I talked to Marley on the phone today. Told her exactly what I needed and how much I was willing to spend. She assured me she had 7 vehicles that matched my needs so I made an appointment and went in, on the same day. Met with the salesperson and lo and behold, they had 2. Oh, and they were over my price. Needless to say I will never deal with them again. It's a shame because we have bought 4 other vehicles there and never once had a problem. I just can't deal with being lied to.

Just want to give another massive thank you to salesman DAN and his team I bought my dream car yesterday a 2020 dodge charger that I m absolutely in love with. Also , I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle . I bought my 2021 Volkswagen in 01/2023 from this firkins dealership. I called on 1/4 to schedule an oil change appointment. They scheduled me for Monday 1/8 at 1:30. I get there for my appointment 10 minutes early and I m left waiting for 20 minutes before the service agent comes to me. Then he says that we don t have any oil filters for my car and he doesn t know why they made the appointment. Then he tells me we won t get them in until later that day or the next day. But I had already received confirmation for my appointment via email and then I received a call from firkins to confirm my appointment Sunday 1/7. So it was really frustrating to get here today on my lunch break and they tell me to come back. None of the managers were able to talk to me while I was there or even called me back. I left messages for the general manager, the service manager, and the director. No one called me back. I came in after 5 to take my car and I still had to ask to speak with a manager. Who gave me the oil change for free. He also told me that they need to make sure parts are in stock for certain vehicles before confirming appointments and they did not do that with me. But I have a maintenance package with them that covers my oils changes, so it was nice to add another on there. So I will be back unfortunately. Please think twice before purchasing any non dodge vehicle from this dealership. Every time I bring my Volkswagen in they treat it like I shouldn t even be there.

I found the vehicle I wanted, filled out a short form online, they called me, I went in and left Firkins with my new Gladiator WITH new registrstion and plates!!! I have never bought a vehicle in this way before. It was soo quick and convenient. I will definitely be going back, and no I wasn't paid to say this lol... just very pleased is all.

Geovanny Rodriguez was fantastic. He's really responsive and even got to the dealership early to help me get a inspection done on the vehicle so we could purchase it this weekend. Although we didn't get a veterans discount from Craig (smirk) we did have a great buying experience. We would recommend going to these guys and ask for Geo!

Purchased a pre-owned Wrangler and my salesman was Dan Horn, couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I felt like Dan not only knew his product but that he was actively helping me at every step, including finance and delivery. I highly recommend Dan Horn.

I bought my personal truck from Joe Wilbik at firkins about six months ago (in the truck shortage/dealership mark up time) joe and firkins got me in my dream truck below MSRP. My buisness needed of a work van (in the work vehicle shortage) so i went back to Joe/firkins and left with another van on the road. Highly recommend Joe Wilbik and firkins! Honest, good people!

Matt is the man!!! Firkins made me feel like I was in a small mom and pop dealership. Firkins has not failed us in the 2 years I have been here the repairs you have done on my 2010 Dodge Dakota have kept it on the road and it is still a great truck and 13 years old it runs and feels like it did when it was 3 years old and now that Dodge has discontinued making parts Firkins has met the challenge and made many repairs that are making it a classic V8 truck I hope we get over this climate lie and get back to making MOPARS again!!!

Stephanie (service extraordinaire) took care of all services in a timely fashion. Went over recommended services and explained each one throughly ensuring that I understand what services my Ram needs. Her patience with me was definitely appreciated seeing as I can be quite analytical and ask a lot of questions. Make sure you request Stephanie when pulling into Firkin s service department. She has the passion needed to make sure all her guests have a great experience. Rob (service director) great communication and able to assist with additional needed information. Overall 5 out of 5 stars for Firkin s Service department. Don t miss out on the best of the best service department in the area.

Purchased a vehicle with Tom and he was the best! Made sure I was taken care of during the process. The car needed some touch up paint and Tom made sure to get me in as soon as possible. Bryan with the body shop was the best as well.. set me up with a rental car until my car was finished. Couldn t have asked for better people to deal with other than Tom and Bryan.. very communicative, professional, makes sure you are satisfied! Highly recommend these guys at Firkins!

It's not often when you go in to get an oil change and you get a call from the manager saying I've seen that you're interest rate is sky high on your other car is there any way we can help you I said actually I would love to trade in my car and now I walked out with a beautiful new Jeep compass I'm super excited it's perfect. I moved to this area 19 years ago, I had a 1998 Jeep Cherokee at the time and began using Firkins for service. Since then there has been an unbreakable bond that has formed. In 2014 I bought another Cherokee from the dealership and it's extremely while maintained because of the care that it's received each time I take it there for service.

I went to the store to buy a regular fuel cap that didn t work on my Jeep. When I tried to return it within the 30 days and accompanied by the invoice (as stated on invoice) they refused to take it, even though nothing states otherwise.Actually the invoice clearly says that they won t return electrical or special order items, and even has a place to sign, in case you are not eligible to return it. It also says that all claims and returned goods must be accompanied by invoice on the timeframe given, which was done.The fuel cap (almost $50), was not recognized as sealed by my car. They will not take in consideration that maybe their part could be defective and won t seal properly. Istead they will just say that it s open, so not eligible for return, which basically means that all the risks of a defective item will be on the customer.On top of it all, the Parts manager was rude and had poor customer service. When I questioned if the part could be defective he answered back: how would we know that? and we are not mechanics , which already shows me how the business and customer is conducted here.Not taking responsibility over the parts you sell with the excuse that you wont know if the part is defective, and instead would rather a customer to be harm tells a lot about a business. edIt s a shame because we ve used their oil change services and others! Never coming back because rudeness is not an excuse, neither not honoring your policy.

This is the first time I bought a vehicle from the used side of Firkins, they are great people to deal with. We spoke with three different sales people because of coming a couple different times to look at a vehicle once at closing the salesman was willing to stay past 8pm to help us but we told him we would come back the next day. He was unfortunately sick the next day so we dealt with a different salesman and he was excellent. We even spoke with one of the guys we had bought a new vehicle from years ago. Thanks everyone we are so happy with our new vehicle.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Matt. He knew all there is to know about our new Audi. Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. Eric is an excellent service representative! Eric is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. He made me feel comfortable about talking care of my vehicle. I had an issue with my water pump and he had it fixed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with his service and I would recommend Firkins in a heart beat!

Oil change was done at promised price and done in less than hour. Shout outs to Oshie and Bill who both provided excellent customer service. All without an appointment. Good work guys and girls. The mechanic reset the oil indicator and checked and documented all fluid levels and tire pressures. The break room provided A/C and refreshments. No complaints. Thanks Firkins staff.

I had a wonderful salesman by the name of Rico. Referred through a friend because its been said in my group that "if you need a car he's the guy to go see." they were not wrong! Rico took good care of me and had me in and out. no extra bedazzle just clean cut straight to the point. everybody else was rrally nice struck up good conversation amongst the other staff. really great experience overall 10 stars to Rico and Firkins should be very proud to have you. Go see RICO!
