Excellent experience with everyone there. The estimate was quick and painless and got a great price. They took a 22 yo car and made it look like new. The new paint was factory original color, but it looked so much brighter and the metallic shimmer was awesome. I did preliminary bodywork with sanding down the areas where the ckearcoat was peeling away. The pics show before and after! I highly recommend!

I called Econo Auto Painting & Body early last week and spoke to the manager Craig. I sent him some photos of my 2011 Honda CR-V and he gave me a quote for under $500 to paint and apply clear coat. I dropped my car off Wednesday at noon and had a call by Friday morning that the car was ready. The quality of work for the price is unbelievable! If you re looking to paint an older car to make it look new this is the place! Great communication, great service, great pricing!

Awesome job on my 2010 Corolla. My neighbors thought I bought a new car. Can t beat it for the price especially when they have a special. Staff was very friendly and I was satisfied with the work that was done!!!

There is a reason they are in about 7 States.Very affordable body repair and paint.Do NOT expect perfect...Just expect better than it was before ...Great great job done on rotted out rear quarter panels rust repair for only $150.Paint job came out nice.Glad I paid extra.Do not go with cheapest paint job,upgrade another $100 for a clear coat shine.Make sure month after paint job you wax car,then wax it next 3 weeks once a week.

Took my daughter s car to Econo Paint was given a fair quote by Craig. When we picked up the car it was the wrong color. Craig quickly obliged and said they would repaint it. We were added to the schedule for December. We took the car back to them for the second paint and this is when things went bad. We received a call that the car wasn t starting. I called back and they fumbled around the issue and said Craig was at the bank . We had given them the key with the fob that worked for the ignition , alarm and doors. There was a dead key in the glovebox. I do not know what they did to break our fob but they also disconnected our battery. We decided to go to address the issue in person and when we got there the car was open with the key in the seat so never thought to check the controls of the fob. When we got home the fob did not lock the car. I called Craig the next day and he said they had a locksmith reprogram the fob and that they honor their work. He gave me the number but when I called the locksmith said they had not done any work for Econo paint that month at all. I called Craig back and he said that was not right and he would call them and call me back. I never received a call back and when I followed up I was told that Craig was at the bank I called several times. I was lied to and given the run around. My daughter had been dealing with no fob just the key for entry to her car the other day the alarm went off and she couldn t turn it off. My husband had to take out the fuse to the alarm. I called Econo paint today and Yuri answered the phone. When I explained the issue he said hold on I ll get my boss (Craig) when he came back to the phone Craig was at the bank . Yuri continued to be instructed to lie to me. He kept putting me on hold and questioning what I waited. Well I didn t wait I called back many times and got the run around. Also they just would not answer my calls. They are saying that they are not liable now when they admitted to breaking the fob and paying a locksmith to have it fixed . I find this very unethical and wrong. I would not recommend this business to anyone . They are liars and the paint work for $500.00 is not that great they don t do any prep work so the old paint edges show through the new paint. Not happy and won t be going back that is for sure. Bad bad bad

great experience at econo paint my buddy had his car done and i had to come get mine done for the price just just can t beat it gotten compliments everyday since i got the car painted

Poor workmanship. My truck looked better before I let them paint it. They got paint on my trim, my fog lights,front windshield and my rims. The paint looks extremely dull and feels grainy like sandpaper!!!! They didn't even paint my rear hatch. The shop manager admitted to not having auto body and paint knowledge. Now I have to wait 30 days before I can get my truck repainted. 12 years ago they did awesome work. Now ,their workmanship sucks!!!

My experience for a quick affordable paint was fantastic. Craig is a manager and was very kind and helpful AND HINEST STRAIGHT... It's ECONO PAINT- $400 BASE RATE. DONT BRING YOUR ROLLS ROYCE!! Don't expect a hand painted car massage for $400/$500!!! It's excellent for the price basic work. AWESOME, HAPPY, WILL ALWAYS RETURN FOR THE SERVICE.

This is a huge change for me. I left a one star review for Econo before. Things have definitely changed. Absolutely great customer service and the paint job was stellar. The price was right. I have had tow painted in the last week and spent less.tban $1000.Anna Maria Island Airport Transportation.

