As a walk in, they did not hesitate to get me in. Running the complete tests to ensure my diagnosis was accurate. 1 hour later, I was done. With a great price. They are amazingly honest. And do not inflate the prices.Yes, I highly recommend them and will go to them whenever I have car issues.

I needed my brakes checked and got an appointment scheduled quickly. Waiting room was very nice and they took my car back immediately. Good news received from the technician along with pictures! Relieved to know that the brakes were just fine. And the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to any friends or family that need car care.

The biggest advantage this shop has is that they don't have to pretend to be good people. They care about their customers and treat them with respect. Bill is especially helpful and friendly. He always takes the time to explain and show me what is going on with my car, and recommends realistic solutions.

I recently had my car repaired at a local auto shop and I must say, the service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating.First and foremost, I was impressed by their thorough inspection of my car. They took the time to carefully analyze the issue I brought the car in for, but didn't stop there. They went above and beyond by conducting a detailed examination of various other components, identifying potential problems that could have gone unnoticed. This proactive approach demonstrated their commitment to providing comprehensive service.What truly amazed me was that they didn't charge me for the initial inspection. Many places would have imposed some kind of fee just for the assessment, but not this auto shop. It was a refreshing experience to receive such honest and transparent service without any hidden costs.Additionally, I appreciated their honesty in cautioning me against unnecessary repairs. They explained that certain parts didn't require immediate attention and could be addressed at a later date. It was evident that they genuinely cared about saving me money and only performing repairs that were absolutely necessary. Their integrity and professionalism were truly commendable.Another pleasant surprise was when they discovered other leaky areas in my car. They immediately took the initiative to fix them without charging me any extra money.

Im new in town and needed routine maintenance on my 2016 Chevrolet truck and flush service on my 2013 ford focus! Upfront pricing and gave me an appointment time and it was completed on schedule. They might not be the cheapest but they weren t the most expensive! Get what you pay for and i was content with the price and they did a fine job! No complaints! I would recommend them if you re new in town and want quality service done at reasonable prices check them out! I really liked the pictures they took of the steps in the process! Allowed me to see what they were doing. Satisfied customer here!Service: Transmission

I recommend these guys to everyone. I've been taking my vehicles there for years now, and they always provide timely and cost effective repairs and maintenance. They're also great people.12-21-23 This is another review for these wonderful people. Everything I said above, and I just have to add that Bill and Sheri are some of the kindest, caring people I have ever met. I have never seen anyone in business try so hard to be helpful and fair to their customers. These are truly great people - and no, I'm not a relative, but they sure have treated me like one! I own a small business and really appreciate it when I find another business that treats people right. Bill and his shop are honest people that do great work. The Dealer said my Jeep needed a new Rear Main Seal and Bill and his team found it wasn t that but a couple other things and fixed them all in one day and at a very fair price! This is the shop that you should take your vehicle to for anything that needs to be fixed!Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Oil change

Had the transmission replaced in my Silverado. Bill Took the time to give me two different quotes depending on which Transmission I wanted. The work was done in the timeline that they promised, and I am very pleased with both Bill and his wife Sherry. They are both very helpful and accommodating, I would not hesitate to have them do any work on any of my vehicles, or my families vehicles.

I would 100% recommend Milex for your auto needs. Bill and his guys are very knowledgeable on all the service you may need. They are all very friendly and make sure you are treated right every time. I came for a transmission service on my 2020 Colorado. The communication was top notch. They also took pictures of everything they did so that I could see the old fluid/ and inside the pan. Like I said earlier I would highly recommend to go by and see Bill for any of your auto repair/ service needsService: Transmission

I'm a Quality Engineer that is very process and detail oriented. This was my first visit. The owners Bill/Sheri were superb in the detail explanation of work and process their technicians use to do repairs/maintenance, the way I would do them. Their prices are industry standard, but do the details others do not bother with. If you need work performed, Bill and Sheri is your choice. I was literally stuck at a dealership- They quoted me a price on par with a 7 day Caribbean Cruise. On the recommendation of another repair shop- I was referred to Sherri and Bill and had my car TOWED from dealer to them.. Two days later, problem solved - $ equivalent of dinner for 4 @ nice restaurant-Great communication- Friendly people

I am so happy that I found MileX Mr. Transmission, and had them do several repairs to my 07 Equinox.I came in the the shop with oil leak issues and codes showing a need for a complete look at my car.Their expertise in auto repairs of all kinds, is the most complete and thorough that I have seen in over 53 years.7 vehicles and many years on the road has allowed me to know a little more than the average lady trying to stay up on repair issues.Bill and his service techs are by far the VERY BEST at locating & diagnosing every detail of your vehicles problems.Analyzing and showing you, as well as, talk to you to explain exactly what is wrong, what can or can not be done and letting you decide if you want to invest in the repairs and keep your vehicle EXPLAINING ALL ABOUT THE PROS & CONS OF SPENDING THE MONEY, LOOKING AT THE OVERALL PICTURE. Bill and Sherry, the owners are awesome. They always have taken care of my truck and my son s truck they give exceptional service and for great prices. The best part is they are trustworthy. Most mechanic shops are not trustworthy. They are very professional and go over and review all of the things wrong with your vehicle they even take pictures if that s not going above and beyond I don t know what is if you are looking for a mechanic shop for your needs this is it. These guys are absolutely amazing- I would trust them with any of my vehicles. They went above and beyond helping me find a new transmission for my newer Honda CRV and when I went to pick it up they ensured I did not drive away until ALL of my concerns were addressed and resolved. Not only do they give the kind of customer service that seems to be a thing of the past, but they ensure top notch quality work. They even told me to return in a couple weeks so they can check it over and make sure the transmission was working okay, complimentary. Additionally, they were able to find out why my transmission failed in the first place which had to do with work done elsewhere prior to my transmission failing. They are a small mom and pop shop and you can put your trust in them. Highly exceeded expectations and definitely recommend them!

I needed a few auto maintenance issues taken care of and called and spoke with Bill. He was very helpful and answered all my questions, then scheduled my appointment for the following day. Everyone is pleasant there and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I had a question about my exhaust system so I pulled in I was greeted by the owner Bill and expressed my concern Bill jumped up and came out to my truck, literally got on the bare ground and slid under my truck .he inspected and ok d the system which put my mind at ease. Very honest man I felt, I d definitely return to do business here just based upon the way Bill treated a guy in off the street with no appointment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto exhaust system repair
