Had my car break down unexpectedly and Ron's Auto was the closest by. Although sign said, 'No Walk Ins' they listened and took the car to diagnose the issues. I had my car back 24 hrs later as good as new. No hassles on additional services and very pleased with outcome. I would and will recommend Ron's Auto.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and left it since I live down the street. When I came back to pick up my car I noticed it was backed in. The car was parked for the rest of that day and the next. When I was backing out of my driveway is when I noticed that under the speedometer area the frame was cracked and a piece missing from it. Nothing but denials. Won't be taking my car there ever again and will see what I need to do to have it repaired considering the car has only 13,000 miles on it.

We purchased a golf cart from Ron's. The service was great from the service department to Ron himself. They showed me a large selection of new and used carts. All were reasonably priced . No need to shop anywhere than at Ron's.

Ron just did some amazing work on my Toyota, and I could not be more pleased with the work of both him and his staff. He kept the costs very reasonable for the amount of work, and spent the time with me to come up with a new care schedule to optimize the life of my vehicle. In addition , I am now getting more than 2 miles per gallon of gas more than I did before taking my Toyota to him. I highly recommend Ron s Auto Service, and will be using him for all of my car s needs rather than the dealership. Know how everyone is always searching for that honest garage that does great work at fair prices? This is the place! Ron and his team really care about delivering quality work and looking after their customers. Spend five minutes here and you will see customers smiling, waving, and actually enjoying getting their vehicles serviced. Everyone here understands that they are saving a ton by not going to the dealership and are having better mechanics working on there vehicles. No over torqued bolts, unnecessary "services", and tricks. Just honest guys who care.I have been around cars and mechanics for a long time. Take my advice and just go here. I m not sure where to begin with my review; or how to express my gratitude because words could never articulate how incredible this shop and the people who work here are.While on our way home, our Jeep unexpectedly overheated. Total smoke show. It just so happened to overheat right in front of Ron s Auto Service. We rolled in their lot and the guys came out immediately. We were stressed but they were so calm, comforting and SO KIND.While our Jeep WAS excellently and professionally repaired (quickly and efficiently) - it wasn t just their incredible service and expertise that leaves me writing this review. It was also their humanity. Every employee checked on us as we were waiting for our family to come and pick us up (as our Jeep had to stay there). Each one of them asked us if we were ok - if we needed anything or if we d like some water. They were all so nice - and so genuine. And while no one ever wants anything like this to happen to them; if it was going to happen I m glad it happened to us right where it did - directly in front of Ron s. Nothing happens by chance and I m so thankful God placed them in our paths. We (including our parents, kids and entire family) will never go anywhere else but this shop. Thank you, wholeheartedly, to all of you who were so kind to us. And for repairing our Jeep so beautifully. My first time using them. It was a great experience. Fixed all my car issues. Very professional and excellent customer service. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Ron's auto service is fantastic. They were so helpful!! And honest which is something hard to find nowadays. I had my driverside window fixed, and the part failed, and Ron repaired it again under warranty.

Prompt friendly courteous competent service.A great place to bring your car.Not a cut rate garage, but you get what you pay for.Had tires, battery, tie rod ends, alignment, timing belt and related items replaced. Every family needs a great car person. Ron is ours!I ve had several thousand dollars worth of work done on multiple vehicles through this shop, and every experience I have had has been top notch on quality, fast on speed, and far less expensive overall than dealerships.They have done everything for me on multiple vehicles including small things like oil changes, routine maintenance, and bulb replacements up to large ticket items like new sets of Michelin tires, alternator replacement, transmission seal replacements, and even front end axle replacements.When I first came to the shop, I was greeted by Ron s professional staff and Ron himself. After receiving a detailed quote, I called a dealership to compare pricing. Ron s was a slam dunk winner on price and speed with which he could have all of the work done.With that first round of work completed, I found Ron s to be incredible to work with and very efficient in getting my work done. Now, I don t have to ask around or shop for auto services. If I need something done to any one of my vehicles, there is only one call I have to make! That is a great feeling.If you re looking for a great car shop, look no further. Ron s is the place to go if you want it done right, done fast, and done at a fair price.

