Greeted by a friendly staff member. They signed me in and from then on I got informative texts about the progress of my car. While waiting in their clean and comfy waiting room I was offered beverages. My car was done in a timely manner and when I was back in my car they had a cute candy bar and water bottle for me. Appreciated the extra mile they go for their customers. Will definitely be going back and also telling friends and family! Tammy

Took our cars there 3 times and all 3 times had issues with mis-information/diagnosis and high prices. Last straw was saying tire had to be replaced (12k miles on it) due to nail in it and could not be repaired. $500 repair. Took to another service center and was told did not need new tire and patched tire. Been driving on it for a few months and gauge is showing no loss of air pressure. Prior to that situation, was told car need new engine filters on their "free inspection of vehicle". Mechanic did not even bother to check those had been replaced the previous visit. Get another opinion on services necessary. Convenient to where we live, but will not be back.

I am consistently treated with respect and kindness when I take my car to be serviced. I appreciate their patience - I am always panicked when my car needs unexpected servicing. They demonstrate that they care about providing good customer service. I trust their expertise with my Honda - she's 17 years old, just over 100,000 miles, and in need of major services more often than just the routine.

After several attempts to get my car fixed right at other shops including the local dealer, Christian Brothers in Bradenton figured out my problem and fixed it right the first time. My advisor, Allison was very helpful and the technician was very thorough diagnosing my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop to anybody that wants their vehicle fixed right.

Took vehicle back for the same thing they supposedly fixed first time 95 diagnostic 1500 spark plugs and cap an additional 95 diagnostic and 245 labor. Had to take vehicle to a separate shop to fix A/c they messed up because they couldn't work me in.2 days without vehicle first time and 5 days second time. Now not even 3 weeks later again car messing up again. As a single woman. Please don't take your vehicle to this place. Money pit

I have mixed experiance with this shop. I had my car inspected at the dealer but decided to come here since it is very close to my house and I thought I could save some money. I declined to have four ignition coils replaced together with spark plugs at initial quote since it was not recommended by the dealer. When the tech started the job he broke a plastic conduit, which is a part of the coil assembly. They did not tell me this just advised I have to have all 4 coils replaced and send me another quote with coils marked up 50% compared to original price. Yes, I accepted it but how could I not? I was against the wall. I paid but they will not fool me again. I also think they are too expensive. I will go somewhere else next time.

My first time experiencing Christian brothers was today. I brought my car in for a diagnostic on my engine and they also give you a courtesy check up for free checking, brakes tires topping off fluids. They called me about a half hour after I dropped off my car and told me that my car might be fixed by a recall from Volvo. They suggested that I go there. Have them check the recall. when I went back they didn t charge me anything which I was very surprised because of there time. Not only did they provide that service for me, but they also provided me a shuttle to take me to and from the garage. I highly recommend this company they treat you very well. And I will pass it on to all my friends and family to have their cars service by them. Aaron was fantastic.

I would not even give it a 1/2 star! Dropped my husbands truck off on a monday received call wednesday it may take little longer as they had 3 mechanics quit. Called thursday was advised it maybe monday or tuesday to be completed. We rented a car and come to find out they have not even started working on my husbands truck! Then when I went to pick up keys one of the workers were standing out side on his cell phone. If they're so short staffed the person on the cell phone is not a good appearance for the company. Had 3 to 4 cars in bays up on lifts, and a parking lot full of cars that I am sure are waiting to have something completed. BEWARE I had to click on a star for this to post!

Comprehensive service inspection providing a detailed summary of items requested and required now and to be considered in the future, with individual pricing of each item for you to approve before undertaking the service. Work was completed satisfactorily and at a competitive price. I loved the online approval process and text updates of the progress. Excellent facilities and service.

My vehicle would not start on a Friday afternoon, had it towed to the shop to be looked at on the Monday. Upon inspection nothing appeared wrong with it, I was not charged for the inspection, everyone was very friendly. I will be using this business in the future. Thank you!!

Great service and helpful crew! I worked with Allison and she was awesome and very helpful with my repairs. My technician was Roberto. Very smart funny dude. Best shop I ve been to around the area!

Bought a used vehicle and took it in to see if it was a keeper. They ran a diagnostic and showed me everything that was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. Told me it wasn t worth it for me to spend that kind of money instead of just letting me empty my pockets and account. Thanks for the save on waisting my money. Told me to bring the next car in before I buy and they will tell me if it s a good one or a lemon. Great people great experience. They gained a lifelong customer.

Love everything about this place! They are kind, courteous and always prompt. No more making an appointment and waiting for my car for hours at other places. They get it done effectively and efficiently. The Christian music playing in the background is an added bonus. Strongly recommend CBA!! They are friendly and trustworthy and reasonably priced - all characteristics I've rarely encountered in an auto repair shop. They are definitely the best we've found here in Bradenton.

This is my second vehicle in for reair/service. As I began to explain the issue in the lobby, all ears were listening. They understood and in less than 10 minutes the car was fixed. I will schedule the car for those repairs I have been putting off because (twice) they have proven their honesty and professionalism. Called and scheduled a tire repair. Friendly on the phone. Got to my vehicle as per the appointment. Mechanics were able to fix the punctured tire in 30 minutes or so and was back on the road. Very clean shop and waiting room. Also have a few neighbors that use them and recommended them as well.

I took my car in because it was shaking when I would brake. After they replaced the back rotors and brake pads ($500+) it was still shaking. I took it back in and they tell me that the front brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. They DID NOT replace the brakes that were causing the problem. They refused to take responsibility for their error. In fact, they told me that I was partly responsible for the error!! I am not a mechanic nor am I a technician. The owner/manager told me very blatantly that they would not refund me nor would they repair the front brakes at no cost. I took it to Mavis and they replaced the front brakes which fixed my problem. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing Christian Brothers Automotive on SR 64 in Bradenton, Florida.Service: Brakes

This place was amazing. My daughters truck broke down and they were great. They let her drop it off even though they couldn't look at it immediately. They looked at it right away and got back to me. The quote was very reasonable. The entire staff was very friendly. I can't thank them enough!

I brought my car in for a few repairs and jordan was quick to help me very friendly once the tech got to my car and jordan was told what I needed to get done jordan was very helpful to help me understand exactly what I needed done and why everything was needed and what these things would do for my car. All around great experience would highly recommend this shop for any repairs

My truck's alternator stopped working and my car died as I pulled into a parking lot off of state road 64. I called AAA to have it towed to the nearest auto repair shop which happened to be Christian Brothers in Lakewood Ranch. WOW were they amazing!! Initially they told me that the only appointment they had was the next morning at 10am. However, they were able to get my car in that very same day, determine the problem, and repair the problem, all before 5pm that very same day!! I can not tell you how relieved I was to have my car back right away. I was panicking about what to do the very next day as we had a busy schedule and needed both cars.I had never used Christian Brothers before, but I will absolutely use them again. I told them on the phone that they impressed me with there continual updates, transparency and efficiency. I will recommend this company as well as use them in the future.
