My oil filter was a little loose and leaking oil into my driveway. I gave Jiffy Lube a call on Manatee Ave., West and spoke with Rick. He advised me to bring it in and he wasted no time not only fixing the problem but also Bless us with a free oil change! Very impressed with Rick s customer service and just nice to meet somebody who is real!

It was a relief to have my car taken care of efficiently and professionally. The team was pleasant and straightforward with the issues found while caring for my car. It s nice to experience such service. I felt taken care of and I felt that my car was honestly and properly serviced.

The location I use is the Bradenton location. The manager there is absolutely fantastic! This is the ONLY place I will take my car for oil changes. One of the BEST experiences I have had dealing with the automotive industry.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast, efficient with no upsells. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Price is way to high but is comparable. Was in and out pretty quick. Would go again. Great service. Change, took my car there running like a champ, now it runs like a chump. Don't take your car there.

I called for pricing and was given a quote for around $49. However, I didn't realize that my van had been using Semi-Synthetic oil. I would expect a slight upcharge, but the total came to around $110, more than twice as much! I was told that the Semi-Syn is much more expensive. The attendant gave me a $20 coupon, which helped ease the pain. When I got home, I decided to do some online shopping to see what the real difference in price was. According to Google, there was a $1 price difference between 5 quarts of Conventional and Semi-Syn oil. I think you are price-gouging and therefore have lost my trust and my future business. Do better.

There was a time i may have left a diff review.These guys at this shop in W Bradenton on Manatee. Genuinly care and five me the same service with the same courtesy and attention to detail at 530pm (even tho i try not to go that late..at times theres no choice) as they do at noon.Very Kind and Courteous with Professional attention to the details.You guys are the best crew! I would not go anywhere else .10 stars and a lot of Respect for what you do and the way you do it..I'm a handicapped person ..i dont have deep pockets. You guys look out for my tires and whats going on for my car with personal care that i know..my tires are safe..i know im doing the best i can to keep up my cars value and dependability.And i know it doesnt matter gow many times i show up needing your help...i get the same genuine smile and dependability!Thats a Professional and a Friend .

Marc and Rick went above and beyond to ensure my safety for my journey home. I came to them on friday, May 26 but they were too busy to fix my car. I needed a spark plug and coil replaced so I knew it would take some time. I had a 600 mile trip to make back home that Sunday so these two had me come in early that Saturday to make sure I made it home without any troubles. Needless to say, their customer service was exceptional and next time I m in town and need anything, I know who to call!

Jiffy Lube (@ 5220 Manatee Ave West) won t ever have to worry about my business again(Rick, owner) lacks the ability to treat customers with respect (even AFTER he damaged my car during an LOF)I suspected my car was running funny so I got my vehicle checked for codes to see what I needed to have checked (NONE shown). I went literally across the street for LOF asking SPECIFICALLY for my transmission fluid checked. I was told $100 but could be more if upgrades needed for my vehicle.Rick was given service ticket & completed my LOF & I was called in by Marc to pay and told they can NOT check transmission fluid as my cars is internal. I told Marc (very nice from beginning) that tech (not knowing he was also owner) should have just said he couldn t check transmission fluid because that was the ONLY reason I wanted LOF, but paid anyways.I pulled off and there was a beep so I returned within a few blocks & spoke with Rick, he said he couldn t check & it was probably from oil indicator but he couldn t tell because my screen is out (another jiffy lube previously checked since screen has been out & Auto Zone did before & after my service this passed week )I gave it a day for new oil to cycle thru but went to Auto Zone again for scan & car now has code for a sensor showing stuck closed (I m told it s very common if bumped during service)*Also, the charge was $181 not $100*I call to inform Rick, owner, of the details from my visit & he doesn t greet me, he says yes, I got your survey . I said okay . He states I won t pay for the sensor . I state that I never asked him to pay for anything, I am voicing my complaints about the difference in price charged than that was told to me & how my vehicle was mishandled. Rick started to scream and hung up.I called him back & he screams now you re harassing me and that he hung up because you were being unreasonable so I speak calmly and slowly advising that I am being reasonable & am calling to advise him that he damaged my sensor and didn t even do what I asked to be done, so I m seeing what he s going to do to rectify it & Rick said I m not doing shit and hung up as I advised him I ll dispute with the bank then Do what ya want with the info, that s my rant about Rick & Jiffy Lube on Manatee Ave West there s more & he never once even said they didn t damage it, nor addressed why he would complete a service when it wasn t even what his customer asked for, but again, never again will I trust anyone with my vehicle that I don t trust in general, folks don t do good business anymore they just take ya money, I thought being a national name would be safer but nooo, that wasn t the case I ll stick to Begley s from now on or a trusted mechanic, lesson learned Service: Oil change

