can not say enough good things about Elite Motorworks , truly old fashioned care about you and your car service !! From answering the phone to delivering your car CLEAN !!! A trustworthy mechanic is hard to find so finally I have found that here , everyone is terrific from office to mechanics !!!

Great experience. Excellent facility, super clean and professional. Took my '97 Z3 in and Erik, the service advisor, was very communicative and helpful. Kept me informed of the status throughout. Provided photos of everything for documentation and transparency. I'm particular about this car and I will continue to give them my business. High comfort level in leaving my car with them.

Highly recommend Elite Motor Works of Lakewood Ranch. Peter and the rest of the group were a pleasure to work with. They told me stuff I didn t even know about my car and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience I could. I will be revisiting them for future service needs.

We were pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and the quality of work performed by Elite Motorworks on our Jaguar. We read positive reviews on them but had never used them.They were very professional, kept us informed along the way, and delivered on a relatively involved fix for our vehicle.We couldn't have been happier and definitely will use and recommend Elite for future service needs.

The team at Elite Motor Works took great care of my car while it was in for service. Their communication during the process, as well as the full inspection they give to each vehicle that enters their shop is top class. Highly recommend them for any level of service. They treat your car like it s their own.

First time customer at the new Lakewood Ranch location which also marks the last day I will ever drive down to Mercedes Sarasota. The staff there is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable with an eye for detail. The techs really care about the cars they service and treat your ride with respect. Peter and Rachael were great hosts while I waited for my car to be completed and Peter had great knowledge of cars in general and was very good at performance suggestions tailored to both my car and my performance desires.I will be servicing my car here from now on.

I was very impressed that Elite Motor Works has clearly made a commitment to provide top shelf service for Ferrari owners. They have hired a very experienced mechanic, and I was very pleased with all aspects of the major service that I had performed on my 360.

Pete and team did a fantastic job problem shooting and repairing an E46 330Ci that my son and I have been working on together. The car was returned washed and Pete always takes time to explain the situation that is occurring with the vehicle. Elite also has been a huge blessing in assisting with an E38 750iL V12 and a Maserati Gran Turismo S. I will always engage Elite when I need a solution. Elite always explains incremental cost options before starting any additional work. Good job Elite!

I've been a car enthusiast for many years and fortunate to be able to work with some of the premier shops in the Midwest. Since moving to Lakewood Ranch, FL full time in 2020, I was unable to find the same experience and treatment we received from our IL shops. While attending an auto enthusiast event in Sarasota, UTC Cars & Coffee, we were introduced to Elite Motor Works/Lakewood Ranch and Peter Cerbu, the General Manager.We've since brought our 2024 Audi RS6 Avant and 2023 Audi SQ7 to Elite Motor Works/LWR a few times for general maintenance, as well as performance enhancement related work, and thus far, we have been extremely satisfied. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were greeted like we were checking into a fine hotel. The front office staff are very courteous, accommodating and professional. Elite Motor Works/Lakewood Ranch, FL, Peter Cerbu/GM and his highly trained European auto technicians are top notch professionals and trained specifically on Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Ferrari, etc. Their attention to detail is exceptional from beginning to end, which includes a hand car wash when your vehicle is completed.

If your looking for an auto repair/maintenance location which provides a high level of both service and workmanship, I would highly recommend Elite Motor Works! I have brought my BMW M5 there twice for scheduled maintenance and they have done a great job! They really do care about providing excellent service! Both Peter and Rachel will take great car of you and your car!

Although the Elite's Bradenton location was closed between Christmas and New Year's, the manager responded to a call from a worker who happened to be at the Elite location. The manager drove from home to inspect the damage to my 2003 Porsche Boxster, as I had hit a road hazard and was leaking radiator fluid. The manager examined the car and was fairly certain that the damage was minor. He offered to let me leave the car in the garage until they reopened and could examine it more thoroughly on a lift. Obviously, I agreed, and Elite had me back on the road within two days. The front desk kept me fully informed of the diagnosis and repair progress without me having to call. This level of customer service is something I have never experienced, and I happily give them 5 stars

I was very pleased with the level of detail that Elite provided on trouble shooting the problem with my BMW. What impressed me more is they returned the car CLEAN - with an oil leak and the grease that was on the engine - gone, cleaned and that level of service is just not seen these days. Pride in their work and work environment was a pleasure to see these days. THANK YOU for having the pride and attention to detail.

Called on my way to work Wednesday when my car decided to light up the dash board like a Xmas tree. They were able to fit me in and get it repaired in a timely manor. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with a smile, I looked in where the bays are to find a clean area. Will be bringing my other car in when it's due for an oil change/service. Lakewood Ranch location, super easy to schedule an appointment and customer service was excellent. Not going back to dealership.

I hate going to the local bmw dealer service center. I just feel like never a straight forward visit. Glad I was recommended Elite Motor Works of Lakewood Ranch. I always get top notch service and everyone is very professional. When you go there ask for Peter. He s extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I took my Audi to Elite Motor Works who specialize in foreign car repairs on advice of a friend. My vehicle had multitude of issues of mechanical problems, & my initial visit was for a Level 1 Evaluation of problems, & there I met Rachael Midura as my Service consultant. I had a lot of repulsive feelings of Car Repair shops that has given me "Run Arounds", when I met Rachael at Elite Motor works. Her positive attitude, kind encouraging words, & professional demeanor shocked me. Her knowledge of car mechanical issues, & their management to fix them , was electrifying. Methodical approach of addressing most important first, then tackling next important in that order made me change my attitude to start with. Over two days, I had contacts with her regarding my massive repair. Her knowledge was remarkable, was very open & truthful & her reassurance was comforting. Never had a bad attitude when a few questions were asked . Her methods of dealing with a customer, her positive attitude was out of this world. This lady, made my bad situation much more tolerable. In a day 7 half, all urgent & semi urgent problems were resolved & car was ready for me to take home. Rachael Midura, makes your organization; PROUD!!. I wish her success in her professional carrier. First time at the Lakewood Ranch branch, same over the top professional service as their location on cattlemen just way more convenient for me. I bring cars here that have free maintenance through their dealerships because I want thing done right regardless the cost. In a time where customer service has gone by the wayside these guys go out of their way to be friendly, courteous and professional.
