First bad taste was when I got there for my 10:00 appointment they said they were a hour behind which is fine. I m usually a person that fixes my own car but I didn t have time to look at it because I was going on a vacation. They finally pulled my car in at about 11:30 and had it in there for two hours to tell me that the nail was too close to the side wall they can t plug it I need to buy a new tire meanwhile I just bought rims and tires about a month ago. So I left it in my driveway and went on my trip then when I came home I fixed it myself and it was about two inches from the side wall. So I m guessing because I drive a nice car they thought I was an idiot and would just throw money at them. Thank you for nothing and wasting 4 hours of my day doing nothing. I will never return and will tell everyone how they lied to me.

Great place to get all of your car/SUV work done. Excellent customer service and quality work. I own a VW and they installed new tires and did a wheel alignment. I've recommended them to my kids and wife who all have had great experiences. Thank you, Mavis! You guys are awesome!

My husband was leaving for work early this morning he noticed he had a nail in his tire that needed to be patched immediately. He arrived Mavis when they first opened and explained the situation and expressed how this already was going to make him late for work.The gentleman there did not hesitate to help and took the car back right away and got the tire fixed, they were so quick l, kind and efficient. I highly recommend Bryan and the rest of the team.

This store is always slow getting to my vehicle's needs, no matter how busy they are. A few weeks ago I made a reservation at the end of the day to force them to get to my car within the hour before they closed for the day. They took an hour to look at the car, right as they were closing. They told me I had a nail in the tire and would need a replacement. I responded that I would accept the new tire and we discussed the price. I was then notified that I would have to bring the car back tomorrow since they were now closed. I was furious and will never go back there again.

The manager today was very nice. I had a nail in my tire and he took my car back right away and repaired the tire. I have used them in the past for my tires and they have always done a great job... I am the person who will shop around before just going to tire place. I was able to get name brand tires at the lowest price. I would highly recommend them and will go there in the future.

Made an appointment for 12pm and I arrived 15 minutes early literally just needed a single tire changed. I had a spare rim in my trunk and wanted them to just place the new tire on that spare rim, and then swap it out for the bad wheel on my car so I left and came back 4 HOURS LATER and they hadn t even started it yet they clearly just pushed my project off to the side since I wasn t waiting in the lobby. So what was the point in scheduling an appointment if you re just going to ignore it for 4 hours??

Today I came in to get my front tire fixed and there was a miscommunication on which tire and the found 3 NAILS in my rear! It took longer than expected so they waived the charge (Extremely nice of them!)Once I got home I had realized the front tire was low again and the original nail was still in there. I called the shop and they apologized and said bring it back in as soon as I have availability and they will handle it as well for free! They were extremely busy today and no body is perfect but they sure do know how to resolve problems!They made a lifetime customer out of me today!Highly recommended

Great experience! Our oil change took longer than expected, but the staff let us know they had someone call out, and pulled in 3 more people to try to keep up with their appointments. When we went to pick up our car we were not charged for our oil change. They apologized for not finishing the job in a timely manner. That was not expected, but a great surprise! They were honest, hard working, and we will definitely be going back!

Awesome service! I walked in, no appointment, for a repair after getting a nail in my tire. Jason took me right in and set me up in 5 minutes. I expected a long wait because they were busy, but I was all set to go in 30 minutes. Thank you Jason and thank you Mavis for your speedy service!! I will definitely recommend.

Integrity and Trust- 1/10 I brought my vehicle here for an alignment as my car was pulling. I spoke with Jason service advisor and he said to give them a few hours they can get it taken care of no problem. I get the call my car is ready when I arrive I ask for the alignment diagnostics and Jason said the system had already eased it. I paid for the full alignment and when I started to drive my vehicle it was still pulling! I called different locations to see if they could pull my service history and they told me there was nothing in the system that there was just a charge for a alignmen. when I called back Jason told me they had no time to get me in even tho it was never completed in the first place! I hope this review gets a managers attention as this could be a huge road hazard

Had problems with my car squeaking and squealing & with my brake pads. I went to 2 other places, before finally getting exceptional service at Mavis Tire. I spoke mainly with Mike at the front, but manager Jerry was great behind the scenes. I felt from the start they actually cared and were honest. They finished my car in 1.5 hours! So quick! Also they gave great reasonable prices, especially compared to the other 2 places I went to and even more places that I called for an estimate.Highly recommend this Mavis location over any other car mechanics or companies in the area for any car needs. I also do not recommend Honest1, it's a nice place down the road but you'll be overcharged.