Craig, when my other suv get fixed , I will bring it to get painted, too. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Craig. He is the best and a sweet heart! Blessings!

Everything was great for what I paid and had to do. I needed an Economical paid job AND repairs.for a first car Iwas giving to my grandaughter. Craig the manager helped me decide what to do about the car that had a lot of cosmetic damages. For the price Econo paint is a gold mine. The service can not be beat for the money!! Look, the sign says ECONO paint!! They gave me way more than expected for 1/4 % the price!! FANTASTIC FIX AND IM SUPER HAPPY. CRAIG a d crew Thank you!!!

Terrible experience!I took my car to this shop for an oil change and general check-up. When I picked up my car, they told me they needed to replace the engine. They charged me $5,000 for a new engine!I refused to pay and asked them to show me the old engine. They said they had thrown it away.I took my car to another shop and they told me the engine was in perfect condition. I was scammed!The customer service was horrible.The staff was rude and condescending. They didn't take the time to explain to me what was going on with my car.I would not recommend this shop to anyone.It is a scam and they will make you lose your money.Rating: 1 star

Very friendly staff...BUT...affordable or not....very sloppy job!!! Paint all over my interior, door panels, weather stripping, frame, lights, wheel wells etc!!! When I asked if they were gonna clean it...all they cleaned was my stepside!! Very DISSATISFIED!!!! We were going to bring our second vehicle in as well but have decided not to so! In all reality...its like they didn't tape off things they surely should have....pure laziness!! In REPLY...WORK ORDER #042993....Date of service 01/16/2020

I ve had many cars painted by them and the photos speak for themselves. The sanders and painter thank you!!! Darren and Tiffany!!!! So happy they work there! Darren is always in a great mood and is always on the ball, which is not easy in a busy body shop, never skips a beat!! Tiffany is just an awesome person to have at the shop with a big smile to greet me every time I come in!! I just can t say enough how happy I am with y all . THANK YOU!!!!!!! I d give ya 100 stars if I could!! Thank you thank you!!!!!

Some Minor Imperfections, but they gave me $50 off ! Great Customer Service! Over all they did a great job for the price! You just have to be super detailed to catch some of the small things they missed

The manager is phenomenal as well as the staff. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but just needed a facelift for an older car with extensive sun damage. I didn't need a showroom shine. From the second I walked in for an estimate I was treated extremely well everything was thoroughly explained about the process and all my questions answered. Turnaround was quick and even though I wasn't in a hurry. Results: Showroom shine!! There was a small blemish which they are correcting. If you want a great job for several hundred dollars then you can be confident they will provide you that. If you want a brand new car then you'll need to spend several thousand dollars. I would and will use them again! Thank you all for such a great job and experience!!

Poor quality of work and a complete hassle to deal with. I would not recommend this location as a place to have anything painted. I dropped off some golf cart panels to be painted and I have to say that I regret doing so. They didn't prep the parts at all. They only painted a single side of the panels after I was told I would like to have both sides painted. The manager told me it would take 3 days to paint the panels I dropped and it took almost 2 weeks with a new excuse given daily when I called to check on status. When I finally got to the point when I was going to request my parts back to take them elsewhere they rushed and painted the panels. Overall I am not happy with the quality of work. The paint is now chipping and failing in certain areas. I called and requested a can of touch up paint which they told me they could do, the manager took my number and told me he was going to call me when it was ready. It's been about a week with no call and touchup paint. I do not recommend this company.

I got call my car was ready it was not they removed paper and tape while I was waiting. Got home and walked around car and noticed they broke my taillight. Called to tell them and Gina said she would look at the camera never called me back. The bumpers are already pealing it s been 2 weeks. A lot of tape pieces are stuck to paint.Seems there is not enough help and they stay busy for the prices.Hopefully no more problems with the peeling paint.

