I didn't enjoy the service at all. I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours on an oil change. I had to call up to the service desk and ask if my vehicle was ready. They did not communicate anything about my car and then wanted me to check out. Not knowing if anything was concerning about my vehicle. There was an oil leak and flushes needed. Apparently i didn't want them done. I don't the front desk how unhappy i was and was told " ill tell management "

Cox Chevy dealer charged me $270 and give me a half job $27 car wash while I was supposed to get a full detail job of wax & buffing outside, shampoo leather, shampoo carpet, removing stain of my carpet inside according to what we agreed upon turning in the vehicle in 7am while they kept it for 9 hours! Very deceiving & time wasting!MATT service manager had the The audacity to come out to the parking lot, screaming in my face It s not the dealer fault that I stained the carpet when I paid $270 for a full detail job making me feel as is the carpet under the seat is not a part of the car! When it can be reached easily by backing or moving the seat forward! All they did is took it into a drive through car wash wiped the leather with a towel which did not make any difference but made my interior slippery and basic vacuum that don t even qualify for a shampoo process!Never anyone from this trash dealership contact me again! Taking my business up the road to Conley gmc dealer from now on!And for Thomas at service you do not call customers asking in a demanding tone to take the review off this is free speach I can t believe they held my car for 9 hours! I won t go back even for a free car! And they kept my c.c on file for 18 months with out my consent

I was in am accident, progressive sent me to the collision center at cox Chevrolet. I have never been treated so poorly, with any company. The people were so rude to me (besides one receptionist who apologized for their horrible, unprofessional behavior). Unfortunately I was only able to deal with one person, and he was rude, hard to reach and never gave me a strait answer. As many times as I asked for the paper work, I had to drive there to have the receptionist get it for me. When I had to clean out my car, another worker in the collision was laughing at me as I was taking pictures. I've have never been treated with such disrespect. I stayed as polite as I could be and just figured I would share my experience with everyone I knew and that would be enough. Patrick Cline was the person who was the worst of them all. I do not know the guy who laughed at me when I was taking pictures of my banged up car.If you want to be treated like crap, zero communication and have them put minimal effort in all they do, this is you place. If not, I urge you to go somewhere else. If there is a next time, I'll tow my car to sunset or stingray. Again the receptionist was amazing and she tried but the disrespect and rude behavior was so bad.

Went to just look at the size of a vehicle I was thinking about purchasing from a dealer in Orlando. Salesperson..Ty..greeted us and was very helpful. We talked about what I came to look at but the vehicle I thought I wanted just wasn't the right fit. After much negotiating and dedication on Ty's part to make the sale, I purchased a vehicle I love. Ty has a great personality and it was a pleasure working with him.

Bought my 2021 Camaro at cox Chevrolet, was told it still has bumper to bumper coverage plus I purchased 1000 s more in coverage realized the gap in the rear bumper had gotten bad and was told by a body shop that it wasn t the clips that the bumper needs replaced. So I sat an appointment to have it check and of course when I tried to tell them what I had been told I was shut down and he said it s the clips and told to get a second opinion very insulting! So I made the appointment to get the clip s adjusted and of course this didn t work and I told them at pick up that I wasn t happy with the job and was told that s just how Chevrolet make it now I m suppose to just accept this NOT HAPPY, Not at all!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Consumers beware: before taking your vehicle to Cox Chevrolet, photograph every part of your vehicle so you can prove damage occurred on their premises. We ve been taking our cars to Cox Chevrolet since moving to the area in 2019. We ve had great experiences with our service advisor, Ray, and really trusted the work and expertise we get at the dealership. However, our most recent visits (Aug. 14 & 16) left us incredibly disappointed in the service, reputation, and accountability at Cox Chevrolet. Our vehicle needed a new condenser and compressor. Those repairs totaled just over $3k. As a courtesy to us, they agreed to wash and detail the vehicle before returning it to us. Upon picking up the car (after hours), we immediately noticed damage on our vehicle s hood the size of a golf ball where clear coat had been stripped. Before leaving the lot, we notified our service advisor of this issue and sent images. We were assured Cox would make this right . The next day, the service manager, Roberto, and our advisor reviewed video footage of our vehicle. They couldn t identify a time when/where the damage would have occurred and asked us to bring in the vehicle on Monday. We did as they asked, trusting they would accept responsibility and repair the damage. Roberto promptly informed us that Cox was not liable for the damage since there were other stone chips on the hood and told us the damage was pre-existing. Despite our attempts to reason with him, he informed us that his final answer was that they would not be accepting responsibility or fixing the damage. We know that there are other imperfections on the vehicle and we are not asking Cox to accept responsibility or fix any of those issues. We are simply asking that Cox accept responsibility for the area of damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. We are still awaiting a response for them to review the video footage again. Of course, we are doubtful that 1080P video cameras mounted at least 30 feet in the air will capture such a small area. However, it seems reasonable that if you cannot demonstrate that there is damage on the car when it arrived, the damage occurred at the dealership. (Especially since Roberto claims the cameras would show the damage.) as a policy, they no longer take photos of your vehicle. Upon arrival they now rely upon the video cameras. I m sure this ultimately relieves them of more responsibility. The lack of respect, accusatory tone, and inability to accept responsibility we received from the service manager, Roberto, was truly unacceptable. Over the years, we have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership and referred many of our friends. This will be the end of our relationship with Cox Chevrolet.

