I would recommend this place 100%! Took my car in and it had a lot more issues then I thought it did. When Chuck called he explained everything that was wrong with the car. Instead of taking me for a ride like other repair shops would of he said something very reassuring If you were one of my kids I would tell you to trade it in and use the money you would have for a down payment on something else That statement alone made me feel instantly like family. I was in the dealership business for 12 years. I have seen a lot in that business but this repair shop is on another level. Top Notch! And while he could have also charged me for the test drive and to scan the vehicle he didn t. He even let me know if I was looking at getting something else they would be happy to take a look at it for me. You don t always see honesty and integrity in these situations but because of this I will continue to bring my vehicles to this shop. I highly recommend them! I want to personally thank you for being so honest. I did purchase a new car after I picked up the Versa yesterday. I appreciate you guys squeezing us in on probably one of your busiest weeks. We look forward to seeing you for maintenance and any other repairs we need in the future! Thank you again!

I take my two cars here whenever they need a repair I can't do. Great work, fair price, I almost always get my car back same day, and it's a mom and pop shop so you know your money stays in town. A+

Super place, efficient fast and professional. Choose to get oil change here because of coupon. They did 22 point inspection, indicated we were going to need rear brakes but didn't pressure us to make appointment. Mechanic came in to let me know it was ready. All people were professional, friendly and helpful. Will get our brakes done before going north.

They just replaced my whole engine and alot of other things the car need. They came highly recommend to me. I am so glad I went with them. They go above and beyond any other place I have delt with in the past. Thank you so much Chuck and crew. You made my wife so happy with her car.

Fantastic auto shop. Very skilled and honest mechanics at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.I should add that one time I had a transmission fluid leak that 3 other places had failed to locate. This shop found and fixed the problem.Services: Transmission, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

The Owner is a great guy and the crew he has working for him. Knowledge is 1st. I have had them look,work,tear apart my truck and fix it, I depend on Mattingly s because they do a fantastic job. Their always busy and yes they will treat you right, They treat everyone the same, no one else s is better and reliable at this business and have the lowest hour Rates.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE!! I called and made an appointment days in advance for my brakes at 8am. I dropped my car up there at 8 o clock in the morning. Handed overMy keys and talked to the gentleman at the front desk where he showed me the calendar that had my name and appointment written down. I called about 2:30pm to check on the status of my car. They acted like they didn t even know that my car was there they couldn t even find it at first, they didn t work on orLook at it all day. When I showed concern and was questioning why it didn t get looked at. They just acted like they did not care to right THEIR WRONGS! Will never go here again!

Arrived at 3:35 needing service and they close at 5. Was greeted and told they would be glad to provide all the services I needed. While waiting, I was told what they found and recommended an additional filter and showed me why. Also gave me an estimate on brakes and educated why I would need the service. Nice to have a place that is welcoming and trusting. Great place and prices!

Our family has been coming to Mattingly's for at least a dozen years.They treat us like friends, they charge us a fair price and they do what they say, when they say every time.My only regret is waiting so long to give them the great review they deserve!

Had my front brakes done in Feb,20, along w/ an oil change. My brakes had been squeaking for 3-4 months prior, but didnt feel well enough to bring it in. When I did, he cked the brakes and said cheap pads were put on. I really dont think cheap pads was the problem. I think they neva changed the pads to begin with and charged me for it. So now, I'm not sure I want to bring my car back there, as an honest mechanic is what a woman looks for. I also was giving them my business to keep the local Mom and Pop shops running and making money through this pandemic. It's sad bec as use they're nice people. And they did fix the brakes in a timely manner.

I never thought I would find an amazing mechanic shop that makes everything feel so smooth and transparent. They call you with diagnostics or repairs via text and pictures to make you understand what s actually being worked on your car.

If you don t want to pay outrageous prices at the dealership this is the place to go. This auto service center is the most trustworthy place I ve been to in my life! They have almost immediate service and are cost efficient! I ll never take my vehicle anywhere else!

These experts are the best local auto business I've found. They always take care of my baby and I won't go anywhere else now! There were two times that a tire has popped or deflated; they took my girl in and took care of her the same day the incidents happened. They also give quality oil changes (look for their coupon in the local coupon booklet). Definitely trust your car with Mattingly's!

They are always so helpful. It is really nice to be able to call and ask a question or bring the car by and know I will get an honest answer. Fair prices and great service, and they always try to get the work done as quickly as possible.

Owner was Rude to my mother and I, with zero regard for customer service. Went in with a coupon tor A/C recharge, and he told us she didn t need Freon but he was charging her anyways to tell her that. Charged us full price on service we didn t need. Then gave her a $1740 estimate for a compressor. Totally shady bait and switch business.

Top of the line workmanship on all cars repairs. These guys know there stuff.. no shade tree mechanics here all professionals they do the job and they do it right. 110% recommended if your car needs a repair stop in and see these guys today they'll take care of you and make sure your car, truck, or jeep is up and running right the first time...

My van kept dying so I called and asked them if they could take it and he said yes .....I towed it there. And called several hours later to see what was wrong with it they hadn't even gotten to it so they couldn't get to it until the next day. When they did look at it they quoted me $525 for a fuel pump. They were really rude and charged me $52 for looking at it for 10 minutes. Just plain rude.

Chuck is just one of the guys you can talk to and trust to fix your car. I took my old van in there for a air conditioner refill. They had to do a bunch of extra work to get it going and only charged me for the parts. Don't meet these kind of mechanics anymore. I always take my car here for repairs. I have not been disappointed. The only drawback is it can be difficult to see the entry, GPS will help you with this. Mr. Mattingly is a professional.
