Great place and prices if you have a Sam's club card. Specials are good and customer service is excellent too. Open on Sundays is great too.

Not sure who is managing this place.. getting someone to come out of the shop area is like pulling teeth, they need a front desk person. Was told when I dropped my car off about an hour. 1 hour 45 mins later I walk back over to check what s going on and my car hasn t even been touched yet. Guy ask me if I gave anyone my keys are you kidding me. At 10 o clock my scheduled appointment time when I paid for my tires. Definitely will not be buying tires here again.Save yourself the hassle go to a real tire shop. They at least have chairs and free coffee

I took my car for a tire rotation. After waiting for and hour I came inside the store for an update. Someone told me they were almost done. When I walked back outside I noticed that they hadn t started. I lost 2 hours of my time and end up getting my keys back without them doing anything to my car. Terrible place for maintenance.

I purchased all four tires for my truck on 2017/05/31 For a total of $767.96 and I love my tires but this is a big but they dented every one of my chrome rims :(I have chrome rims and I constantly clean them so you know I would ve noticed a dent longer than my finger and they were dents all over everyone of my rims in somewhat of a pattern that matched but yet still they would not fix it or replace it.Very bad customer service. I will never ever buy tires from this company again in my lifetime and I will tell everybody I know about how they treated me and hopefully it will stop quite a few people.and if that didn t make the day bad they refused to fix or replace what they messed up.I talk to the managers they were trying to make it like I brought it in that way and they also said they had no tools in the shop that could ve dented my chrome rims and that s a total load of BS it s a tire shop. So I want above the managers head. Finally I think I m going to get somewhere and all I I want them to do is to fix what they messed up. Boy was I wrong after sending pictures back-and-forth and everything for over two months the guy tells me we ain t going to do nothing about it we don t believe that they did anything to cause damage to your rims.And there s nothing else they can do or say to have it fixed or replaced.I just hope this message let people know to take pictures of your car and your rims before you take it anybody let them work on it so you have proof 100% proof that they screwed up and then you might be able to get them to do something.I had pictures of my truck and someone of my rooms but you couldn t tell because I didn t have them close enough to the camera and in good detail so I do now.And please don t use this company unless you don t care about your vehicle or your rims. And if you do use this company please take pictures and take notes.I Spent near $800 for some tires for my truck just so they could mess up my rims. And I m just supposed to eat it. So I m supposed to spend $2000-$3000 for a set a rims for my truck because they re dented.Please find a different company to purchase tires

Waited almost an hour just to buy something. No questions, knew what i wanted but nobody would help. We had a customer service employee page someone 3 times. Thinking they might be busy or backed up i walked around to find 2 guys looking at their phone and no cars in the bay being worked on. I politely asked for assistance and it seemed i was bothering them. After another long wait and still no help we found a manager. In the time we were there the 3 other customers waiting also left and discussed the nearest autopart store. We all pay for these memberships and receive sub par customer service.... Save your time and go a few blocks down the road to the nearest auto parts store where you can get actual human interaction

I never buy tires for my car in this place again, the people who work there, do not have the capacity and professionalism, one says one thing and another says the opposite, terrible place

The Sam s Club is awesome I went there to get tires and had the best time ever and I mean it ever because of two people Patrick the Tire supervisor I am Tracy so if you re looking for a Sam s Club this is the one to go do thanks Tracy and Patrick
