As many area garages attempt to do, I had heard on social media that Honest 1 s routine maintenance support is always professional, timely, and reasonable.In my personal experience, after being turned down by my Hyundai dealership and a competitor for an added task to my oil change & tire rotation ( reattaching a hanging body panel)- best effort .I was pleasantly surprised when their scheduler said, although they re not a collision facility, they d for a very reasonable charge, take a crack at it since it did look like a lift and several hands might accomplish it.Needless to say, for less than a collision shop would charge to open their door, my car looks like it never happened .Very few franchised outlets have that flexibility to make a decision out of the box .I will certainly continue my relationship with this Honest 1 location and highly encourage anyone with routine maintenance and an occasional special request to definitely give these guys a visit.

Honest 1 is a perfect business name forthe honesty and great service I received from them. They never pressure me, had recommendations but it is up to me and when I asked if my vehicle needs the recommended service, they said I can just wait if I like to get it done on my next oil change. They treated me so well when I was at the shop. Very clean facility, enjoyed their snack and drinks bar. Great location and friendly staff. Hope they keep that type of service because it is great. Thank you.

The best auto shop I have ever gone to. Their service is amazing. I highly recommend doing buissness with this place. My car needed repairs and they stayed an extra hour after operation to fix it. I live very far and they went above and beyond. Thank you for your amazing service.

Wow !!This is auto care at a whole new level !!The experience was great. We had an electrical problem that appeared to have been fixed but they wanted to do one more test, overnight. Because of this attention to detail they discovered another issue that could have left us on the side of the road. I'm impressed with the attention to detail, the courteous professional treatment for their customers, and the great way they communicate about diagnosis, progress, and what they are doing for your vehicle.They have my enthusiastic recommendation !!

Definitely one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable repair shops I ve ever been too. The location was supper convenient for me and they also have a free shuttle service to take me back home. I got a full work up of my car for a fair price and I ll be going back for more repairs. Actually looking forward to ticking off a few regular maintenance items at this shop. Highly recommend.

I have been to Honest1 twice. Both times they provided excellent service. The first time was a minor item. The second time was a whole new airconditioning system. I've driven close to 1000 miles and so far everything works great! Plus the staff has been very professional and customer satisfaction oriented.

Joe enthusiastically greeted us for check in. We received a detailed report of the car s issues and recommendations. After discussing with Shay, we had a plan for repairs with pricing (no surprises). The job was done when promised to our full satisfaction. So glad we ve found a new trustworthy auto service! We highly recommend Honest1.

Took my wife's vehicle to be serviced yesterday. I have been paying exorbitant fees for regular maintenance for past couple years at dealership, and was referred by an acquaintance to try Honest1. We ate certainly glad we did. We received prompt, professional service at a very reasonable price (especially for some European vehicles). Thank you Honest1 team

Great service. Professional and courteous. Got parts quickly eventho they had to come from Mitsubishi. The only negative was they were very expensive. I think $3500 for rear brakes was CRAZY and quite the markup. All in all I would come back and give them my business again.

My service invoice was HUGE! ($$$ thousands) However, I still had a fantastic experience! Crazy, right?My service writer Russ, and the general manager Derek spent an extensive amount of time walking through the work that was required. They were extremely patient with me, giving me plenty of time (days) to consider my options for proceeding with the work. They even looked up the previous service records on the car to help me balance out the cost of the repair and the car's anticipated remaining lifespan.I decided to go ahead with the urgent items as well as their additional recommended items ... and I am SO glad that I did. I experienced significant improvement in performance in EVERY area they attended to.ADDITIONALLY ... due to the enormous invoice, I didn't even MENTION the exhaust actuator that was making a vibrating noise that was worse than fingernails on a chalk board. To my surprise and amazement, they fixed the actuator at no additional charge. They didn't even tell me that they fixed it ... but as soon as I started the vehicle a smile hit my face.These guys are GREAT. I highly recommend Honest1. They will be my go-to for all of my vehicle service needs in the future.

The best experience I've had with any auto shop in the area! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the inspection process. Great interactions with multiple employees in the shop and in the courtesy shuttle! It's easy to tell they take care of their customers and employees alike!

Over and above. These guys are ok to deal with. Fixing an older car can sometimes be an absolute drag. They do it and they do it well. It was transformed and has NEVER ran this good. Thank you.

I took my car, Audi1.5 Turbo Quatro, to Honest Auto, for Oil leak & Coolant fluid issue. This organization is out of this world. Derek, General Manager, & Joe, Service Advisor, & Kevin, Euro Tech, went out of their call of duty to do a full check up, System check & showed me with photos, what is wrong. Derek, helped me to focus my attention to most needs first, & I got them attended right away & planned to get the rest of issues resolved in the next few days ,for a reasonable price. They were all out to help me understand issues & get them resolved. They make you comfortable in the shop & give you reasons why they need done. These folks are unbelievable . Awesome place. The guys were very nice and extremely helpful. They helped me with a difficult task. My truck broke down leaving me stranded. I couldn't get to the auto parts store so they ordered the parts I needed and went as far as drivig to a store several miles away to pick up the part I needed. I highly recommend their service. Awesome place. I really appreciate their help.