I spoke with Rodney after bringing my truck in for service. Unfortunately they didnt rotate the tires or check the tire I was having trouble with. Sensor still displays low pressure and the tire was never checked or rotated. I was charged for the rotation. Rodney indicated his manager was in California and there was no one else to speak with...I wouldn't recommened Cox Chevy and I won't be bringing the truck back for service.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

So just a little bit of back history. I felt like a wrench in a drawer full of sockets. Since I was the only Dodge there. But after weeks of trying to reach someone at Dodge I decided to call Cox to have them give me an estimate on getting my car fixed. They return my call within 5 minutes of me calling them and were able to get me in within a couple of days. No pressure. Trevor was my service writer and he was perfect. From the time I pulled in there until I went back to pick up my car, I felt like they had my best interest in mind. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I would recommend this place highly. And even though I wasn't in a Chevrolet they still make me feel welcome. I will definitely go back.

Dude, where s my car?12/22/2022 (Friday)07:00: Checked car in for 07:00 service appointment for A/C failure.09:30: No update on car status. Walked around service lot and found car parked. Asked Service Consultant what is going on with my car? His reply was waiting on the A/C Specialist to become available to look at car.11:00: Diagnostics determined that there was an A/C line failure. And even though it was covered by the warranty, they would have to have an off premise consultant approve the repairs. And earliest availability for off premise consultant was 12/27/2022 (Monday). Hmmm if repairs are covered by my warranty why do they need off-site approval?01/05/2023 (Thursday)11:30: Called and left Service Consultant several messages.14:08: Finally was in contact with Service Consultant , and was informed that the Chevrolet Certified Service Experts initial attempt to repair A/C failure was not successful. And at the moment the car was being repaired and hoping repairs would be complete at end of business that day. Great! Been two weeks, and was never updated with repair issues encountered.01/05/2023:End of business No update from Service Consultant 01/06/2023 (Friday)No update from Service Consultant 01/07/2023 (Saturday)12:17: Attempted to contact Service Consultant left a message.12:22: Service Consultant returned my call and stated that he found my language in my message was offensive, and he would call me when my car is ready . And that he would play my message for the owners to hear (Boo Hoo).12:30: Called Service Consultant and left a message asking for him to arrange for a rental car which is covered by warranty. Still waiting for information about my rental.Review:1- Why does a dealership need outside approval for repairs that are covered by warranty.2- Why wasn t customer (me) contacted when service provider (COX) was not able to effect repairs as promised.3- Why did customer (me) have to call to get an update, and assigned Service Consultant not reach out to update.4- Why did customer (me) have to contact the service provider (COX) for an update on 01/07 (Saturday). When Service Consultant stated that he was hoping repairs would be completed by end of business 01/05 (Thursday).5- If Service Consultant found my language offensive, then he should of request that my car service be assigned to a different More Competent Service Consultant .6- COX Cheverlet needs to hire more Service Consultants or update Service Consultant training to include Customer updates with progress / setbacks of ongoing repairs.

The manager Scott Donaldson at Cox parts is a clown and a lier . He lied on "Cox company policy "(which he couldn't provide proof existed) to try and prove a point when they were in the wrong because one of their parts guys hit my vehicle. He lied about speaking with Firkins body shop manager about my car while I was not present . He lied to my face about these things and didn't want to reconcile the problem and now I'm going back and forward to get a solution when COX parts is in the wrong .

They have no cars. When we called they failed to mention there was nothing to test drive. We were not happy in the slightest. They wanted to take a deposit for an order and never bothered to tell us how much it would cost...lol

Stopped in looking for a particular Chevrolet I saw on there website. But the 6.6 ltr. gas Custom had everything I was looking for on it and gave me a good trade in for my P/U. Problem is the Chevy is in Canada, completed and sitting in the staging area waiting to be shipped to FL !!!!! Possible wait time is 1-4 months!!!!!!

Gave them a dry trunk from a vehicle under covered parking before hurricane weekend. 4 days after drop off they called to tell me it had flooded, damaging my cpu and it was my fault. I just wanted a new battery.Avoid working with them and especially with Melanie. Trust me, she'll avoid working for you.
