They were excellent ! I felt apprehensive at first because I would rather get my teeth pulled out than buy a car but , my sales guy AND finance guy were the GREATEST! I will definitely tell family and friends to go see Francis and he will take care of them! He was honest with me! I liked that !

What a wonderful experience! I had been using regretfully, another local Honda dealer for my service and had run into nothing but issues related to their personnel and how they handled pretty much everything. I came to Hendrick wondering if they could help and was very hopeful. I m so happy. I made the choice to change dealerships because my experience was like night and day at Hendrick. I was warmly greeted with a smile by a gentleman who politely showed me where I was supposed to be. My service advisor Tammy, was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable, and valued as a customer. You can t put a price on that. This dealership provides rockstar service, and I highly recommend them to all!

I was in need of a lease to upgrade my current vehicle. Hendricks Honda was awesome. I spoke with Estefania to get the process going and she was so kind and friendly. She gave me the options that were available and I ended up with a beautiful Honda Pilot. The process was exceptional from Estefania to Scott (Manager) and to signing the documents with Marco. Hendricks has a nice family feel to buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Hendricks to anyone looking to seamless experience.

Joey at Hendricks Honda is the epitome of customer service! He genuinely cares about his customers and makes the experience delightful even though, as much as we hate it, we are without our car for a period of time. With that being said, Hendrick s employees work professionally and diligently to get you back in your car as quickly as possible.Always the best service, from our car purchase from Calvin, who was fabulous to work with, as well as Joey in service taking great care having our second car repaired.

Joey is the best! He goes above and beyond for his customers. He always finds time to squeeze my car in day of to get serviced. Bonus points, he found me a tire rotation coupon and he gave me fresh eggs from his chickens! Ask for Joey & some fresh eggs from him when you take your car to this facility!

Our experience with Hendrick Honda was wonderful!! Marc Harris answered our online enquiry promptly and met with us the same day to show us a vehicle similar to the one we enquired about, as our soon-to-be vehicle had yet to be dropped off from its previous owners. We purchased our Honda odyssey outright with the help of Marc and the finance manager who I believe was named Tyler. The offer for our trade in was fair and all steps of the negotiations were fast and agreeable. These humans were kind and informative, and the dealership was friendly all around! Myself, my two children, my husband, and our dog were all comfortable and accommodated through the entire car buying process. We will be Hendrick Honda customers for life! Thanks again Marc and everyone on staff.

Worst finance experience EVER. Moving past the upselling.....Contacted the finance manager two days after the sale to cancel the extended warranty, since i would keep the vehicle for 2-3 years. The finance manager asked that i wait 20 days so Hendricks Honda can get paid and he would cancel the extended warranty without any cost to me. i agreed to wait the 20 days ( mistake, should be done as business)After the 20 days, my emails and phone calls are unanswered by the finance manager and the general manager.Definitely not a trusted experience.

I hate buying cars. The team at Hendricks made my car buying experience one of the best, honestly. Michael, Francis, and team were great. It also helped that they had the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for and they even shaved a few bucks off to make it even more appealing. Super happy with my new to me F150. I was pleasently surprised when I was told the vehicle came with a no cost extended warranty to 100k miles. Wow! Thank you Hendricks Honda. These guys know the business.

I have always been happy with service from Honda of Bradenton but not today. When my husband arrived for our 7:45 am appointment he was completely ignored for at least 10 minutes. Then it took 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and 2 filters. No explanation. A simple apology would have gone a long way but apologies are a forgotten part of customer service.

Had the absolute worse experience at this dealership recently with the service & parts department. My vehicle had been towed at my own expense a total of 3-4 times now only to be diagnosed on Friday with 2 of the reasons it initially was sent there for, although no findings of my complaints and what I was experiencing. Each visit the car was brought for a starter issue having intermittent start problems. On Saturday I received the diagnostic of a needed starter and told there was a oil leak which also was questionable in the past because after having a oil change by their service center, a month later my oil went to 0% randomly and my vehicle wouldn t start. It was towed to Honda and no findings of an oil leak found, and my car always cranked for them. Although $1400 spent to repair something totally differentThe service staff Tammy was absolutely rude as well as the tall guy with glasses! Received a call from a random person Alex on Saturday from Honda who never left his title on my voicemail or who he was other than Alex or what his call was related to. I called him back but he was with a customer and was going to call me right back. Currently still waiting on that call. I purchased my car from Honda in 2015 and have always had servicing there. Due for a new car, hoping to purchase this fall and I can absolutely say it won t be from Hendricks Honda of Bradenton and I won t even be returning for a oil change!

