I have 4 Nissan vehicles and have a lease cars all with Nissan of Bradenton through the years.They have always took care of my company needs and personal needs. Ronny Tacle in sales is awesome and Eric Wilkinson in the customer service Dept. is above and beyond all expectations. The Best dealership I have ever worked with and the Nissan products are the best. By far the best service I ve had at any dealership!!! Service advisor Lewis was very helpful in identifying the issue with my 23 Altima , after 2 other Nissan dealerships turned me away and didn t even try to diagnose the issue .. thanks Lewis and the entire service team !!!

I highly recommend you get a second opinion before allowing these folks to do out of warranty services.Edit: Adding update, NoB quoted my child $2k of suspension work. Implied the car was potentially unsafe. It sounded a bit odd to me and so before spending $2k, I decided to get a second opinion from an ASE Certified Master Mechanic. The ASE mechanic indicated that he couldn't find any signs of the wear indicated by NoB's mechanic and that no repairs were indicated.I'm sure NoB does great work, but service is a significant profit center for new car dealers, which is fine if Nissan is picking up the bill. However, if you need out of warranty work, I recommend getting a second opinion.

It was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and friendly. My sales person Yvonne could not be nicer. Troy by finance person was the greatest. In all my years of purchasing a car this was my very best experience. I feel like I made friends for life. Thank you for getting me out of the nightmare I was driving and into something so comfortable and safe.

I have had Nissan vehicles since 2008. This is the place to take them. The service advisors are great (Shout out to the man, Juan Irizarey). Convenient hours, easy access, honest service, and easy communication. It's the place you send your family to get their work done.

Great service department. We were in Blue Ridge on vacation from Florida, when our Nissan Murano broke down , they took care of getting our car fixed in one day and we were able to continue our vacation. They went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you!

As the owner of an Infinity Q60, I needed assistance with a warning light regarding a tire. Infinity of Sarasota could provide no help and advised me of a substantial charge if they could. I went to Nissan of Bradenton without an appointment and unannounced on a Saturday morning. Service Manager Dustin Stevens could not have been more professional and accomodating to my needs. There were many customers, but my wait was brief and Dustin corrected the issue which clearly required the software of a Nissan or Infinity dealership (not something that could be remedied by reading the manual). I truly appreciate Dustin's help, attitude and his cooperation in dealing with a non-customer with a non-Nissan. vehicle, and as a result, I would recommend Nissan of Bradenton to any car buyers, and especially recommend Dustin to any Nissan owners in need of service. They have done a terrific job on my titan..only thing was it took days to get it done due to parts arriving in later days. But all and all good job.
