Absolutely the worst experience ever dealing with anything automotive related!!! Do not use them! They took 7 months to fix my wife's bumper. After the first 4 months of waiting, my wife called in to see what was going on and they said they were still waiting for parts. I called the following week to double check, and was told they were happy I called because they lost the paperwork and my wife's info! Then we waited another 3 months and were told it would only take 5-7 days to repair. They had her suv for 3 weeks!!! Terribly run and extremely poor customer service. My wife and myself had double digit calls to them and could never get anyone to pickup the phone. At the time we picked up her suv after the repairs, I brought it to the reps attention and all she said was " Yeah the old manager was fired because he would just sit there and watch the phone ring". If I could give them a negative number on the scale I would! Terrible doesn't even cover it!

They kept telling us they ordered parts for our Subaru and refused to even estimate a timeline then when we would call weeks later they would say they hadn t even ordered the parts yet and were going to order them that day. We have been going back and forth since February and the last time my husband called in JUNE they still hadn t even ordered the parts!!!! And then they pushed back our appointment from July to September for no reason and with no remorse. They have been horrible at every single step and our car still isn t fixed for no reason. They said we slipped though the cracks and did exactly nothing to fix it.

Horrible job. Body shop - upon my truck being returned to me I re-attached my grill myself. I reattached the plastic filler from windshield to hood that I m surprised didn t blow away. My headlight was wrapped with a different film than the rest of my grill and doesn t match. The filler piece underneath headlight is graphite grey when my entire truck is gloss black.The wrong bumper was put on my truck and not even reinstalled correctly! My front left fender is not attached correctly and sticks a half inch out from my door when it should be flush!Spoke to Mike in management who had an excuse for everything.They had my truck for 1 month. Communication was solely dependent upon myself. 0 updates offered unless I called and bugged them.Horrible service, workmanship and management.Adding to my review . Still finding stuff wrong with my fix. Manager Mike has every excuse in the book other than admitting he does shotty work. Good job Mike!

Had my wife s Lexus fixed there. They saved it from being a total loss. Great staff. The body men did a great job along with a professional paint job. Our car looked as good as new. 3 years later an no issues.

Kevin and the body shop team is an awesome job repairing a dent in my front fender. Rather than replace the whole fender they were able to pop the dent and repair the crimped area which helped to reduce overall cost. It looks like its a new fender now and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work performed. They were straight forward with what they could do, how long it would take and provided an accurate estimate. They also worked with me on when to pick up my vehicle when it was complete. I work odd hours and needed some flexibility, which was no problem. Thanks to the whole Conley team, great dealership with great people. I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

My car has been there for 2 months already. Every time I call, they tell me me they will call me back with an update. I went a week and a half ago and again they told me the car was going to be ready last Wednesday. It wast not, and they didn't bother to call the customer. Today, I called twice, and it is impossible to get a hold of somebody from the body shop or the manager or somebody that can give an update. Avoid at all cost this shop.

Both my husband, John Sharp, and I have left reviews concerning our experience at Conley Buick Collision Center on the Conley Buick Google page. I just realized they have separate Google review pages. I encourage to go read about our situation and even worse response to when they were notified of the problems we encountered. Warning- use Conley Buick Collision Center at your own risk. If you do choose to use them- I wish you luck because it doesn't involve much skill. Yes, I'm venting and still upset more than 1 month later because I am reminded daily due to the problems still not being fixed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my Enclave serviced and then stopped in at the Collision center (no appointment) to get an estimate to fix my bumper cover that had popped lose after a minor collision. Talked to manager Doug Kerschner, who personally inspected it, and promptly had it refitted, no charge. Best 30 minutes of my day.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Doug at Conley Collision ROCKS!!! My sons Subaru was hit in a parking lot while he is working away from home. Doug estimated the work accurately, ordered the parts on time and delivered the car exactly when he said he would. The tricky tri-coat paint job was flawless and the work perfect. My car took over 5 weeks and the backseat was filthy and covered in dust up on getting my keys. After 5 weeks of waiting I got my keys and didn't mention it to anyone.

What a fantasic, great, and good job your Body Shop staff did in fixing my 3 week old Ascent that had a big problem on the leftside rear area of the car. The craftmanship was over the top in all areas. I looked over the outside of the car and it is fabuless and I though I was done being surprized until I opened the door to get in and drive away. You guys even detailed the whole inside and the scent that you used was the best I had ever smiled.