Stopped in for an oil change for my truck and they quoted me $180 plus an additional oil filter charge, for an oil change. With tax it would have been just over $200. I do use synthetic oil since it last longer and is better but still, $200. It was half the price at a competitor a mile away. I will say that the staff was super friendly and if not for the price I would come back but nearly $200 for an oil change on a 2014 pickup truck, that's not realistic.Service: Oil change

I came into Jiffy Lube about 5:50pm on a Friday. It was raining and quitting time. I began to drive away- the guys waived me in. I ve been coming here for 8 years. Always a welcoming great experience. Today not so much. Since owning my car I ve only had them replace the tail light bulb. The tail light assembly has now let water in and is completely broken. They refused to ever address that maybe they broke it, and now I m willing to pay the hundreds and they are refusing to fix it. Rick the boss told me to my face it not worth the hassle . I called them out on the fact that they broke it, and that was his response. It s usual for people to not hold themselves accountable. All good guys - I ll now be taking my business and TIPS to the first street Jiffy. All the employees work their butts off and are amazing, Rick not so much. Paul P. took amazing care of my car. I initially believed I just needed new brake pads but ended up needing a new caliper. Paul did my oil change that night, and ordered the part. The next morning he came in early to get my caliper replaced and had the car ready to go at 8am. Beyond thankful for his stellar customer service. Would not recommend, got an oil change about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I lifted and went under my car to work on it and notice dripping from the plug. Cross threaded. These guys went power tool happy and cranked down way past the recommended torque level. Would not recommend oil changes from here. They will cause you issuesService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I used Jiffy Lube for 4 of my vehicles. Today I first called to see if I could come for an oil change & they said yes (after giving them the make & model). I arrive wait about 15 minutes for them to then tell me they do not have the oil filter & cannot get one until Monday. I asked if it was possible for me to go purchase an oil filter from AutoZone, (wanting to keep all of my vehicles serviced at the same place) they said AutoZone did not have them in stock because that is who they do business with. While speaking with them, my husband had already called AutoZone to find out they have 2 on the shelf. I asked if it was OK & they said yes go get the oil filter & bring the vehicle back. The oil filter was about $16 while cashing out I asked if there was a deduction for the filter & he said yes $3. I asked why only $3 if it was $16? his response was you do not bring a steak to outback I said I asked before I went and purchased the filter if it was OK . At that point they should ve explained especially when you re getting $180 oil change. No need to be rude sir. I guess I will need to take my business elsewhere. Plenty of places that will not speak to you like you are stupid.Service: Oil change

Stopped at Jiffy Lube today for an oil change and tire rotation. Being new to Bradenton, I wasn't sure that there were any Jiffy Lubes here. I was pleasantly surprised when I found the store on Manatee. They were quick, professional and did a great job! They inquired about several services that I declined, but they maintained their professionalism and did excellent work on the oil and filter change...and my tire rotation. I will be heading back here in six months or for my next auto issues, and would recommend that you visit too!Service: Oil change

We moved here last year and I have had 2 great experiences using this location already! Super friendly, honest and upfront with cost, and don't get pushy if you don't want something. Do not use. Took my Honda CR-V there. First oil change with Take 5 and first oil change after car came off lease and all service prior was handled by Honda dealer. A couple of weeks after oil change I heard what sounded like a bolt come off and hit the bottom of my car. Checked underneath and lower engine cover (splash plate) and 8 bolts missing. They even did a "safety" check and could not notice a 2 foot square plate and 8 bolts missing! Went back and complained and they said must have been that way when i brought it in. Pretty sure Honda dealer would not leave parts off on a lease. Will cost me$80 and my time to replace. Will never go back.Service: Oil change