My experience at Ron's could not have been better. I self-performed some work on my car, and was not happy with the outcome. I sheepishly went into Ron's to ask for their help. They identified and repaired the concern at a reasonable price, and communicated constantly. Best of all, they called me a week later to make sure I was satisfied.Great business!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Being new to the area I was looking for honest, reliable, independent and competent auto service. I've driven by Ron's Auto Service hundreds of times on SR 70 and stopped in one day. I was immediately impressed by by the sense of professionalism at Ron's and scheduled an appointment on the spot. The service was done timely and efficiently and I was presented with evaluation of my vehicle with recommendations. There was no pressure but I now knew my options for additional service. Since the first visit, I now take both my vehicles to Ron's. They met the all initial requirements of being honest, reliable, independent and competent!Just the other day, I had a slow leak in a tire. I called Ron's in the morning and he worked to fit me in to a fully booked day. This is the customer focused experience that is invaluable!Ron's is the place to go for the best auto service around!

I had a great experience recently with Sean at Ron's. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the repairs and the timeliness of what I needed. I definitely won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else since finding them.

I had damage occur to the front right bumper of car, knocking off the splash covers and a fog light cover on underside after a speeding car hit two construction barrels sending one flying back onto 75 and into my car. I m in FL visiting from MD.My niece had been on the Next Door app and had recommendations for auto mechanics. There were three very positive ones for Ron s. I tried them first and very happy I did. I talked to Russ on the phone at 8am Monday Feb 3 and explained my situation. He told me to bring the car in at 9. Met Ron when I got there and he assessed the damage. I felt he gave me a fair price, was honest about what was needed. Gave me the written estimate and stuck to it. Very nice guys, very efficient, I felt reasonable pricing. They even did a safety check to be sure nothing more was wrong, and that I d be safe back on the road. A cover had to be ordered for the fog light that was missing. That arrived earlier then expected on Tuesday. I took car back in and the cover was put on in minutes. I feel very fortunate that they got me in so quickly as they were obviously very busy!If I m back in that area in the future and have a need for car service, I will definitely be calling Ron s.

You will absolutely not find a better place to take your vehicle. I took my 2006 Toyota 4Runner in for some minor repairs and servicing and I could not be happier. I ve never been treated as nice in a car repair shop than here. Absolutely professional, courteous and no over selling pressure. Great timely work at a very reasonable price. I m a customer for life. I m just sorry I wasted a lot of time and money at other places.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Great shop!!! I brought my car in and Ron And crew did careful and honest assessment...a rarity these days!!! I m local, this is a tourist area, all the locals trust Ron s. Update: We Have an old Subaru ( we bought new) that needed about 3k investment if we wanted to keep it. Ron s did a complete overhaul and 8 months later, runs like new! No leaks, perfect idle, strong compression/ pick-up top notch job!!!***UPDATE****10/18/2021__ Just wanted to update and say that the work that all the work we had done has well worth the investment! Top notch diagnostic work and reputable high quality parts sourcing on Ron's part! You really need both of these elements to get a quality outcome to any repair job. At Ron's they pay attention to the details!

Ron s Auto Service is one of the most honest auto shops I ve ever been to. They cut you a good deal, and they don t take advantage of women like a lot of places do. They really care about their work, and want you to get on the road again! They did a trip check for me before I left to move back to Colorado, and they made sure everything was in top shape. My car made it like a dream, and drives better now than it ever has before. I highly recommend you bring your Toyota into this shop!! Thanks again, Ron! You ROCK!

I waited a week after repairs were completed before writing this review.I'm always hesitant in trying a new mechanic, but we were referred to Ron's by our tire supplier, so figured we'd give him a shot. I'm giving 5 stars based on 5 things. 1. Customer Service: from the initial phone call, to the greeting at the shop, explanation of service, and final pick up, Tim and Ron made us feel like we have known them for years. 2. The owner works in the shop! Although he does have additional employees working on cars, Ron actually works on cars, and not just behind a desk. 3. Fair pricing: the price quoted for the repairs needed was fair, and not over priced. 4. Honest: My check engine light has been on for nearly 2 years. I had a quote from another mechanic that told me I needed to have my throttle body replaced ($1,000). Ron said he would check and see if it just needed a good cleaning, and that's what they did. Well, so far so good! 5. Timely repairs: I needed to have my A/C replaced at the same time, along with some additional maintenance. I expected to be out of my car for a couple of days, and they had it finished the same day! In conclusion, will we use Ron's Automotive again? DEFINITELY!!

