Awesome people, courtesy and good job according the instructions of the insurance companies restrictions. If the insurance companies approve aftermarket parts, the complete job suffers the consequences and we don t accept, we to claim ti insurance company that they need to approve original parts and the caliber collision job will shine more.

John who recently took over my car repairs and parts ordering was amazing! John made sure to have Great communication with me after my ready date had been extended for various reason(not his fault, prior to being assigned my car) and previous person tsfrd to another location. When issues got in the way of repair, John managed to get my parts reordered and car done earlier than expected after my extension time period. Front desk rep was also so helpful and attentive. On the plus side, I got my car back cleaned lol I would highly recommend for your car repairs! Thanks again you guys!

The work was done professionally and delivered a day earlier than scheduled. Vehicle looks pristine and so far I m very satisfied. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is it was hard to get a call back. But they did communicate by text all during the process and answer my questions in those texts. Yet I had asked for a call back a couple of times saying it was important and got a text instead. Made it hard to follow up with any other questions. But, given how good my vehicle looks and the early finish, I would and do highly recommend them.

I took my vehicle in to this location on Feb 28 after being referred by my insurance provider. From start to finish my car was in the shop for exactly 3 weeks, which seems a little excessive considering the repair was moderate to light damage. Regardless, in reference to the actual repair, I believe it was a good job and the vehicle looks nice. Kevin, the representative who assisted with my estimate and was my point of contact was professional and friendly. However, I would rate this experience Fair to Unsatisfactory based on the Customer Service experience in general. First, this lady that you meet at the front desk on arrival is curt, unfriendly, and seems to be bothered by anyone who comes through the door. Over the three week period, I was in the shop 3 times; first to drop off the car, second trip was to get something I needed out of the car due to the lengthy repair time, and then third to pickup the vehicle after I was notified it was ready. All 3 visits apparently I was a great inconvenience to her and there was always a reason why someone wasn't available to help. As a side note, do not go by between the hours of 12-1 because EVERYONE is at lunch and you cannot be helped! As a suggestion, a friendly greeting or welcome to the business would be nice. Realizing that a customer coming through the door has most likely had a very unpleasant experience in the first place that led them to you a warm welcome would be appreciated! Second, a customer should have a reasonable expectation to be treated courteously and shown appreciation for their patronage. Without them, you re not going to be in business long. I trusted my insurance provider in making this recommendation and I have fully expressed my disappointment to them, but if anything, I would encourage anyone looking for auto body repair to shop around before choosing this location. Any customer should have confidence and trust in a service provider and based on my interactions here, I cannot speak to that type of experience. And additionally, I did express this disappointment to Kevin, my representative immediately after leaving the shop and he assured me he was informing the manager. I have yet to hear from anyone at Caliber aside from Kevin to attempt to rectify the situation case in point!

Great, professional, and considerate! Had a small fender bender that needed repair work, and as a result, painting. It was worrisome to ensure the paint would match. Throughout the process, they communicated and updated me on the status of the repair. Kept me informed and my mind at ease. Better yet, the repair looks great and the paint matches perfectly! Thank you!

Very courteous and professional staff. Our Toyota RAV4 had been rear ended. They replaced the lift gate and rear bumper cover. Handled all insurance paperwork. Vehicle was delivered back to us well ahead of their original estimate. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you want excellent service this is the place to go! I was assisted by Riley and I had the day off the day I took my truck in which was unexpected and they were able to take me in right away! My truck looks great and I highly recommend them to anyone now! They helped me out big time and I really appreciate everyone there at that facility. Will always do business with them. Someone ran into me at Walmart then took off on a Saturday and they had me in first thing Monday morning! Thank you to everyone there!

30 minutes sitting in waiting room, ignored by about 8 employees.....I had to call to get someone to come talk to me...State farm sent me for a collision estimate. "Oh, we cant look at it, you need an appointment" If you need to feel unimportant, come here, and be ready to need an alignment when you leave, parking lot looks like grand canyon.

Very professional staff. They kept me posted on the progress of the repairs daily by text message. When I picked the car up it looked like it did the day I bought it in 2007. I highly recommend Professional Collision Repair

The lack of communication was the worst part of the job. I had to call them the day that the job was supposed to be done twice to find out the car wouldn't be ready. The second time they wouldn't even return my call, I had to get my claim adjuster involved. He even said that they didn't return his calls and emails. The manager even admitted they were behind and didnt return multiple customer's calls. Keep this in mind when considering this place for your repair.

Caliber did a great job repairing my vehicle. They kept me up to date on the status by text. The only possible complaint is how long it took to get in for the repairs but it was worth it to have the repairs done well

I'm very impressed with how efficiently and quickly the repairs were done. They did an excellent job, left my car like new. I was always kept updated with the process of my vehicle and I extremely appreciated that. They are super polite there and provide you with great quality service. Oh my Heaven! It s the most outstanding remarkable and amazing experience I ve ever had! During the whole process of car repairs the staff of Caliber Collision kept me informed about the car and made the entire process an absolutely awesome! The work on the car was completed earlier and the car looked like I have never had an accident on it. I was so emotional about and literally cried from an absolutely wonderful outcome!
