Johnnie and Jose always strive to deliver the best service possible and then some! Never had a hangup with these guys, and the techs do a great job on the oil change and general upkeep on my 2nd Gen Prius.Location is always clean and the seating is comfy; very nicely laid out waiting room.They even accept CarAdvise which is a plus.Overall, this Pep Boys gets a 5/5 from me Highly recommend this location, especially since it s next to the Toyota dealership where I get hybrid specific repairs done.

Johnnie and Dylan helped me out so much today, I needed my oil changed plus my air and cabin filters replaced. I chatted with Johnnie the whole time, Johnnie is a solid guy and his customer service skills are phenomenal. Dylan worked fast and efficiently, they had me out of the shop in no time! Definitely recommend!

I was driving home and I noticed an issue with my rear brakes. I called Pep Boys while in the car to see if they could help me. Luckily they had a technician that could replace my rear brakes right away. I pulled in 5 minutes later and 2 hours later I drove with my car fixed. It would have been 1 hour and 15 minutes if the parts supplier would have brought the right parts (twice). I'm very pleased with their service. I know it was just luck that they could do right, but they would have done it the next day anyway.

A few months ago we stopped at Pep Boys on 14th St in Bradenton Florida for a quick tire repair. The manager Jose was so very helpful and efficient he left a very good impression on us. Just recently we needed major repairs done to our vehicle and we immediately thought of Jose. I have been in retail/ customer service for over 35 years and through the years it's hard to find honest, helpful people, but we found it in Jose. I highly recommend him and his team . So often it's only the complaints that are carried on, I sure hope Jose gets the kudos he deserves!

Jonny & Jose were both amazing. I was in need of new tires and had been told by Nissan that it also needed serious front end work. It did not. Rather than confirm something that didn't need to be fixed in order to make money, they instead made a customer for life.

This location got my special order tires promptly. And had me in and out.. much better service than I had been getting from their competition previously. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I went to the Pep Boys in Bayshore Gardens for the first time yesterday. I usually go to the location on Cortez. I scheduled an appointment but arrived about an hour early. I met with Johnnie who was amazing. I explained to him what was going on with my vehicle-he listened, then explained to me what he was going to do. He called me and informed me of the services my vehicle required and after getting my permission to proceed, my vehicle was repaired a couple of hours later. Pep Boys has always been my "go to" place for repairs. But I wanted to acknowledge johnnie for his awesome customer service. Give that man a raise!!...and some help. He was managing the office and the back area with little help. Thanks again Pep Boys and Johnnie for your fantastic work.

I went in on Saturday because I took my car somewhere else for an oil change and have had issues since. The guys were all so helpful and informative about the issue. I will be taking my car back to them going forward as they know what they are talking about and not out for just money. Thank you to all who looked over my car which was the Hyundai.

Wow! How wonderful to be offered the towing service since my tire was flat flat and would not keep air at all. I appreciated how quickly the service guys were able to get my car in and out of the bay. Get the warranty on your tires! It s well worth it. Thank you Jose for getting my car in and out in a timely manner. I felt like my time was respected. I hope I don t have to come back anytime soon (I mean that in the most respectful way) but if I have to, I know my car needs will be taken care of. Two thumbs up!!

Today I got 4 new tires, an oil change and air filter change. The entire team was so very helpful! From drop off to pick up, I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Your staff took the time to explain everything to me start to finish, even going as far as to asking me how my work day was. This is my first time at Pep Boys on 41 in Bradenton and you have a returning customer !

Took care of the tires on my car. Had a very good price for all 4. Worked fast and efficient. All the staff were nice and friendly. Had good conversations about football and had all my car questions answered. Would recommend this place to anyone.

They were on time with the appointment. They did a great job. The car runs better then when I bought it and they saved me a few hundred dollars over the dealer. Was very pleased. I waited 5 hrs on an oil change with the dealer so I looked up what options I had for the 30K service and glad I did. I went ahead and got there card same as cash for 6 months and they will do my service from now on.

Had a couple of great experiences at this Pep Boys location in Bay Shore Gardens. Everyone who helped me was very friendly and patient with me. Jose broke down my fees with me and didn't mind going over different options with me, and Robert helped me get a Lyft home while my car was being worked on, and one for the way back to pick the car up. Jay and another gentleman (didn't get his name) worked on my car and explained everything they did in detail including pictures. I would come back here for any problems with my car and I feel that everyone was honest and professional with me. Thank you all again for your help xx

Robert and Mike were INCREDIBLE !! I have never had better customer service in my life. I would love to talk to their boss because they handled our situation with such kindness (Even at 630 on Saturday night) so so grateful

Josh and team provided fantastic service. While my needs were nothing unusual ( just an oil change and tire rotation), I appreciated the thorough inspection and the fielding of my questions before I put my vehicle on a lengthy road trip. Fairly priced, attentive service, knowledgeable technicians, you can't go wrong by trusting your vehicle with these folks.

I am very happy with the Pep Boys I go to in Bradenton, Florida. I do go there regularly. I made an appointment and they had my car in the shop in no time at all. The staff is very nice and gave me a few recommendations that wipe my car may need over the next 6 to 12 months.

Very friendly employees and we had a great conversation the entire time we were there. They explained things to me that i needed done without feeling as though it was something i had to buy from them. Very knowledgeable crew and entertaining to talk to. I will be going back for other things that needs done. Mostly because of the crew there but also best price I ve found in this area. They were also really quick too.

Was in town for a weekend trip and ran over something that caused my tire to quickly leak. Called one Pep Boys and asked about a specific brand replacement and they directed me to this Pep Boys. Group here couldn t be nicer- gave me options and tried to help me find the best, most cost effective replacement. If you re looking for a honest group that are willing to work late to help an out of town customer .this is your place.

Got the car inspected before buying a used car to be worried free and got really surprised how fast it went.The vehicle Passed through all inspections so I was comfortable buying the car same day.Once I paid the seller and took the car, I realized that the AC wasn't working.It's summer time in Florida and I drive my new car without AC.Now I need to spend extra money and time to get it fixed.I am really really upset!

Online appointments are super easy and the service was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful and best of all HONEST. I had my brakes checked and they actually told me I didn t need the pads replaced yet! Another shop before that had tried to sell me full brake pad replacement when I just went in to get my tire fixed! This shop will definitely be my go to place from here forward. :)

Josh and Jimmy along with the rest of the crew are the BEST!! They explain everything to you in details before and after they work on your vehicle. They are kind and are like big brothers. I am going to keep taking my car there and recommend everyone to bring their car also.