These guys were great today. I needed a patch in my tire because I had a nail in it. I called six other places and none could get me in. I worked with Mark at Mavis and he said no problem we will help you out today. Bryan was the mechanic who fixed the tire and he identified that I needed new brake pads. Mark came and communicated that with me. I told him I know but I just can t do it today. There was no pressure and he invited me to come back and visit them when the time is right. Super thankful for good people .

F.c.k. this place and all Mavis Tires Shops:-Made appt for Tire mount last Friday with a woman on the phone, go in this morning and there is no Appt in the computer and a 2 hour line.-This Mavis, prior: Sold me shocks I didnt need and installed a new window motor that still runs funky.-Mavis up the street few months back: Had Brake Flush done and *specfically* asked them to not overfill Brake fluid, cause it will cause brake calipers to freeze up (which Shops know and do on purpose to sell you brakes - check your fluid). Brake fluid was over-filled by Shop.-Another Mavis in the other direction over past 2 yrs: Did my CV Axle (hard to source for my car) and a year later the CV axle boot that they ziptied on is off and shooting grease, and I am 98% certain it is a refurbed Axle. On the Invoice, that I didnt pay enough attention to at the time, the Mavis shop categorized the CV Axle work as "Misc.", thus I cant prove they did the Axle, thus they wont honor the warranty (It actually even says 'Customer refused Axle'). They also charged me for a car battery on that visit, that I def did not get.-I know the car battery charge is bump, cause I did get a duracell car battery installed there 6 months prior to that: After they installed it, my ododmeter started flashing, and it has been ever since, because they werent able to fix it and did not offer any solutions.Mavis will soon own all the Shops, it seems......and then we will all be screwed, because there wont be any Shops left to rotate through.Edit: After reading through a loooot of Reviews, I finally know why they have a 4.4 -> They give free flat fixes for 5 star reviews.I really started to notice it in a 1 Star Review, where the guy said 'They gave me a free tire plug for a 5 Star Review, but now the plug is bad and they wont fix it (paraphrase).' LololololSo yeah....plugs for plugs. I'd say go somewhere else...but again....now they are all Mavis.(Chick today (presumably the same one who didnt set my Appt) even said to me, "You can take your car up the road to Tire Kingdom? They are now owned by Mavis." Lolo Like....she rubbed it in my face, that I would be giving them my money, no matter what. When they buy out 'Pedro and Jesus's Tires', we will really be screwed lol)

Scheduled an appointment at this location based on a family recommendation.Appointment was for 11am. Arrived at 1045am, found the parking lot complexly full... no parking spaces available, cars were parked along the permitter curb.I went in to check-in, the man at the service desk was busy staring at his cell phone. I stood there waiting for him to finish. He never looked up, never acknowledged a person was standing 2 foot from him.I continued to stand there not wanting to rudely interrupt what he was doing. After a few minutes I walked over to see if there was another counter. There were other customers at a computer table.I went back over to the service desk, still no acknowledgement. I stood there for another full minute, then just walked out.I know this location gets good ratings, but I've never experienced this kind of total neglect of a customer.I spent a total of five full minutes at that counter (stupid right?) waiting to be greeted / assisted.Not even a look up. And yes, I know he knew I was there, I moved around enough he couldn't miss a 6ft 250lb guy.This large gentlemen with an earring won't be seeing me again... wait, he must not have seen me the first time.

Noticed that my tire was low and pulled in for help. Mike came out right away and found my tire was losing air because there was a screw in it. He repaired it and got me back on the road. Thankful for the great customer service!! Will definitely use them in the future!