Don't, just don't! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even if you're just looking for a decent paint job before selling a car like I was. They forgot to put a hardener in my car's paint, and it was all downhill from there. My car was there for two weeks the FIRST time, instead of the 2-3 days I was quoted. The entire repainting process took nearly TWO MONTHS and turned out terrible.When I got it back the first time, there were huge runs down the door and hood, and areas that were sanded and left unpainted. Missing clearcoat in other areas.They advised me to wait a month before bringing the car back for a repaint. But the second time, they never properly fixed the issues from the first paint job: they just lightly sanded and painted over the problem paint that still never fully cured because of THEIR mistake of not putting in the hardener.The second paint job looked even worse than the first. More of the same: huge runs, missing clearcoat, sanded areas still unpainted. Plus, even more dirt and debris in the paint, and larger runs down the door and on the hood.After yet another repaint, I just gave up because they either don't care or simply are not capable of fixing their mistakes. If you're looking for an affordable car paint job for any reason, this place is NOT it! Very disappointed with the job they did and for not fixing their mistakes and making it right.

The young lady ( I believe her name is Gina) was extremely nice and helpful as well as two other gentlemen that I spoke to there. Just picked up my little old Rio wagon. The car looked amazing! The original color paint was matched identical. You could not tell the difference between that paint to the door jams. +++ !!! The car was masked off very well. I did not see any paint on moldings, windows, trims, etc. It shines well and the paint was applied very smooth. ( No overlaps, runs, orange peel, etc ) I'm surprised that they can offer this service for such a low price since I elected their basic paint service. As far a durability, I have already witnessed that. This is the second car that I bring in to them, and the first one I drove for two years after painting before selling it, and the paint was still shiny and " Intact ". All I can say is "Thank You" and keep providing that excellent service.

Reviewers are being a little unfair here as prior management had some significant issue and things have improved noticably. I've been a customer for the last 3 years - I've had 7 cars painted there. Each was for our own use, not for cheap flips or anything like that and there WAS some warranty work that needed to be done over the first 2 years. Very fortunately the new (and very different) management has increased quality significantly. Also, you HAVE to be very, very explicit on what you want - if you don't want trim painted, have it written down to not paint the trim, but piece, by item. Tape off things you particularly want to not be painted. Do some prep work yourself if you are able. It's called ECONO PAINT for a reason, they can provide the lowest priced repaint or easy fix to your car that you will ever get, but you can't expect it to be a factory paint job. If you are REALLY specific, detailed, provide color codes, do a proof of the paint prior to spray - go down and look at it before they spray your car you can get an excellent outcome. They're nice people and provide an excellent service so long as you plan out the job explicitly, verify the paint is what you want prior to spray and pay a little extra for the best job and add on at least 1 separate clear coat (in my opinion). My son had his mustang painted there 8 months ago - Candy apple red - it IS as good as a factory job.

I had a very bad experience with other people who promised to take care of me and truck and they did a very botched paint job. I took my truck to this shop and they completely took on of the worst paint jobs and turned my truck into a beautiful gem. Also, I didn t have to wait very long for my truck to be painted I dropped it off on Tuesday morning and got the call it was done on Thursday morning. This is one of the best shops I have ever been too. I would recommended highly. Also, they will not take advantage of you, they will give a fair price and amazing work.

Excellent!!! They did a great job painting the scrapes on my car!!! It looks brand new!!! The cost was very reasonable. (Less than half the cost of other establishments.) Deb at the front desk was very nice and explained cost and repairs upfront. Excellent customer service. The car was done on time. Highly recommend!!

Took my car to fix some issues on the rear driver s side of my car. I was given a price and promised that they match the color and mask to stop over spray. The first time the paint was terrible had wrinkles in the paint and not matched at all had the go over a few times to approve paint matching after the manager finally admitting that it was the best they could do. Now a year later the paint flaking off and realized that they didn t use a primer paint first because I see the original paint and now the issue as well for I first took it in, obviously they did not sand the area with issue. I went to econo paint because while I lived in Naples I had car painted by Econo it was beautifully and lasted for many years with same shine since it was painted so I assumed it would be the same. The biggest mistake I made. I don t recommend this shop at all stay away.

Pretty good job for the cost. Definitely not perfect with paint on headlights, window frame but nothing major that I couldn't handle. Missed opportunities on selling sealant coating option BUT the turnaround time is phenomenal. Customer service is good and I had no issues with manager Jordan.
