I went here for an oil change and a full circle inspection. They came out and recommended over $2000 in services including a transmission fluid change. I decided these prices seemed high and went to get a quote from a Valvoline. They quoted me at 30% of what mazda wanted to charge. But the real kicker is after I got the transmission fluid changed at Valvoline I decided to do some googling of maintenance schedules and turns out that since I have a Mazda with Skyactiv I should NEVER have to change my transmission fluid unless there's some repair to the system. So not only did this place try to upsell me on a litany of services that cost 300% more than the competition, they are actually recommending services that are against the manufacturers specifications and that is just ridiculous. Do not give this place your business.

I have brought my old Miata here for service ever since I bought it because they always fix it correctly and everyone here is incredibly nice. They've done the most incredible job of remodeling the service and sales area, too. They're gorgeous! I will continue to have my Miata serviced here, and someday buy another Mazda here, too!

I needed a rivet replaced. They wanted to change me $100. The specialist wouldn t let me speak with the mechanic so I could understand if it was necessary and she couldn t answer my questions. She was rude and had an attitude. We left with only an oil change and fixed it ourselves at home, 5 minutes. No car wash, no nothing. Will never go here again and you shouldn t either.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Usually reluctant to take car to a dealership for service due to higher prices most times but my service plan covers most if not all of the costs. Their maintenance agreement has been very fair and kind to me. Will consider continuing to use them even after my maintenance contract expires.

I have been a customer of Cox Mazda Service for over three and a half years, and I have never taken my car anywhere else for service. The people at Cox Mazda Service are phenomenal! They really care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.

Not too hard to take--sit in the cool, watch TV, eat a snack or drink coffee while experts service or repair your car. That's Cox Mazda auto shop and their courtesy is top notch too. You will be pleased!

Beware!! If you pay for an oil change here, make sure you double check their work. They put a new sticker on my windshield and ignored the work.The worse part is that they WILL NOT admit their mistake and are adamant the work was done.!!

Screen on my CX-5 has been malfunctioning since I bought it. I have taken it to Cox about 5 times now and it has been replaced 2 times. The other times they have said that they can't recreate the issue. Now the screen is just rebooting whenever it wants (ending my calls or navigation, then restarting and rebooting again in 2 to 3 minutes.) I took it in last night for a 7:15am service today.At around 12pm I got a call stating that they could not recreate the issue with the screen, but they have found about $2500 in other issues that need fixed.... including that they added 4 quarts of oil to my engine since the oil as non existent as was about to blow up. I have never had a issue with my oil and my mechanic can also agree to this.Well to say the least I asked for my keys and was not charged for anything and left the dealership. About 1/2 mile down the road, my screen turned off and rebooted. As they stated they couldn't recreate it.I have given up with this dealership. I will never deal with them again! I will buy a Mazda again but it will not be from Cox Mazda! I will drive as far as I have to, to never have to deal with them again!
