Absolutely the best! Have taken my 2015 Kia to them since I purchased back then. My Kia just passed 100000 miles and they did an absolutely great inspection and did preventative work. I have always had the best service and knowledgeable people

Honest hometown business, been there for years with good reason. I know I'm in reliable hands when my car has to go to Shepherd's. They have earned trust time and again. Kevin at the front desk is a true professional and a patient soul with explanations and answers to endless questions as we learn about the vehicles we drive. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The guys at Shepherd s are really helpful, fair and fast. We ve had them work on our Lexus and Jaguar and have been very please with the tire work, as well as brakes, struts and shocks. They have seen it all, been in business for decades and have offered helpful referrals for other automotive work mufflers, etc.

Even though the wait times are sometimes an hour or two, just bring an interesting novel that will pass the time until your auto is ready. My personal experiences is that everybody that does business. There is like family. You're treated very very well. The prices of fair the work is very good and guarantee that you have a problem. Just bring it back and it'll fix it. Very honest in there quotations that have work done. Nohidden agendas

I've been a customer at Shepherd's Tire for over 2 decades I believe. I keep going back because they do great work, they have been extremely honest and helpful and they are great people. I have a number of stories about this company that make me grateful to have found a place I know I can trust to take care of our family vehicles.I highly recommend Shepherd's Tire for all repair work, oil changes, new tires etc.This company is the best!

We brought my wife's car in to have the noise that was coming from the left front checked out and to replace the brake rotors and pads with parts supplied by us. When we got the call that our car was done, I asked what they had found was causing the noise.I was told , sorry we forgot and they had only replaced the brakes. Therefore we had to leave the car for a second day.The next day, we were informed that the noise was caused by a bad CV axle and both tie rod ends needed to be replaced.$1400.00 later we took the car home and the noise was still there.Apparently they do not test drive cars after they repair them.We called and they asked to bring the car back. We dropped it off at 9a.m. for them to check with the promise that they would test drive and call us when they figured out what was wrong.We waited all day, no call...finally at 4 in the afternoon, I called to see what they had found. They had not even looked at my car, but said a man would be taking the test drive in about 10 minutes and they would call to let us know what they found.No call and they closed for the day.I called the next day and at that time, I was told that the front strut was bad and I should replace both of them at a cost of around $800.00When I asked why they didn't find the bad strut during the previous 2 days that they had my car, I was made to feel like somehow that was my fault.So they had my car for four days and the issue that I had was never fixed.When I got my car home, I was going to rotate the front tires to the rear, but they over-tightened the lug nuts. They are so tight that even with a breaker bar and a 3 foot pipe for leverage, they will not budge. I will hopefully get them off after my 1/2 inch impact gun shows up.Oh yeah, then they wanted to sell me new tires.We will not be going back.

When I moved back to Florida and got a car (I had a motorcycle) I asked my Father where I should take my car for some tire s or repair and he told me that Shepherd's Tire was the place to go!!! He had been using their service for many years and always felt that they treated him fair and gave him great service!!!I have been using their services since 1996 and feel that they have ALWAYS given me great service and I have never felt that I needed to question their prices or repairs, they have never steered me wrong and I could never complain about their pricing or the services that they have provided me.I have never had better service from any other automobile service facility and I believe Kevin is the best service manager you could ever encounter!!!

This was the second time I brought my truck to Shepards.The first time for tires and their price was substantially lower than others.This time I had normal maintenance done.Oil change, tire rotation, and Shepherds sent a form telling me of other issues that should be repaired.You get a choice to approve or decline additional repairs.I m so impressed on how Pat and his crew do the work there, I will tell all my friends about their great service.Thank you, Shepherds

Found a nail in my tire causing a slowleak so went to Shepherds to see if they could squeeze us in since it was late afternoon on a Friday. No promises were made but I was told they would try their best to get it repaired for me. Within an hour it was all finished and I drove away. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would recommend them highly and will return for all my tire needs.

I've been using them for years. �No longer family owned but still has the same people on the counter handling customers. Service still seems to be the same and the shop staff is good. Bought 5 new tires for my '66 T-Bird which had to be ordered. They came in the next day and they got them mounted and balanced for me in about an hour. Can't ask for better than that. If you need tire work, alignment or new tires I definitely recommend Shepherd's Tire Pros.

The staff at Shepherd's tire is just awesome. Respectful professional and they make you feel like they looking out for your best interest, which they do. Everything is explained I understand everything that is being done or that has to be done in the future

I have been coming to Shepards for many years. The quality of service is superb and everyone who works there is considerate and kind. Shepherd s handles. All of the tire needs for my family and many friends. You cannot go wrong with shepherds!

I had an appointment for a synthetic oil change at 9 am and was told it would be about an hour wait time. Shepherds stays consistently busy and I knew that going in so I planned ahead for about that long. However, had I been a fresh customer, the wait time for an oil change may have been upsetting. To me though, they are trust worthy so it is well worth the wait.

These guys are awesome! They're friendly, attentive, and they don't try to sell you something you don't need yet! I ALWAYS recommend Shepherds to everyone who needs tires, brakes or just to check something out!

Just can't say enough good about the customer service from the service techs and the floor and in th we office. We were referred by a neighbor a few years ago and they are our "go to service center" four our 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible!They get 10 stars for integrity ! So unusual in today's environment!

The guys at Shepard Tire were all very courteous, thorough and good at what they do. I had my 2500 GMC 4wd aligned it was done a little before they said it would be and drive s perfect. I will definitely use them as my go to service location moving forward.

I am completely satisfied with my visit to Shepherds tire, I bought a set of tires a few months ago, and after a few weeks I finally drove on the highway at 80 miles an hour and the car shook. Well this morning I had a low pressure warning so I stopped in they found the tire with the low pressure but didn't find anything, I asked about rotating the tires and was pleased to here it was free. I mentioned the balance issue so they checked that and found that all 4 tires were out of balance and because I had stopped and mentioned the problem earlier they rebalanced them for free! Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Shepherds Tire, very pleasant staff, I couldn't be happier.
