Byrider impressed me with the level of service they provided me. Great car, affordable deal, and even helped me secure affordable insurance when I was quoted more than expected by my normal provider. My agent, Corey, was extremely helpful and made sure my needs were met. If you are looking to buy a car and have less than great credit, this is where you need to go! Kudos, guys!

They ask you to write a review while you are signing contract for a reason. For one they offer to put you in a drawing and you're happy you are buying a car so your thinking is very clouded much like your mindset after a car accident. The car I purchased has ran rough since day one. Chugs along. Cuts off at stop lights. Been to service and supposedly fixed twice. NOT. Still chugging barely making it. Of course when you try to discuss it you're misinformed.The finance guy is so rude and condescending I think even if you paid months in advance he'd still call just to use the ego on ya. Huge regrets with buying from here. Huge.Paid one payments and due today and harassed like it's a month late and we are deliberately trying to take a car worth 1/10 of the loan. Huge mistake.Truly. Do not fall for the peppy salespeople and definitely don't write a good review before you've had the car awhile. My advice would be to test drive it to a mechanic for an opinion before you sign that dotted line.

Theses guys are awesome!!! Walt, Will and Chris are one heck of a team! They are considerate and they actually listen to you, they Arnt here to make the sale, they are here to help YOU with your car buying experience. Awesome awesome awesome, they worked with me for over 2 hours to get me into the car i wanted at the price i could afford, and now im driving a Benz. The staff was excellent and made you feel welcome and genuinely cared about my car buying experience. Im sending everyone who needs a car their way from now on, oh the 3 year car warranty is the best in town.

Bought a car in May 2023, the car has been serviced three times since then. Yesterday we were just at the service department for over 3 hours and my wife is coming home in a tow truck with the car. They re a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else, you will be better off. 10/23/23 adding more. They comment that they want to know more about what happened in this review, yet my car has been there 2 more times since this original review, and no one has ever tried to talk to me about the situation. Just had the car worked on a week ago exactly and guess what, the check engine light is back on again. Really wonder how educated their mechanics really are. Just plan inexcusable.

These guys were amazing. I came in with not much hope of getting into a vehicle and to my suprise they got me into one. They were kind, and understanding about my situation. If you are in the market for a vehicle I would highly suggest coming to see them.

The manager of the service department doesn't care at all bought my car about a year and a half ago been there 3 times so far and nothing was fixed and now two weeks ago went back to see about another problem and serviced and the manager beat me getting mad about my car that now I can't drive because it sounds worse than it did before I took it in they don't give a damn about the customer just money I don't know how he sleeps at night don't wish nothing on nobody but they going to get it one day never will suggest to anyone to go there a I definitely would not be getting anything else from them

Beside all these fake reviewers on here with 5 stars. Biggest rip off of a car dealer, you will pay the price of a new car for a 2-3k car. Car wasn't even cleaned or detailed when i first got it and horrible service. Chris fromCnac and the owner of the company will surely live in an eternal lake of fire soon the way the handle and run this business

Called up Willie (sales manager). Explained my situation needing a car and he took care of me. I was honest with him as well as he was. He went above and beyond with customer service, friendliness and courteous. I recommend everyone to byrider. They care.

Spent a few hours at this car lot today. They have some nice cars, terrific personal to help out with questions about the cars. They will walks you through the finance process. While your doing that, there's a waiting room with a TV set for the kids with water cooler & restroom.They also offer a package for the up keep of your car, like oil changes, tire rotation, etc.So be sure to ask about it. You can also pay biweekly, and sometimes that's all one needs to get into a car!

At first my car was great, and I would have given them an extra star for that. Now the interior is "melting" away, so I'll have to replace both doors and the centerpiece, along with the moon roof that's leaking now and the ac that works less than half the time. The best part is the ac isn't part of the engine warranty.

The salesmen were professional and knowledgeable during the whole process which made it seem like awell-oiled machine. I could tell if they weren't experienced, it would have taken longer, and Im thankful it didn't. Great job!

Very good employees but be very careful when buying vehicles you will end up paying more than they are worth. and additional to this they will call you the day of your payment from early in the morning so that you make your payment you will not have peace with these people I assure you
