I took my friend here yesterday to get some tires for his white Ford pickup truck. And from the beginning the lady helped us out through out the day getting us a fair price. We didn t get there until after four. They were extremely busy, but yet they did their best to assist us. Yes, we waited until after 7 o clock. But it was well worth it! Thank you Big City Tires! I would highly recommend you!

I just arrived, asked for the size of the rubber and in less than 10 minutes they were working on it, very efficient and fast service

I will come back to this place they are open Sundays so it saved me a trip and money yes maybe I could get them 5-10$ cheaper but just cause I feel like I got good customer service I will come back a referral everyone plus they are open Sunday beats having appointments everywhere else that is open plus the wait wasn't long

Nice friendly ownerAnd staff spanish and EnglishI had a alignment done on my truck great job cheaper then other placesMy truck runs straight now no problem took like 1 hour or less to do the job the guy will show you the results on the computer so you see with your own eyes that he did do the job correctly

Good ppl with good used tires I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They balanced all my tires and i had them put new lug nuts I brought with me on the truck all this for a fair price and it was done right I watched everything....

Used to be a good place, but changed personel and good customer relations. Also just recently found out they totally botched an alignment on my dad's car and was wearing the tires out. Drives properly after getting it realigned at another shop.

Went around 11am on a weekday. Took maybe 30-40 minutes and I was on the road again with a new to me tire. Would visit again. Price is good-reasonable for what is offered. The guys were nice.

We arrived one hour before closing. We had a nail in our tire. They addressed our issue right away, removed the nail and plugged it. They insured the tire pressures were correct. Finally, they charged us a very reasonable price to make the repair.

I needed a hard to find tire for my coup/sports car. I didn't want to wait 2 days or longer for a tire to come in from the well known tires businesses. So I was recommended this place. They had the tire I needed, looked brand new, and I was happy. A new tire for my car goes for well over $200. I got my tire at this place for $53. I wanted a brand new tire from the well known tire places, but the tire that needed replacing really needed to get replaced, asap, so I went here.The other on here are probably lies. They had one bad experience that they could've walked away from, and left. Go with your best judgment, I did.

Went to tire shop to have a plug put in from a nail in a tire the very next day my tire blew out and was stuck on the interstate for 3 hours had to get a new tire. Went back to tire shop and said they weren't responsible. Also diff time they forgot to put lug nuts back on tire almost wrecked and died

The way my life & luck is set up, money is always tight and my tires are sure to catch a screw or a flat on a regular basis. I have to shop around for the best price. This place wins every time. Fast and affordable, it's as simple as that.

Great place for used tires.I get all my tires here.Yesterday got 2 used tires next morning one was flat. Apparently there was a small leak that could have happened after leaving.They went ahead and fixed it no questions asked.Even though I woke them up at 6am on Sunday.I didn't know the number I had was their cell phone just wanted to leave a message.I usually don't leave reviews but since not only are their prices good,they will also make things right if there is a problem.I've been getting my tires from here for the last year or 2 and this was my only problem which they happily fixed even though they could have charged me to do so since they could have claimed it happened after I left and it could have.Though they never brought that up and just fixed it with a smile.So if your looking for a good small business to support bring your money here.

They are fabulous!! The prices are so reasonable...and they won't take you for a ride here ladies....very honest and hard working! In fact there's a woman on staff who knows what she's doing too...In and out in no time at all! Knowledgeable and helpful, kind and friendly....all in all, used or new, the best place to get tires!!!

This is a bad tire shop to go they have bad costumer service I come to the shop for an alignment There is only one employee I waiting like 20 Minutes for him to finish the car he was working on. my turn come and he took my car put it on the ailment machine. As soon as another customer come to fix his tire the employee stop working on my car to fix the tires of the new customer.and here come another one and again he stopped working on my truck and fixed the new customer.I did not like that. The costumer should be taken care of in the order they arrive.I give him one star. We waited like 2 hours for a simple alignment.

Don't go anywhere else! Super fast and professional, they give recommendations for things your vehicle may need in the future but they aren't pushy. I had 2 tires replaced and was gone in about 20 minutes!

Would have been 4 stars for getting me in and out very quick and have Ok prices. The guy got black grime all over my driver seat and I had to clean the heck out of it, for a total of only 3stars. Theres also a bit if a language barrier, making it hard to know what they are trying to say.

Went for an alignment and my car was worse off than before.. Drove off and my car was pulling to the left and my steering wheel wasn't centered. Came back afterwards, only to tell me that I had a bad tire, which he replaced. Returned for a 2nd time, to have him drive the car to see what the problem was. Told me that I needed CV joints and a tire rod. and that he could repair it for about $300. Went to my mechanic the day after to find out that he gave me a bad alignment !!

This place is awesome! Great fast, friendly, affordable service. My problem was sudden and when I called them to find out their hours, and at 5:20 pm, was told they closed at 6 pm and to come on in and they would get it done.