I have had two incidents that needed attention in the past two months. Each time the staff at Hendrick Honda in Bradenton were so helpful. First incident was a new battery. They got attended me promptly and the total cost was even less than they quoted me. Second incident was replacement of running lights on the passenger side. That cost me nothing because it was covered by our extended warranty. Each time they were very kind and attended me promptly. The replacement of the running light took 3 hours because they had to take the bumper off to get to the light. In my way of thinking, that's an engineering problem - - - not the mechanics. As an elderly woman who is responsible for car maintenance for the first time in my life - - - I thank God for a reputable and reliable dealership as Hendrick Honda has been to me.Carol Welty

I loved dealing with everyone at Hendrick! Will and Scott were honest and helpful with every phase of the process. They were patient as we checked out lots of options and never pressured us. They gave an honest value for our trade in and respected us through every step. We drive an hour out of town just to deal with them because they are trustworthy. After this experience, I would do it again!

I would like to extend my appreciation to Joey S. for his outstanding customer service . As a Service Rep Joey demonstrated and exceeded all exception qualities in his position. My Pilot went in for service and Joey took complete control of my situation and followed through from start to finish in a timely manner. He demonstrated professionalism, kindness was courteous of my immediate needs which he accomplished. I have the greatest respect for the entire staff at Hendrick Honda and am truly grateful. Thank you Hendrick Honda for all that you do to satisfy all of my needs each time I am scheduled for service!!!!!!

Was visiting in Clearwater from North Carolina due to a family emergency and needed an oil change before heading back to North Carolina. I purchased my vehicle from a Hendrick dealer in NC and knew I wanted to visit a Hendrick dealer down here to get my car serviced as I have always received great service from Honda of Concord (Concord, NC) and as suspected received great service here at Hendrick Honda Bradenton as well! Nice people and well worth the drive down from Clearwater! Jasmine Young was my service advisor and took great care of me!

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and they serviced it right away and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Tammy was very personable and helpful and noted that I needed air filter and transmission checked and so that was done as well. Highly recommend this dealership

Having your vehicle serviced always creates a little anxiety in all of us. How much is it going to cost? How long will it take? And the list goes on.This past week I took my Odessey in for service. I knew I needed an oil change and tires rotated. I purchased this vehicle in Illinois and wasn't quite sure as to what service had taken place. With my car fast approaching 150,000 miles my Service Consultant, Tammy Hines, asked if I ever had the timing belt changed. I said I didn't know. The prior owner did a good job of having the vehicle regularly serviced. When Tammy searched the data base it didn't show. She said she would call my Illinois dealership when they opened to see if it had been changed. I was worried about it because it would cost about $2,000 to have it replaced. To my surprise the previous owner did have it changed. Then Tammy went further, she gave me a recommended list she wrote out by hand of future recommendations at different milage points. She told me that my car is in great shape and that she really appreciated my business. I'm very happy I went to Hendrick Honda. I really appreciate their level of service. It's more than obvious that management does a good job of training and encouraging good customer service. Thanks again to Hendrick Honda and thank you Tammy Hines.

Just purchased a 2024 Ridgeline and would have to say it was one of the most pleasant vehicle buying experience we ever had. Melissa and Robert in sales did a fantastic job finding a Ridgeline we were looking for. They also made the buying experience easy and pleasant with out pressuring you to buy like they do at other car dealerships. They ask questions for what you're looking for and give you time to make your final decision. Melissa was awesome and made the whole purchase very pleasant and easy! Taylor in financing was also great to work with. Highly recommend Hendrick Honda in Bradenton.
