Omg my appointment was at 8am. It's 5:30pm. I received a text at 2:30 saying my car was ready. 3 hrs later, still waiting. For tires. Oil change. Brakes. Oh, they called after tires were on and said they can't get rotors until Tues. 2209.00. So I have to come back. Ugh. 10 hours and we had plans that are now out the window. Do not go here. I am still in parking lot.

I brought my car in for repairs. When I picked my vehicle up, I got a check engine service light on the dash before I pulled out of the parking lot. They cleared the code but did nothing to resolve the issue. By the time I reached home the check engine light was back on. I had to bring my vehicle back the next day. They resolved the check engine light. The next day I drove the vehicle approximately 50 miles, when I pulled in my garage I notice coolant on the floor of the garage. They unhooked the radiator as part of my repair. I have to schedule a 3rd appointment to resolve the leak. Honestly, your tech needs to make sure there are no leaks and no engine codes before they give the vehicle back to the customer. It is an inconvenience for me to keep paying for Uber rides back and forth from the shop. Everyone at the shop was professional and kind, just inconvenient to have to keep bringing the vehicle back.

The work provided by the team was great. I hate getting be tires but working with the service team was great. Where I am not happy is being charged for tires that were shipped from Tampa to Parrish. There was no communication on a charge for this.

So frustrated. Took the vehicle in for an oil change and a brake check since we had a grinding noise. We were told the brakes were fine and "had plenty of meat left on them." Two days later decided to buy brakes and change them ourselves since we couldnt take the grinding noise. Photo shows there was NO "meat" left on the brakes at all. We were willing to pay to get the brakes replaced, but they lied and said the brakes were fine. Tell the truth to your customers so they can make informed decisions about what to do, and don't take appointments and waste your customers' time if none of the workers want to actually work.

Reviewers who complain about lack of help at a location is not a review. Every company has hiring issues. I have always received great service from this location. They are short staffed at times but the work that is done to my cars is great. I now am bringing in my mom's car also.

When I arrived for my appointmentThe nice young lady at the front desk was very pleasant even though she was dealing with a short staffed situation but she was professional and got me checked in. Once my car was ready, it only took a few minutes to complete the paperwork and I was on my way. I would return again but it s a bit of a hike to get there. Overall, I m a happy customer.

these people had their stuff together and helped me quickly and saved me some money. Sounds cliche, but the two working up front that day were going above and beyond their paid duty to act like adults. Responsibility still exists. I was and am impressed.Sincerely: J. Johnson

Stoped in for new tires and breaks and Anthony the new store manager was so helpful got me in and out very quickly. Great customer service friendly place. Will be a customer for life.

I had an appointment and I m t was still over 2 hours for new tires. I was also told the tires I was getting were in stock. When I arrived they did not have them and I needed to buy a more expensive tire. Other than that the service was very friendly

Spent over $800 on new tires. Left and they were unbalanced. Came back immediately and asked for them to make sure they were good. Took about 5 mins and said good. Drove on the interstate later that day and car was bouncing all over the road. I m back again, wasting another Saturday at Pep Boys. Made an appt (David recommended one but not necessary) to have them rebalance the tires that were never balanced correctly. It s 9:10 am and I asked when my car would be ready. My appt was an hour ago. I was told I don t know at this point. I really feel like this place doesn t care about the customer or the fact that I spent over a weeks paycheck in their business. My family will not be spending another cent at Pep Boys, for the rest of our lives. What a disgrace to the once reliable and trustworthy auto professionals. I honestly don t understand why they are so unconcerned with my safety and time, or with their representation of the company. Pep Boys on Cortez in Bradenton.

Changed all my tires and did an alignment job in a very timely manner. Pointed out some other services that needed to be done, gave estimates, but didn't give the hard sell when I declined. Very pleasant experience, I will be back.

Came in to buy a tire Kinsey waited on me she got me a comparible tire to what I showed her a picture of. Done in about an hour she called me told me the tire was ready. Picked it up drove home to put on my car and the rotation arrow is going the wrong way. Had to Bring it back to get corrected. Half hour later I was on my way again. Problem here is not Kinsey my opinion is she probably has not been trained properly as she was a very courteous saleswoman just didn t know to ask which side of the car it was going on.ThanksJeff Bealer

I was a walk in I had a bad tire that they repaired it I was told 1-11/2 hr. as they were working on another car. I did wait a bit longer. But all in it was close to 3 hrs. But because I was a walk in I feel it was acceptable time frame. The staff was very helpful and curtious. I will return.

Staff was kind. That s about the only nice thing I have to say about this place. Waited almost 6 hours for something that was supposed to be an easy fix (would have done it myself had it not been a fleet vehicle) had about 4 to 5 other customers come in and out in that period of time. I was given no updates on what was going on with the vehicle and to top all of that off 6 hrs and $500 later nothing is changed and the vehicle is still not fixed so what was I waiting for? Never coming here again.

Nicest guys in Bradenton. Professional, helpful, timely and gave recommendations for prevention care. Second time I've been there, both times they've never done more than I asked or tried to sell me a service that I didn't need.

Horrible service from Ryan or Bryan at the front desk. First took almost 5 minutes to aknowledge kept looking and his computer while no one was in the place.Came in with an appointment for an ac check up. He could barely explain services. Last i asked how long it would take he said i dont know bro. Then i decided to take my business somewhere else. He was sure ok. It sucks for the customer and the company when there are employees thats just clock in and out and go by doing the bare minimun.

I was surprised to find a comfortable customer lounge, complete with workspace and charging ports. Kinsley, the Assistant Manager was great at keeping me updated and managing a busy store. I've been very happy with Pep Boys in Pensacola, Jacksonville, and Bradenton.

Do not go here for tires!!!I had all 4 tires done by this place, over $800. They all leaked immediately. Brought it back, they said its only covered if I have their coverage, which I did. They fixed one. I now have to fill 3 tires every week. They were not even cheap, stay away.

Pep Boys -a great experience.Professional, courteous and timely!Highly recommended.We used them exclusively while we lived in CA, and now in FL, they continue to live up to their reputation!They found a few things our dealer and had missed, and quoted a much lower cost repair than our dealer for the items they recommended, plus our dealer had recommended a few extra things that were unnecessary!Our dealer needed the car for > 1 day, while Pep Boys had our car back to us within 8 hours! I'd give > 5 stars if I could!

Pep Boys honored their appt time. Got my car in to diagnose the A/C problem. Got it repaired for a very reasonable cost. I will be going back there if the need arises. Thank you!

I made an appointment so I didn t have to wait, I ve been in multiple times due to my front headlight I should of been next and I wasn t and don t have an estimated on charge my cashier was bill my appointment was 3pm and it s now almost 3:30pm and I have no estimate time my car still waiting with the roof up on Cortez rd in Bradenton

Great service! I called 30 minutes prior to arriving for an oil change. The customer service team were very friendly. My car service only took 45 minutes. I will come here each year for my car services.

I liked William and Kenzy both very kind and quick to orders parts for my truck William is very knowledgeable and funny it seems to be a very fun workspace stressful I m sure but they make it fun

Easy appointment made online. Tech left oil dripping down left fender and on air filter housing underhood and greasy fingerprints on left door inner trim panel & steering wheel. Seemed to be alot of bickering between tech girl and service advisor that did not generate an encouraging feeling. Prices are good.

I marked my tires prior to getting an oil change and promised tire rotation. The receipt said tires were rotated - when I checked my markings, no tires were rotated - I will no longer do business with Pep Boys in Bradenton Fla
