They quickly took care of the starter issues I had with this van. It wasn't in their shop for very long, which is another example of their excellent service. And they test drove it at least 3x which is really important to determine if issues are solved. They did a fantastic job! And the van is running again!! 199k mileage! Thank you to the mechanics at Sparks! and excellent people in customer service there!

I took my car into Sparks for what I thought was the problem! Turns out ,it was something completely different! They identified the problem right away!!! and any further potential problems and gave me several estimates to make a well informed decision!!! The staff at Sparks is Very nice understanding and Very knowledgeable, clean and Professional!!! They are very willing to work with your situation!!! I would highly recommend Sparks to anyone!!! Great NAPA authorized repair center. The skill set of the repair crew and office staff are considerable. Their diagnoses are spot on. They fix what needs to be fixed and ask permission if they uncover any unexpected items in need of repair. They respect your limitations and accept your decisions

Where do I start? This place was absolutely amazing. I had my 2500 GMC Denali towed into this shop after I had some electical wires burn out below and into the bottom of the main fuse box. I really thought I was going to be taken to the cleaners and simply at the mercy of whatever they felt like charging me. That was just my honest thought process. But amazingly and to my surprise...they were going out of their way to save me money by calling junk yards to get the pig tail that I needed versus just calling me up on the phone and saying, "We can get you a new part out of Michigan for $800"....end of story. Let's be honest...99% of repair shops would not even be bothered with callling around to multiple junk yards (which initially brought them the wrong parts requested) and would have just ordered me a new part...easier for them...and nothing in it for them to go through the hassle of calling around to save the customer money when its not the industry standard to do so and nobody else would be doing it. I never had to call up and ask what's going on with my truck because they were texting me pictures and screen shots of back and forth communication with the junk yards, which was complete nightmare and not something I would want to be bothered with as a business. To wrap this up...I've already ranted and raved to anybody that would listen to how great they have been. My sister in law is bringing her car in next week. And although I really do hope I have no more issues with my truck...I am happy that I found an HONEST repair shop that I fully trust to take care of any break downs in the future. And if you have owned a vehicle for any length of time and needed repairs you know how damn difficult that can be. Break downs happen...we all realize they are part of owning a vehicle but nobody wants to be at the mercy of a repairs shop ripping you off. Take your vehicle...you won't be scammed and they will actually go unnecessarily out of their way to save you money. So glad I brought my truck here instead of the dealership. Really appreciate the hard work and the honesty Sparks. Thank you for not screwing me!!!

Awesome service! I was also given a detailed list and estimate of everything needed on my vehicle (nothing more nor less, big and small) and I highly appreciated that. I highly recommend! Single ladies and elders you can definitely trust them.

Sparks is our go to place for our vehicles. They are honest & their mechanics know how to work on all models. They are not the cheapest but are the BEST! They even told us one time that they could repair it because the underside had massive rust problems and wouldn t worth the cost to fix. They suggested we look for another vehicle. Our decision. It was a 94. We were thankful for their opinion.

Fuil pump went out as I was driving/got appointment asap with SPARKS COMP.CAR CARE IN AND OUT/I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEN NEVER HAD BRING CAR BACK FOR SAME PROBLEM THEY ARE THE BEST OF BESTTHANK YOU PATRICK/JULIE/MICHELLEAnd ALL THE MECHANICS THAT WORK FOR YOU SPAIR OF MOMENT APPOINTMENT:And removed my SPAIR TIRE THATS 2004 VERY OLD INDEED GOING REPLACE AND WILL BE ON THE ROAD NEW DESTINATION

Extremely. Not only the auto repair, but helping me get towed in a very short time from a WaWa gas pump. Precision towing was great and the repairs were done on a very short time with complete updates prior to work being done so I was aware of costs. So happy you were recommended to by my friend Nancy. Kellie had her car not start call you all got car towed which took forever not your problem the guys looked at her car at 4 pm it was fixed before 5 pm and away she went. Broken plastic piece on clutch. Thanks for the help

Brought my vehicle in for multiple not so little issues last week. They took their time to evaluate, prioritize, provide estimates and answer my questions for each issue. There was a few complications, including a defective part - which extended the time the car had to be there from 1 day to 4, however Julie and Rick the tech ~ went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle didn't leave knowing it could be a safety risk. Julie called regularly and kept me in the loop and provided alternative solutions as things came up. The car still needs more work, but the big issues have been fixed and the car is running so much better and the stress of worrying it's going to break down is GONE! I will be scheduling all the additional services with them in next few weeks.This was my first time using their services, but I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else going forward! We took my Buick rendezvous to another shop that worked on it for two weeks and couldn t figure it out the suggested sparks said it s where they send people when they re stumped especially for electrical.
