from us!

Shout out!No one wants to deal with having repairs after an accident. The folks here understand that and make the process as painless as possible. From communication with car rental to the insurance company, they handled it all. Special thanks to Theresa, she's the BEST!

I didn't have a good experience with customer service. Called twice to get some help and the girl was rushing me not giving me time to talk hanging up at the end, I didn't have time to say good bye. I feel when it comes to customer service it doesn't matter if you have a good or bad day, or if you are busy or not, which is what she communicated to me in other words, you need to be there for every client, I did not get that experience here.

Higly Recommend!!Sunset Collison manager Tom Gillespie was great through this whole process. Responded to texts with answers, if he didn't have them he went and got them and then informed me right away. Helped me with a loaner car and rental car. I can't say enough Great things about Tom and his staff they were very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. If you are in need of repairs Sunset Collison is the place to go. Thanks for all the help.

GREAT JOB on body work. Returned my truck like new. HORRIBLE job on communication, follow through and scheduling. Took over 4 months start to finish because the person I was using didn't request deposits, order parts, and never communicated. I had to follow up on multiple things that would have never been done if I didn't initiate. Would not return due to their representative's lack of communication and follow through.

The email; that i sent:Tom and Howard. I just picked up my 2019 F250 at 4-430 today, the actual repair of the vehicle damage looks awesome. I got home and when going to put in some stuff in the back, I looked up and noticed the passenger rear door had damage that was not there on drop off ( I did take a video of the truck before bringing in also that I can verify, I included some screen shots of the areas affected.) there are some other minor concerns. Please note and see pictures here. I will come by in the morning Tuesday 3/5/2024 to go over in person. I know things happen in auto repair, im not mad, just need it corrected.1 Passenger rear door looks like it was opened into something and cut2- overspray of driver windows and the plastic glass between, and looks like those plastic pieces were tried to be cleaned and now discolored3- rear bumper has some sort of chemical wash on it to discolor4- razor blades left on the bed cover and now have rust stains

My car was keyed outside Petco at UTC. The marks went clear through the paint to the metal. They did an excellent job repairing and repainting. Highly recommend Sunset!!

I had my Chevy Malibu serviced here for some collision repair! I had waited almost a month for another dealership to respond, so I decided to check Sunset Cadillac out as they had MANY excellent reviews. They responded with my quote within 12 hours (I emailed them after they closed and they got back to me first thing in the morning). Tom matched my quote from the other dealership, and got me in for the repairs the very next day! They also gave me a brand new Cadillac as a courtesy loaner vehicle! My car was in the shop on Thursday and out on Monday, two days before expected. It was fixed beautifully, washed and they even cleaned the sand out of my trunk! Tom and Timmy took great care of me and my Malibu. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I will be taking my car to Sunset Cadillac from this point on for any future repairs. Thanks guys!Service: Painting

Went to pick up my Suburban today and was totally shocked at the sadly matched paint and trim work. Damaged roof gaskets and large gaps left which will allow water to enter. issues need to be corrected.

Thanks to Steve at upmans towing for getting my truck to sunset and getting with Howard . He was very up front and communicated very well with repairs and fast with repairs . Very thankful and happy with the quality and quickness of service. Hopefully I won t need to get my truck fixed again due to an accident but if that happens I will definitely call Howard and use sunset collision again !Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

This place is great. They're professional and communicative. Theresa at the front reception always answers the phone and has answers to your questions, or will get answers for you if she doesn't know. Anthony was helpful when handling my insurance company and when I needed to retrieve my personal belongings and license plate from my car. I highly recommend trusting them for repairs.

Brought my R53 Mini here to get repair from getting rear ended. It has a rare British racing green OEM paint that I was nervous to take anywhere, but other enthusiast friends highly recommended thier craftsmanship. The repair required replacement and respray of lift gate and bumper. After picking it up today, she looks better than before that lady hit me. Will be back to have the whole car resprayed. Excellent work. Tom was amazing with communication throughout entire process as well. 5 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
