Very satisfied with the repair of my 2024 Subaru Outback. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Assisted with the supplemental payment to the insurance carrier and rental. I selected this shop based upon all the positive reviews and their I Car Gold certification. As a retired auto body damage appraiser, this certification requires a high level of expertise. No disappointments with this shop.

Ponto's comes highly recommended and nicely reviewed for quality work. The office crew and quotation specialists were all courteous and efficient. The price quoted for stripping and repainting my Honda Odyssey roof was higher than hoped for, but somewhat reasonable. The waiting time of 4 to 6 weeks, and then a full week in the shop were both items that caused me to look elsewhere.

Rear wheel trim on my 2014 Ford Escape had come loose and I couldn t pop it back into place. Estimator determined new clips were needed. He had some on hand, adjusted them to fit, and had the trim piece back in place in no time. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! I needed to get my lights replaced and everyone at Ponto's was not only helpful but was able to get everything done within the hour! Very much appreciate the time and patience of the team and also appreciate getting my car fixed as fast as they did!

When I was in an accident last year, the Honda dealer from which I bought the car recommended that I commission the repair at Ponto's, their preferred body shop. After the superb job they did--fully paid by the at-fault driver's insurance--it looked as if nothing had happened. However, when I was hit by another driver, this time in a hit-and-run incident (thanks, Bradenton!), I had no hesitation about where I wanted the repair to be done. Ironically, it was in precisely the same spot of the car, and yet--as I had predicted--the car looks better than new, in every sense. I certainly hope I never have to use their services again, but, given my recent track record--and the driving environment around here!--I would consider nobody else for my car. Ponto's fully deserves its stellar reputation, and it's great to see an established family business staffed by such kind, competent, and professional people.

Was sent here for repairs on my Honda Civic after I was in an accident. They were wonderful! They dealt with the rental car company and the other driver's insurance. Even drove me to the rental place when they didn't follow through on their we'll pick you up motto. They also worked me in a week earlier when he saw how damaged my headlight was and deemed it not safe for driving. They even gave me my car back cleaner inside than I left it with them!

Under different management and paint supplier my car was painted. Time passed and there was an issue with the paint quality. David stepped in, took the time, went the extra mile and repainted my car. David is my go too guy, for auto body problems. This is, his company and he will do right by you. I trust him completely and he is, MY HERO. My door handle broke and I couldn't get out of my car. There aren't many places around our town, that do big to little car problems. Especially if it's the small things that matter the most to us. Like a door handle, or your ignition switch get possessed and won't turnHe's your guyKnown him since his, Cox Chevrolet days.David listens and cares about what your saying. Last thing, your car is in a fenced area so you can feel safe in leaving it with him. I recently had our vehicle repair due to extensive damage from hurricane Ian. Dave and his technical staff did an outstanding job. Dave was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable during the process. Dave was very thorough and answered any questions that I had in detail. Brought in an older model vehicle for body work and paint that most other shops avoided at or wouldn't touch because they only wanted to handle insurance claims. Their technicians are highly certified and use up-to-date technologies to bring back the finest detail you can imagine. Our 94 Ford looks like it rolled off the factory floor. Their customer service team was very professional, provided a quote that they were even able to better upon completion. You're getting an honest deal from these folks. We can't thank Ponto's enough for their quality workmanship all around! (Photos pending)

Took my Mom's car in to have it estimated today due to a column that got in her way! Lol! They were amazing and went over and beyond my expectations. They even bent/hammered back into better shape for safety and peace of mind! Customer service at it's very best!! Thank you so much!

Professional, Courteous, Quick. Ponto's did excellent work on my car. I dropped it off and it was finished within a day and a half. The women in the office were nice and friendly. And the work done on the car was great! Very kind , professional and generous. We have used Ponto's for years and just met the new owner Dave. He helped my wife and I on two separate incidents and our vehicles look great. They have worked on my 2000 Toyota several times. That means a lot of calls to find certain parts, always found them. They are only one of a total of two shops in Bradenton that hold the Gold Class collision title that means they are the best of the best in collision repairs. (Look it up) Family owned, friendly and above all honest. You will never find a collision repair shop as good as these guys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Popped out the corner of my bumper after a small hit. Rubbed something on to take scuff out. It s almost perfect and they didn t charge a dime. Other shops quoted $800 and offered no other solution. Very kind people and I also know they do good work too.

Pontos could very well be the best auto body repair in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. They repaired a large dent in the rear quarter panel of my Lexus. Fixed like new. Paint is a perfect match. They also have a great deal with the local Hertz auto rental . Also the office staff is great. They actually answer the phone. No pushing 1 for this or 2 for that,And I was never sent to voice mail. Don't expect you vehicle to be fixed overnight, and they have a backlog, but that is what happens when you are good.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my van in for an estimate on my bumper. I skimmed a pole and got some scratches. Shaun was able to help me right away. He worked his magic and wiped the scratches right off (not scratches, just paint for the pole turns out). He fixed the problem in 5 minutes and didn t charge me a thing. Highly recommend!

Ponto s Auto Body! Worst experience with a business in my entire life. They quote a week and it takes them 3 weeks. They removed my rear bumper on my Lexus by mistake and now my sensors may fail. And they refused to put new sensor when they put it back on. They removed the rear bumper because of a clerical error because I brought my car in to have the FRONT GRILL replaced. Don t use this body shop unless you want a terrible experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car got a scratch and ding on the door, and after consulting the dealership, they sent me here. I'm incredibly glad they did.The people are friendly and helpful at all times. They kept up communication throughout the whole process, and the car looks like brand new after getting it back. They handled everything professionally and still managed a friendly atmosphere.I highly recommend Ponto's for any body work you need. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I rent each year in the Sarasota area and after our drive from up North, we get our car washed. While driving my car into the car wash line, I had not noticed that my husband stepped out of the car and the passenger side door was open. I was going slowly and looking at the attendant who was guiding me forward. My passenger car door caught the column and bent the hinge. The door would now not close all the way! Of course this was a situation we needed to fix and quickly, since we were far from home and needed to drive while here and then to go back. With my husband holding the door handle to keep the door closed, we slowly made our way to the closest Honda dealer who then referred us to Ponto s Auto Body Shop which was only a few miles away. We went straight there without calling. We anticipated having to leave our car and renting a car for the next couple of weeks however that is not what happened. When we arrived at Ponto s, at least 3 service men immediately came over and one of them, in less than 5 minutes, fixed the door so it would function properly. They did not charge us and refused to accept any money we offered. I m writing this review to thank them for their expertise and for correcting what was a very stressful situation for us at the start of our vacation. We will recommend them to our friends who live here and those that also travel to this area. They were professional and knowledgeable, and most of all, kind and friendly so as to not turn us away without having an appointment. Thank you Ponto Body Shop! You made an awful situation go away for us in a flash.

Ponto was great!!! They had my car repair done in just one week and we're very communicative about the whole process. When you speak with them, you can tell that they truly care about your vehicle and your overall experience. I felt very taken care of and they were as professional as they come. :)
