The best thing you guys can do is shut down your body shop and your dealership while you're at it. I would have been better off repairing my car myself you guys repaired my front bumper fender and passenger door and screwed every single one of those things up not to even mention it took 6 months just to get it in which is absolutely ridiculous then it took almost 3 weeks to repair when it was only supposed to take 5 days. Also not to even mention all the error codes that my car had when I got it back. The car still isn't right the bumper is coming off because you guys did not repair it correctly and the passenger door leaks when it rains. But I'm not even going to bother to bring it back to you guys because you guys suck that badly. I only brought it there because that's where progressive told me to take it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed my truck, but they painted gray drip on my key, missing spot where suppose be white, dumping everything from door to middle of floor, moved around my stuff in cargo made more mess than what it was. Cant trust them with all my stuff in cargox they even threw some item in back i had to put back where it was. Not cool.

I feel I am being a bit generous leaving 2 stars, but whatever. I don't typically leave bad reviews unless it's warranted, and in this case, it is. I dropped my car off in Jan with expectations of it taking a long time. No big deal. Supply chain issues, I get it. That isn't my complaint. My complaint is a complete lack of communication and giving false expectations. Larry was the person in charge of my car. He did call me at one point to explain that my car was disassembled and may take a bit longer due to parts that they were unaware were needed initially. Cool, no prob. After it got close to the expectation date though, no ammount of calling could get Larry to leave me a message with an update even though I left him numerous voicemails for him to please leave me a voicemail with a status update. He would only call my husband. My husband is not even a registered owner. Even though the lady working the phone as the body shop told me, "Yeah, Larry's here, let me transfer you." Then somehow later that day he wasn't even at work that day because he was on vacation? Why didn't Larry call me before he went on vacation with an update telling me the date he expected it to be done got pushed back? I have worked in customer service all my life, hell, I've even worked at the service dept. at Cox. I'm pretty chill and understanding. I know that things happen cause I have been on the other end. I know how hard it is to call a customer with bad news, but it has to be done. A co-worker was talking in our breakroom about having the same issue, Lo and behold, guess where her car is at, and guess who is in charge of her car, Larry.The last thing i wanted to add, yes, the exterior of my car looks great, but it looks like they did not cover all my interior well enough, cause my plastics and review mirrior are foggy with an unremovable film.

Ross and Laura were my advisors in the process of getting my Tahoe repaired after someone backed into me. They did all the work with the insurance company ..They were busy and with the lack of help that every business is having, they stepped up and got this project completed as quick and good as they could. My car was in an accident, and this was the "preferred" shop for my insurance company. It was supposed to be quicker than others.So, I set up an appointment for Thursday early in the morning. We had some early communication issues between the shop manager and myself that added a little stress to the situation. In the end, though, Cox completed my car ahead of schedule (about 6 days instead of 7).The reason for the three stars instead of five is the overall quality of the work. The bumper is aligned fine, and the paint looks good from afar. However, up close, you can see some dirt and debris got into the paint, leaving burrs and other gunk. This really shouldn't happen in a pro body shop.I paint cars in my spare time in my garage and ensure my area is totally sanitized to avoid this issue. It looks like they just didn't take the same care.Sure, I could ask them to redo it, but then I would be out another rental car for several days. I guess I will either leave it as is or take my wet sandpaper and buffer to it to clean it up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance sent me here. After being on a waiting list for 2 months (due to parts back order supposedly), they tell me my appointment was never set. My agent and myself both set it over 3 weeks ago after confirming the time frame. Now they say we have to wait another 6 weeks. Screw this place. Absolute mess.

I would highly recommend!All of the staff that I talked to over the 2-1/2 weeks they had my vehicle were friendly and helpful. The lady personally handling my claim (auto body 2) was always pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. Great company to work with!

Vehicle was late on multiple occasions, zero communication, then some guy had the audacity to argue with me regarding the full interior detailing that was paid for but never done. We will have first thing Friday am was told Thursday nope try closer end of day so actually Saturday. Best if yet leave it was zero miles in the tank. Not asking to fill it up but seriously? Zero?Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I delivered my car with minor damage. Fender bender I guess you would call it. But when I received my car a month later I noticed that the drivers handle had been damaged. I took photos as well as they did the day I dropped it off. We compared photos and the photo they took showed no damage. When I picked it up they refused to fix it and denied any wrong doing even though we had visual proof. The manager started talking to me in the rudest fashion. I m still fighting this battle. I WOULDN t bring them a skateboard to fix. Horrible repair, horrible people. Be warned. Very unprofessional and threatened to call the police because of our disagreement. Dropped car off for service . Two days turned into four. When picked up they had no change so I politely said maybe you should have told me exact change when you called inform me car ready. They could not find change guy comes over tells me someone there father passed I had no time to rep,y before he rudely attacked me he says nothing you are cold as he walked away he mumbled something then looks at me and says I can't wait till your father passes away . He then proceeded to the back and told all the workers I was cold hearted they all looked at me. I lost my father so that really hurt . NEVER WILL I ever go back. Very unprofessional rude cocky attitude from the start

Having to go here, due to an insurance repair, netted me with damage that exceeds the actual repair. Left two voice mails with two varied managers, who refuse to return the call. Unprofessional, rude in person, and clearly inept and incompetent at their work (read the other reviews, if you don't trust me). Avoid at all cost, even if your insurance (Progressive) tells you, you have to use them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

In September 2018;The auto-body/Collision department did a fantastic job fixing the resulting damage from a car accident. I can't say enough great things about JOHN who handled the case from start to finish. I had a choice as to which collision specialist would repair my vehicle-- & I definitely know it was the right decision to have the wonderful folks @ Cox Collision take care of both the body & mechanical damage sustained from the accident. Service was great other than someone stole all of my change out of my vehicle. I do a ton of traveling and have to pay tolls regularly. So, I have a big cup that I throw all of my loose change into. Had to be at least $30 in that cup!! Not Happy!!

The actual body work they did was quality, they tried to return my vehicle only partially completed and I had to finish detailing my truck myself because they failed to do it right... Paid $150 for the dealership lvl detailing and it came back with this mess in the back and filthy on the outside because it sat under a tree...

I have had car fixed at this bodyshop and I gotta say there customer service is by far the worst customer service I have had also there technician damaged front bumper lip and not take responsibility.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Liked that they called the rental car people to come pick you up. Didn't like that they didn't give me an estimate of when my car would be ready.
