Met James in Home Depot after one hour of searching for the correct piece to fix our faucet. His time and advice was so appreciated and made the job easier than we thought! Thank you James.

James was prompt in returning our call. He scheduled our repair appointment within 5 days which is currently very reasonable. Many places and people are booked out a month or more. He showed up on time, looked and acted professionally. It was obvious he was knowledgeable and skilled. He replaced axle equalizers and installed a wet bolt kit on our toy hauler 5th wheel. I can't really compare price. It wasn't inexpensive, but it didn't seem outrageous. The work was done correctly, and we feel safe again when towing our trailer. Feeling safe and confident in the workmanship is worth a little extra expense. It should be noted that James is in Wisconsin during the summer, and in Florida during the winter months. I would definitely call James again if I needed a mobile RV mechanic.

Highly recommend! James was a vacation-saver! He came out the same day to repair storm damage to our 5th wheel RV awning. The awning is now stronger than new. James replaced a cooling unit for RV Norcold Refrigerator. He sent us the information for the unit we needed to order, the preferred company, and options. James scheduled the repair as soon as our unit was delivered. We were happy with his professionalism and understanding. We were without a refrigerator for two weeks so to have him show up when he said he would and completing the job as expected was so appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

We had a leaky black tank valve on our RV. We live in our RV full time so time is of the essence for repairs. James was quick to respond and diagnose the problem. He was able to resolve with a temporary fix while the replacement part was ordered and came back a week later to complete the permanent repair. James was professional and is obviously very knowledgeable in his trade. I would highly recommend James for your RV service needs.

James installed a walk-in shower kit in my manufactured home which involved unexpected adaptations and finish work. James is knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and efficient. He works quickly and cleanly and his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

Upon arriving in Florida we found the refrigerator in our travel trailer had quit working. We were refered to James who made a quick diagnosis that the amonia cooling line had broken and the unit had to be replaced. Luckily the unit was still under warranty. James contacted Dometic and made all arrangement to have the replacement shipped directly to him. Upon arrival he had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just over an hour. He was careful not to damage the floor or the new unit. He left with the new unit cooling and ready to go! Thanx James, we would definitely hire you again! (but hoping we don't need to!!!!)

We are very lucky to have found James' service. We are "full-time" RVers. Our only toilet stopped working. This is a complicated Dometic VacuFlush system. James worked with us to manage costs and get the problem resolved. He is professional, competent, and punctual (rare in mobile RV repair). Above this, James is friendly. I will certainly turn to James for any repair or maintenance we may need.

James came right over to diagnose problem with my RV fridge and helped me order necessary parts. Once parts arrived he quickly installed them to get fridge running. Also helped deal with warranty and helping ship part back to manufacturer. Very professional and went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended!!!

Wasn t able to do work for me because he works out of town part of the year, but he went out of his way to call me back and provide some extremely helpful information. Jim replaced our water heater with very short notice and made improvements to how the old one had been installed. Feel a lot better now that we don t need to worry about a leak that would damage the floors in our park model trailer. Thanks, Jim

My husband and I were traveling in our Class A RV to Florida. We went through an EZ pass gate which was very narrow. It was obvious to me others had hit it many times, but it was to late. The side mirror of our RV hit swung back and hit the window and shattered the glass. We had RV complete to cover such accidents but was unsuccessful with their service. My husband contacted Sun & Sand RV mobile repair. He told us he would call us back within 2 hours, would possibly have a repair within 1-2 days after seeing the job. The next day he completed the job as told. We were very satisfied with his professional address and skill.Service: Body & Trim