Ron and Brad at Ron's Auto Service are the best!!! I used to dread having to deal with mechanics because they are notorious for trying to upsale you. That is NOT the case with Ron's. I have taken 2 seperate vehicles there a Ford F150 and a Hyundai Elantra. They actually helped me realize that the Ford we were looking at having the work done on was just not worth it. Sure they would have gladly done the work I came in for but the honesty in that situation was completely unexpected but MOST definitley appreicated. They truly saved me thousands in that situation.The Hyundai had a weird squeel and needed new tires as well as the routine service. They did a spot on job, again not selling me on unnecessary items/services, and the communication along the way was impeccable.I will most definitly being using them for all of my automotive needs moving forward. Wow! What a great experience. Very friendly and professional treatment from Ron and staff. Gave an honest opinion and estimate of what my car needed and should have done. Ron's auto Repair is a class act and above the rest they don't try to steer you to in uncessary parts or repairs to make an extra commission. They are upfront and friendly they stand behind their work and are true Auto repair shop. Not a retail sales environment masquerading as a car and tire store. In this day in age when you need to keep your car on the road to avoid paying the high cost in this automotive sales market bubble these are the guys to choose. Go here and get it right and leave happy these will be your Mechanic's for the cars life. If your not seeing Ron and Brad to get your car work done your doing it wrong

I called and told them I had an oil leak and needed to know where it was, and how much. I scheduled my appointment with Ron. The guy at the desk seemed nice, the office was clean.They charged me 75 to spray my oil pan with break cleaner and tell me I needed it replaced along with the plug and filter. . Then gave me an estimate charging me 124 for labor. When I called the office after work to ask about the cost. He told me it was standard. I called around it is not standard. I was also told by 3 separate shops not knowing I had already had it looked at...to come by they would look for free. When I call back and told Brad at the desk it wasn't standard and I would need to cancel the appointment I scheduled he hung up on me. I called again asking is this a normal practice for them. He said yes we charged a flat rate for today. So....if a flat labor rate is 75....why did they want to charge me 124. This is so disappointing as a women to have to experience this. I feel ripped off and then felt disregarded. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Very nice people. Took my car in for an oil change and found numerous leaks, not fixed from another auto mechanic. They did an amazing job and told me exactly the cost and. Price. Excellent place. He will be my place to go from now on. Thank you so much Ron and Brad.

*** STAY AWAY ************** Rip OFF Ron! *********Had Ron automotive on SR70 next to 711 do a timing belt and water pump job 18 months ago. Guess what I just had to have redone.... A timing belt and water pump. As the water pump failed and was not OEM part as specifically requested! I also requested tensioner and tensioner pulley to also be replaced! Timing belt skipped 4 teeth and bent 2 valves stems on the head!Guess what wasn't replaced! The tensioner parts. The shop I just brought it to stated it was shoty work and the tensioner/tensioner pully was original and never replaced 18 months ago. I went back and looked at my invoice. I was billed for tensioners parts. Parts installed were only warranty for 12months by Ron. OEM Toyota warranties their parts for 24months. Also had to have the same O2 sensor replaced serval times due to defective parts. I was charged for labor & diagnostic fees when the job wasn't done correctly and they installed a defective part.Nevermind between this b.s. I had them work on another car with a transmission leak. Told them to fix the leak, whatever gasket, seals, xyz was needed. I paid out my butt for silicone. Guess what is leaking again after only being driven 5 times. My transmission! With the amount of money I paid this man and the issues I now have from allowing him to due the repairs has only caused me more headaches.Nevermind the the 10+ diagnostic fees @$175 each. Hellllooo the diagnostic is for you to do your job faster, NOT to bill the customer for diagnostic fee plus the hourly labor. Again RIP OFF RON. Tried him out and wouldn't ever recommend this clown to my worst enemy! Guy should be banned from touching anything with a motors!Overall I would stay away FAR FAR away from this place if you like you car. I would chance going down to 15th street before letting this bobo touch another one of my Lexuses.Service: Auto maintenance

Ron is an incredibly personable, and intelligent person. He made me feel welcomed in his shop, had a great conversation with me about my car and the maintenance it needs, and was very reasonable in his pricing. I will return, and if you own a Japanese car, you should give him a try. :)

We had to get our car towed there because our engine blew and was non drive able. The staff was honest with us about our options with the car and they were in constant communication with us. We did decide the car was not worth it to repair but when we need service done to the car we will always go to Ron s. I truly appreciate the staff they have and they are just genuinely nice people.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I cannot say enough good things about Ron. He is honest, dependable and very professional. I have taken my car and my children s cars to him and he has always found the problem and explained things so that I am able to understand. He even took the time to show my son a couple of things to do on his own. He is the best mechanic I ve ever found and just a super nice guy. We should all help support local!
