I received excellent service on an auto insurance claim and repair on my son s car. I was worried because I am in NC, but there was no need to worry at all, Gettle and Mr. Allen were excellent in keeping me informed and recognizing my need to take care of this car from a distance. The car was actually completed early and the estimate was accurate. Overall couldn t be happier with the service.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto side window replacement

I've been getting my car service done here for about 8 years. They have a VERY comfortable waiting room if you have to stick around and the service reps are always very helpful and accommodating. If there's a discount or bundle special available, they let you know about it. Monica has been my service rep since the beginning and she is awesome! They are VERY upfront about costs and duration of repairs and the big things they fix stay fixed.

Matt was great! Dropped my car off at 6pm for an early morning service appointment. He greeted me upon arrival making drop off friendly, fast and effecient. He actually called me an hour later to say he was able to get the car in for service and it was ready to be picked up! Awesome!! I picked up my car an hour later!! Saved me so much time! and they washed it too! Thanks Matt!

James once again exceeds all expectations! His professional demeanor and he s driven to customer satisfaction! Great asset to your dealership. I threw him a curve ball because I had appointments and major time constraints. Thought I could just pickup my recall fab n program in another state, he explained the recall was open there and would have my 2023 Capstone programmed asap or Uber me to my appointments He s the BEST! Easy drop off, quick turn around. The folks that give you back your key and paperwork are thin on the weekend. Just be patient they take care of the vehicles. They did ask if I wanted a complementary car wash and I said yes. I don't think they did it so I took it across the street.

I went to Sarasota Toyota a few times, last time left the car for two days, but they did not fix the problem - brand new Corolla making distinct squeaking noises. It took a few days to hear and then locate the problem, since the car did not always squeak and seemed to squeak less at the dealership, but in the end and after addressing several things, they did find the source and fix it, which it seemed might never happen. So two thumbs up for the service.... though i suppose the fact that I had the problem with a brand new car in the first place doesn't speak too well (though it was bought at a different dealership). Hope it'll be like new now. Thanks.

Gettel has very nice customer service reps. They serviced my car well, again, getting ready for a long trip. And the car wash is a great last step to the service.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was excellent. Kept me posted throughout the service. I was not upsold on any additional service as none was required. I left with just an oil change and a tire rotation. I was in and out in less time they initially told me. Great job Ken

I had a great experience with my recent service. I arrived early - they took the vehicle in immediately, got my service completed quickly and efficiently and reminded me not to forget to get my car in by the end of August to take advantage of my last free service. Very enjoyable experience.

I had to bring my car in twice to get a standard maintenance accomplished on my RAV4. They failed to honor my first afternoon appointment as they were too busy. Brought it back the next morning early and they did the job. Despite the hassle of having to return, they did a great job. Ask for Sabrina to take of your service needs as she's great!

The service is always just what I asked for plus anything that they might find that needs attention. They don't do that unless they check with me first to make sure I agree with them. The last time I was there I was expecting to wait at least two hours but they were finished in less then two hours with my 5,000 mile checkup and tire rotation. And I love that they always wash the car when they're finished.

Service Dept is 5+. Wonderful Service Department! fast, friendly, efficient Collision Dept 1- . Simply fender replacement $1,400.Told me 3-4 days. Took 10 days. NEVER called me, NEVER returned my calls. Only person who helped me was the Receptionist.

Not good. Got home after spending $608 only to discover that mechanics had disconnected my backup camera AND my backup sensors. My time is valuable but now I have to drive for an hour to take my Solara back to the dealership to correct this.Dr. Warren Simonds

Love the repair they did to my Toyota. Was shocked at the high cost when a revised estimate was received. Kind of odd that no one really ever answers the phone when you call the collision center, or responds to text messages that I opted in for -- that was frustrating to me.Love that the repair has a lifetime warranty/guarantee. I did not have a choice on repair shops -- my insurance company did but they were done with my vehicle within 2 weeks from drop off to pick up. Thanks!

With an appointment, I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told you were busy . When you just stopped in for an oil change, it took an hour. Now with appts, it takes much longer. I ve had two 3.5 hour oil changes!!! If you are too busy to to deal with customers in a timely fashion, that means you intentionally overbook. This suggests you don t care much about my business. This is happening regularly.

Waited three hours to just have my card serviced ??. Then had to ask to please have it washed. Found the people there also very sharp & arrogant. Not our favourite place to come to. Very disappointing plus your prices are very high indeed. Should give lower prices for penshioners who have supported you all the years.Thank you.

Sabrina Manning the service representative was wonderfully lively and understanding. She paired my phone - which I couldn t do - and then dealt with my battery situation. Unfortunately, I was sold the wrong size battery. I still have to go to AutoZone and see whether I can trade in the slightly used battery I have.

This was the collision dept:Not much communication about the progress (it took 52 days). They did a good job of fixing my bumper and rear wheel- I am the third owner of that Toyota, that came from Gettel. I also use the service center- My advisor James has always courteous and helpful and upfront about my vehicle. I'm booking an oil change this week.

I'm still waiting to obtain my second key. My husband received a call that the key was ready to pick up from Sabrina last week. I drove there to pick it up and Sabrina was not aware that I was coming to pick up the key and she told me that I needed to make an appt and it would take 1.5 hours to program the key. If my husband had been told that an appt would need to be made I would not have driven there and wasted me time. Unfortunately he doesn't remember the name of the woman that called him to let him know a key was ready for pickup

The greater was a unaccompanied trainee who could do nothing so waited for a more skilled person which took longer than expectedLeft car at 5 pm for a 730 next morning appointment I was called 45 minutes later that the car was readyWhen dropped off I asked that the low tire pressure sensor was on and check and fix. I also asked the car be washedWhen I picked the car upI was told the tire sensor was only low air but the dash light was still on to which the agent said it must be the sensor that s the problem .that s what I had told themCar was washed but interior was untouchedThe motor cover was reinstalled at my request. This was done but no effort to even wipe off the parts reattachedNext time I ll stick with Lexus service

My salesperson, Brittany, was excellent w helping make sure I was happy w the vehicle I was getting myself into & helped tremendously no matter how difficult I made it for her. The finance person I went to, Julio, on the other hand told me to work harder & get a second job when I expressed that the raise in payment price due to the warranties he offered were too high for me. Highly recommend Brittany, highly don t recommend Julio.

Did a great job with communication! But the first time they did the oil change, they didn t bolt the splash guard in. Now with the second oil change, I had the same issue and the splash guard is still flapping around. I did mention this to the service advisor. It didn t get addressed.

I had a problem with my AC and leaking. Sabrina went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I also had my oil change and Auto Butler done. When I got my car back, it looked amazing.Huge Thank You to Sabrina, my Service Advisor, I will only ask for you when my RAV4 needs anything.

Service department is great. I don t mind discussing buying a new vehicle while I wait, but I do mind that they couldn t complete all the work as they didn t interrupt the sales process to ask what I wanted done from the list of things the technician recommended. When I finally got away from the sales folks, I had to approve the extras and wait more. Service that should have taken an hour ended up taking 3 hours. That s just wrong. Would give 5 stars if it weren t for that.