I spoke with Joe in the office and he was extremely fast on follow up. We were looking for a good place to take 4 of our vehicles and think we found it. They had our first vehicle in and out the same day and provided a detailed document outlining everything checked on the multi-point inspection. The price was fair for the work completed. Will be taking all our vehicles there for service. Facility is very clean and organized with a nice waiting room if not dropping off.Service: Oil change

Very thorough and professional. Took care of my immediate concerns quickly. I then decided to get some of the regular maintenance items taken care of and they also handled everything well. I dealt with 3 different people and each was very informative and polite. This is now my go to place for service.

Staff checked why "check engine light was on" they determined the reason and found out that the part needed to fix the problem was no longer available, they developed a modified part tp fix the problem to correct the situation. First time in over 42 years someone other than my brother in law touched my car. Honest 1 was just that. Honest. Relieved my concerns of being a female in a new place getting ripped off when it came to my car. I will definitely use these professionals again. Glad I found a new mechanic I can trust.

Went to Honest1 yesterday. They diagnosed my vehicle quickly. Lobby was clean, offered a great verity of snacks and drinks. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They offered to fix my vehicle for $947.00. Stepped out and called Certified Mobile Techs in Parrish. They stated the same repair would cost $350.00 from them. Although the prices were quite high, the business was great to visit.

My Escape was a little noisy when I take off. I told them to check this and do a tune up. They changed 4 spark plugs for $500 and didn t check the reason it ran rough when I take off so it still does this. But they did offer to do thousands of dollars worth of other things to my car. Thanks for that.

Got me in same day when no other shops would! They were kind and knowledgeable. My truck was able to be dropped off at my lunch break, and picked up when I got off work. I will definitely use them again!

My car kept dying on me while driving. I called the care center closest to me. Had AAA take it to the shop. I told them up front I did not have a way to get back to my home. They assured me they would find away. Once they found the problem they sent an email and called to give a quote which I accepted. When finished, I got a text of the invoice with a site to pay the bill. By that afternoon they drove car back. Their business is named properly. "Honest 1".

A 5 star review without doubt. As I waited for my vehicle I witnessed employees handing phone calls and walk ins very professionally. In fact a mgr gave a customer a ride home as his vehicle required it being held overnight. Thank you for being in the community.

This would be no stars if not for Shay who is an incredible person with outstanding customer service awareness. The shop as a business is not Honest . Took my 2006 Maxima (super low miles) in to get evaluated for a couple issues. Coolant leak, oil leak and two broken motor mounts. Received an estimate for around 5k for all of it. Took the car to a trusted mechanic in town and was basically told that Honest are crooks. I believe it. He found only one broken motor mount and is fixing that and the coolant leak for $800. Even if the oil leak (value cover gasket) is $1k we re nowhere near the estimate from Honest . Even if the second mechanic is low balling to get the business there s still a huge discrepancy. Btw. I paid Honest $250 for the diagnostic which I thought was $83 and they didn t even clean up the leak. Do NOT do business with Honest. Never taking my cars to them again. Shay, you should take your awesome customer service skills somewhere else.

I like the environment for a mechanic shop.I am disappointing with a pricing trend.The quote for one repair was $1100. When I became very disappointed the end price was approximately $250.I recently asked to have me wiper blades removed and replaced. The price was $92 for just the front two! The two service persons were in agreement that the blades were Mopar and their are very expensive.I called a Ford dealership. There price was $37 after tax!300 and 400% mark ups. I worry a bit about other repairs the shop performs and charges outlandish.buyer bewareI tried again. But completely disappointed and will NOT spend my hard earned money here again! NOR will I recommend these people.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was greeted when I entered the business. 10 minutes early for my 8:30 appointment. My car made it to the service area at approximately 8:40. I was able to watch the technician do most of the work which was accomplished in a reasonably timely manner.After I had paid for the services, I noticed that the technician had not checked the air in the tires which had become reasonably low. The technician then added air to the tires. But as I was watching the tire gauge on the dashboard, the pressure reached 44PSI. Obviously, this is too much as it is just a regular passenger car and the tech had checked the driver's side door for the correct tire pressure.. The technician then changed the air pressure apparatus and was able to get the tires at the proper air pressure. I noticed that the left front was registering as the left rear and told the technician. He said he would reset the tire pressure monitor on the vehicle and did that. Overall, this place gets three stars due to the SEVERE LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. $147 for oil change and tire rotation seems a bit extreme. As P.T. Barnum said....Not sure if I will return.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Dis-honest Auto Care to say the least. Damaged our vehicle, zip-tied the part back on & pretended it never happened. Check to see that the work listed & charged for was actually done.Vehicle returned damaged and tires were 6 psi under-inflated. Nothing they say can be trusted.
