I drove 4 hours to pick up a car that was diagnosed as nothing wrong with brakes yet the pads were paper thin. I drove back 4hrs with a concern that my brakes were going to go out. I was charged diagnostics but they didn't look at the brake pads when the concern was brake related.?

Great little shop- friendly, competent and trustworthy employees. They didn't try to upsell me or tell me that my car needed things it didn't. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

THEY'RE DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR CAR SERVICES! I WAS LUCKY DURING SEASONAL TIME THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR MY JEEP! IT NOW RUNS LIKE A NEW JEEP!

John has worked on my 1986 Suzuki Samurai several times fixing problems and changing parts and is the only one out of several shops before him that can figure it out and get it running . I will only bring my vehicles to him !

I called AAA, they said I needed a battery, I had warranty with AutoZone so I went there. They said I needed an alternator and gave me prices to replace it myself aver $400. I called around and found a better price to replace with the work done. I went to Keillys automotive to have the alternator replaced, when he called it turned out I only needed a battery. Thank you for your honesty, may God bless you. If need more work done I will definitely go back. Good job done the same day. Highly recommended

John is the only mechanic I trust to work on mine and my family s vehicles. He is very honest, very reasonable and anytime i have ever brought my truck in, he has it repaired and ready by next day. Always there for us, we take all our family vehicles (6 right now) to Keilly's for scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs, they always help us out. Very knowledgeable, great service and customer interaction, very reasonable pricing. So glad I found John Keilly and his shop.

Keilly's needs to be rated a 6 star. I just had a problem with my transmission and was expecting a high bill - it was a minor repair that was extremely welcome. John has done all my work on my cars and I give him my highest rating. I tell anyone that needs service about Keilly's.

I had an emergency with my 2005 Ford Escape and I started my search for a good mechanic in my neighborhood. Turns out, Keilly's Automotive is only five minutes from my home and they were able to get me and my car back on the road within a few days. John, the owner, lent me a vehicle when they were still waiting for the parts to repair my car, just so I could get to work. Wow, very cool.Thank you John, Greg and staff for helping me. Have been using Keillys for my whole family s vehicles and have always been very satisfied with their service! Highly recommended by me as I feel they are trustworthy as well.03/31/22. I posted that probably more than a year ago and still feel the same! Thanks to Keilly s all 4 family vehicles are still working for us!

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Keilly's. I was referred there by a total stranger who stated that he wouldn't take his vehicle to any place else. I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I had significant front end issues but, now my truck drives better than ever. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have already referred a few friends there and they will be my "go to" source for automotive maintenance. Many thanks

I was fortunate to land at Keilly's Automotive in 2006. iI met John iKeilly who is a man of uncompromising integrity; something that is rare in his industry. Over the years, his team has kept me on the road, safe and confident that everything was done with care and only what was really needed was repaired or replaced. The entire staff at Keilly's embraces John's vision.I always feel that I am treated fairly and the work is excellent. I wish to thank Mr. Keilly and his staff for their excellent service and consideration today when I had a routine oil change. During their VERY thorough safety check they found of all things an animal nest in my air conditioning vent on the passenger side. Because this required more time to remedy and I had a medical appointment they even drove me to my therapist. Later a friend picked me up and returned me to the garage. I am a 77 year old woman recently widowed. I am so grateful to have found this place to service my car. They are completely trustworthy!! Betty Davis

The staff at Keilly's Automotive did a great job rebuilding the AC unit on my '09 Honda CR-V, a model notorious for AC compressor and condenser failure on low mileage vehicles. Rick explained in detail what was involved and its cost. Lifetime warranty on the parts used means this AC is better than original. Great job!

I don t see how this place stays in business! It s the worst auto repair shop I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. My cousin s car was there for six WEEKS and what did they do to fix the car? Absolutely nothing. Nada. Then when she and I went there to ask politely about it, the woman who works there and the mechanic both give us an attitude - like we are inconveniencing them! Ludicrous! Stay far away from this place - it is just awful.

I called on a Thursday morning for an oil change when my maintenance light illuminated. I had to make a 600 mile round trip that weekend so I really wanted to get a service done. They were kind enough to move some stuff around for me so I could get in, and stayed open late so I could retrieve my truck at the end of the day. 2011 Toyota Tundra. Will recommend to anyone.

I drop off my car on Monday for repair, as I was asked on the phone. They promise make estimate for repair sometimes next day. Till Friday they even don't look to problem, and I was forced to pick up my car and look for help elseware. They waste my whole week of vacation and not even apologize. No honesty in this place, shame how they operate.

Brought my Jeep in for a noise and oil change. John took the time out of his busy day to ride with me and confirm the noise. He refused to throw parts at the intermittent problem and could not have been more professional and trust worthy. I wouldn t bring my Jeep to another mechanic even if it was free. I m back on the road and smiling.

My mother takes her 1997 Isuzu Hombre to his shop and he is ALWAYS great with her and honest and very helpful when I ask him questions and I am in Arizona. I highly recommend him to ANY elderly person that wants an honest and fair priced mechanic.

First time there was very professional and correct.Second time was a disaster, taking a week for a simple procedure which I was told multiple times would only take a few hours. To crown it all, they never did the work because they didn t have the part in stock. I waited all week to give them a second chance but boy did they blow it.
