I highly recommend Gulf Coast Auto Glass in Bradenton, FL. A+++++ customer service and installation of our new sunroof!We experienced a freak accident, when we were driving under the 75 Hwy overpass, and something flew over the side, and fell directly on top of our sunroof, smashing it. We were pretty shaken up, but thankfully not hurt. I put in a claim with our insurance company, and then started making phone calls to local glass companies, and to our car dealership. I spoke with Tracie at Gulf Coast Auto Glass, and she has a wealth of knowledge on how the replacement process works with the customer and insurance companies. I decided to go directly to Gulf Coast Auto Glass instead of the dealership, as my dealership doesn t have an in-house glass shop, and it would have been subcontracted anyway. That saved me extra time, and leg work, by going directly to Gulf Coast Auto Glass. Tracie helped me navigate through the claims process, getting the new sunroof glass ordered through the insurance glass supplier, and delivered directly to Gulf Coast Auto Glass. Once the new sunroof arrived there, Tracie immediately called me to set up an appointment for installation. I arrived at my appointment time. Norman greeted me and got me right in. The glass tech (I didn t get his name) took off the vinyl and duct tape we used to cover the sunroof until we got it into the shop. He vacuumed up all the broken glass on the sunshade, and installed the new sunroof within 20-30 minutes. It works and looks perfect, and not a speck of broken glass anywhere. Very honest and professional business! Also, if you get their voicemail when calling, leave a detailed message, and Tracie will get back to you in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Gulf Coast Auto Glass for any of your glass replacement needs. Thank you so much!!!

After calling 4 other auto glass places I tried gulf coast. Tracie in office was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to get my exact car info and answer my questions. Within a few minutes insurance was done and appointment set.Norman and Kenny were on time and very polite. They did a great job replacing window. I highly recommend gulf coast.

UPDATE: Norman, Kenny, & Tracie are the best in the biz. Would change my 5 Star rating to 10 if I could. They exhibit integrity, honesty, & extreme customer service in addition to skill. Made some additional, significant requests of them and they came through with flying colors. Do yourself a favor, skip the nationwide installers and dealerships. This local company will take great care of you.Highly recommended. I was stressing trying to determine who to trust with my Tesla windshield. Almost every company, including well-known names and Tesla itself, had way more than incidental negative reviews. But not Gulf Coast. Their reviews are great. And, from the first phone call they were professional, friendly, and did everything they said they would. From handling insurance to getting the job done with minimal downtime, this was the easiest auto service I've experienced in a very long time. Thank you!

I had my windshield replaced a month ago, and so far, I have no complaints at all. They worked very thoroughly. I found them after reading Google reviews, and they offered me a very reasonable price at the time. Normally, I just read others' reviews and never leave my own, but I wanted to thank you guys for your excellent service! I intended to leave a review earlier, but life is so busy.

From the first call until the final install this company has been amazing. I wish every business were as professional, courteous, and friendly. I spoke with Tracy, who is exceptional. She setup a three-way call with my insurance company and helped with providing all of the necessary info to get approval. I got an appointment within a couple of days. The installers, Norman and Ken, were on time and finished the work promptly. Unfortunately the windshield they had received and installed was found to have a scratch in it (one that I would've not seen without them pointing it out). They took the time to explain the situation and within minutes I had a call from Tracy to schedule a replacement. Again, they were prompt and conscientious. I've used the national companies in the past and never been satisfied. They lack customer service, pride in their work, and personal care. I will never use them again and, if needed, my first and only call will be to Gulf Coast Auto Glass.

5 star experience for sure! They made the entire process so smooth and easy for me to get my replacement windshield. From the phone call and gathering my information to having Norman come to me during my work day within a couple of days of my initial call was so convenient. They did an excellent job! Great service! Gulf Coast auto glass came to my rescue! We had an emergency where our front window shattered in our work van! Before we found gulf coast we called several other companies who couldn t assist us until weeks later!Norman and his associate arrived immediately.They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive to me at a serious time in need. After several quotes they were not the cheapest, but fairly priced. I didn't trust the cheaper options. I have a lifted Bronco, and gulf coast assured me they could handle the bigger truck. They sent two techs who went right to work and took very good care of my truck. I was happy to pay After several rain storms and washes. No more leaks. I originally went to Safelite auto glass. I drove all the way to their location which is a half hour away when I went in I told them I had a jeep with flood lights. It s parked outside if they would like to look at the job first. They declined, saying it wasn t necessary. Didn t want to get up out of the air condition. I guess. When the tech came out to my home to do the job, he took one look at my jeep and said I can t do that. Take the lights off yourself, and I ll come back. I called Gulf Coast auto glass and they said we can do the job no problem, and they could not have been more correct. The two-man team of Kenny and Norman looked at the Jeep didn t say a word, had the lights dismantled, new glass, put the lights back on and gone in 20 minutes. Now this is the kind of company you want to deal with. Thank you gulf coast for a great great job.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are unbelievable. I was literally in awe of how easy they made this entire process and couldn t help but watch as they did work and replaced my Tesla windshield I was told nobody else could but Tesla who takes an entire day and charges thousands then asks you to ask insurance to reimburse you. These guys did all the work in amazing fashion. Thank you Tracy, Norman, and Kenny.

Gulf Coast Auto Glass simply put Outstanding. If you re looking to have a replacement windshield swap done flawlessly - these folks are the real deal. So thankful I found them via the great service folks at Autonation Ford in Bradenton. Tracy who manages the office was super easy to deal with and got me on the schedule quickly. Was able to procure an OEM Ford windshield no problem. Kenny, their veteran installer is an absolute pro. Was a pleasure watching him work as he gets every detail in the process and did the job completely scratch free and perfect. Recommend these guys to anyone! Cheap replacement and scammed my insurance ! I was told they were going to use a Tesla OE glass and they used a cheap aftermarket replacement! On top of that they are trying to charge my insurance company $5000 for a model 3 windshield! Don t use this Glass company! They had to come back and remove the mirror to get off all the finger prints they left. Also they are trying to sue progressive for their insane prices that magically changed after they did the job! Unprofessional clowns. In the car business for 35 years and never had such scam artists to take advantage of an insurance company on top of Using aftermarket glass when I was told it was OE (original equipment). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My insurance when up as a result of a comprehensive claim because they charged $5,000 to replace windshield with a aftermarket. It already ( 4 months after) cracked because aftermarket is never the same as OE (original equipment). If your glass don t say tesla on it it s NOT ! I will up load my paperwork from progressive showing the $5000 model 3 windshield!

The glass in the entry door to our RV was coming loose. We called Gulf Coast Auto Glass Service to do the repair. They always returned a call when they said they would. They called to tell us when they would be at our RV. When they arrived they got right to work and completed the job in a professional and timely manner. We felt the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend the services of Gulf Coast Auto Glass.

recently bought my 2008 ford F450 super-duty and the power slider rear window was leaking discovered the L side had been previously broken and it appeared to me the seal was defective. took several shops to be recommended to one that could do a reseal and i was thoroughly impressed w gulf coast's fair pricing and professional, quality & efficient workmanship. norman (owner) immediately eased my mind as he water tested to confirm the bad seal. savannah (office) documented the leak's details on my invoice (and i got my refund from where i purchased the truck ). so i'm watertight & mightily pleased.