Excellent service. Manager Mark very awesome to work with. Paul technician was knowledgeable and pointed out possible problems with front brakes. Above and beyond most shops I ve frequented. They are extremely busy so you need to make an appointment preferably 1 day before. I am a mechanic. I trust this place with all my work going forward. Absolutely the best price in my area too.

Visiting Florida in our travels got a nail in our tire. Contacted the Mavis tire center in Lakeland Ranch. Talked to Mark and he gave us directions and said they could get our car in and have the tire repaired ASAP. Great service and very professional. Able to get on the road and continue our travels.

I was in a bind with a leaking tire. I live close to the Mavis location & stopped there late Friday afternoon, 2/8/24. I was told if I waited 20 , a mechanic would service the tire. In nearly 20 , they pulled my car in the shop & in another half hour the mechanic appeared to tell me he pulled a large nail from the tire, plugged the hole, remounted & filled the tire & I could leave with my car in good shape. The owner didn t charge me, so I was able to tip the mechanic & leave! I ll be returning to Mavis from now on for any tire & brake needs!!

Took a Toyota Camry to the store in Lakewood Ranch. Told them on the phone prior to drop off that the tire was flat. Not sure if it needed to be patched or replaced. Since it was dropped off at close, they said they would get to it first thing the next morning. The first phone call received the next morning was not one telling us what was wrong with the tire, but rather that the car was ready for pick-up. When we asked had the tire been patched or replaced, the guy on the phone didn t even know. Said he could call back while we were on our way. As if that helps at all, whatever they did had already been done. We arrive to pick it up, only to find they had completely replaced the tire. Never called us to tell us what was wrong with the tire in the first place. Never called to ask what our price range was so they could give us options on different tire brands and pricing. Nope. Just threw a $274 tire on the Camry without even speaking with us. Pretty bold move considering this company has no clue what someone s budget looks like. Absolute trash customer service. Complete garbage. We ll never even know if the tire could have been patched because we asked again when we got there to pick it up and they STILL could not tell us what was even wrong with the tire in the first place. I miss when this place was Kauffman. We will never be back to any Mavis.

When I called to schedule a tire rotation, I explained to the guy who answered the phone that I had bought my tires there and declined to pay Honda for tire rotation during my regular maintenance last year, because I could get it done for free where I bought the tires. The guy at Mavis told me they do regular services too and it would be far less money than what I paid the dealer. My dealer maintenance usually cost almost $300. So this time when my maintenance light came on, I took my CR-V to Mavis in Lakewood Ranch. It took the same amount of time as the Honda dealerships, they performed the same services but the total bill came to just shy of $67. I even questioned if they had done everything because I was prepared to pay over &100-$200. I will alway choose Mavis Tire and Brakes in Lakewood Ranch from now on.

This location never informed me my car was ready for pickup. Confirmed they had my correct number before I dropped off my car. I live an hour away and corporate has no contact for after hours and I don t know how I will get home. This is illegal and action will be taken.Edited to add: After I went the next day and retrieved my keys after the manager did not want to release them after saying to me What do you have going on with corporate . I began explaining my situation and the manager wouldn t even look at me, just slammed my keys on the counter. After I walked out the door he proceeded to run after me and my car yelling Yeah you better leave . Don t take your car here if you expect professionalism. Take your business to a place that doesn t threaten your safety and chase you after THEY made a mistake.

I stopped in for 2 specialty tires. The entire process took a week. The New Year's weekend holiday was in the middle of that week. From the outside it appeared like chaos but they did exactly what I wanted them to do and they kept their word on completing the steps to fill my order. It was complete exactly when it was said it would be done. The estimated price was accurate. In fact, a new special started and it was $25 less than quoted. I would return in the future if needed

Brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. They plugged a tire for me few weeks back. Said it was free if I gave them a 5 star review, which I did, now I m editing it. Plugged tire was slowly leaking, so asked them to take a look when they rotated to see if needed to replug. Get car back and notice the pressures are all up, so they put air in them. Front left (previous plugged tire) is 2 psi lower. Drive it a couple days and it s now 3 psi lower. All others holding. They never rotated tires. When called about it, they claimed they didn t rotate the tires, they were just asked to check the pressures. Bill says otherwise. Be careful out there folks, not a good look for them!
