This location has provided expert customer service and perfect parts for nearly thirty years. Just rebuilt my car again, I am grateful to all the staff and manager Chris, at my Manatee Ave location. Car is running!!!!!! Many Thanks. 2024

Ed S. Was so amazing! He checked my battery, found out it was trash and installed a new one, all under warrany. He was legit so happy for me when he found that out. My negative connection was so corroded, it took him a good bit of time and work to get it off. He did all of this while keeping me calm by chatting about our families and life. I've never felt so happy leaving a stressful situation. That man deserves the world.

This specific branch really has problems with terrible employees, their starter tester was conveniently not working last evening, also the same starter was $20 less at the Cortez rd auto zone where the guy tested my starter happily, love auto zone but stay away from the manatee store

Friendly service, knowledgeable employees I will add that not all locations offer the same services or products . So, I would call a head to verify if the service or item is available at any location. Example code diagnostics was not available at this location ( Manatee ave, West Bradenton) With that said, this can apply to any business that provides goods or services.

The guys at this store are awesome! Chris installed a new tail light for me yesterday and refused a tip. Every time we go there, they are so knowledgeable and friendly! Great store!

Absolutely amazing experience after one not so great with another company. Originally went to discount auto parts to get a new battery for my Chevy Silverado and had a horrible experience. I wanted into autozone on manatee Ave and was helped right away and Isaac was quick to help and had no problem taking out my old battery and replacing it with the new one. Absolutely astounding customer service and impressive work from Isaac doing what the other place said they didn't want to do. He even noted that my kids were with me and made it a point to be as quick as possible. I can't thank him enough and am so happy I walked into your store today and was able to drive home with a working battery installed in my truck!

Tiffany at store 1222 did a GREAT job at helping me find what I needed and had absolutely amazing customer service skills through out the whole encounter. I definitely was impressed and plan to come back!

Total dismissal from ED and Elvira on a simple question. I asked them are they able to do relay testing on my vehicle and I was dismissed child like we don t do testing when auto-zone advertises for free testing then they made it very difficult to find the part I needed because I need to verify testing to make sure I buy the right part then I asked if I could use the Haynes repair manual to see if I could locate the part in the book and got denied to hold the book unless I m purchasing it. These two people do not know customer service.

I called the store prior to driving there to make certain they had the part I needed in stock. They did! I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival to find 2 of the 3 employees on duty were knowledgeable FEMALES! It was a terrific auto parts store shopping experience!:-)

Need to hire people that know what there talking about and can actually help, Asked the Autozone woman to find me a hose by part number and she can t find the hose. I asked by the part name and first she tells me they have it, then they don t. tells me she can t cut me a hose either cause she has customers?. I ve had multiple experiences in this store with people who don t know what there talking about it, let alone change your battery.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. All of a sudden, customer service is a thing of the past. Elvira the parts manager, wouldn t give me a complimentary upgrade because my exact battery happens to be out of stock. Go to Advance instead of autozone.

Horrible customer service. Get a new job if you're miserable. Make sure batteries are charged all the way before u take one home. Have them make sure it is up to par, wish I woulda.News alert don't buy motorcycle batteries. Sarasota power sports said bad battery and cost me towing and much more. I just came back and they don't say a word. Service here is incomprehensible. I hope I save some riders

I stopped in a couple of days before Hurricane Nicole 2022 hit Florida to get new wiper blades for my Mom's 2017 Subaru. The gentleman that assisted in identifying and installing the correct blades was entertaining and helpful--making the entire experience fun and easy. I would definitely recommend stopping here for your auto parts needs because the level of Customer Care was awesome!

Traveling for R&R at the beach with my daughter and needed to replace our battery. The store manager, Chris, assisted us quickly and offered to change the battery for us. He completed the change quickly and efficiently and refused a tip. The service was above and beyond and greatly appreciated!

Okay decent location. Helpful staff. But they didn't have the battery I needed for my vehicle which I guess is typical but who's doing the inventory I think they dropped the ball on this one cuz last I checked if you're short supply you order you get it in and then everyone's happy but nevertheless I still like the store

Not at all helpful. No customers in the store but I had to wait 10 minutes before somebody would ask if I needed help. Too busy speaking Spanish with their coworkers. It wasn t good. I understand Spanish. I walked out.

Inventory is super important to an Auto parts store and they are well stocked. Nice service staff to help you find what we were in search of and fairly priced. Store was also pretty clean and shelves well organized.

I have to give a big shout out to Elgin, I can not say enough how amazing he was to help us out. Our battery died we had to walk there not only did he help us find what we need and give us advice. He gave us a ride to our vehicle even though he was getting off work. This place is lucky to have an employee like Elgin I would give him 10 starts if I could

Terrible service they go out of their way to Ignore you when you walk in!Finally I went to someone stocking for help needed brake light bulbs he said I do not think we can get to them I had my Honda Fit book..he walked out to car with me and I took off panels. He said you may have to go to dealership ARE U Kidding me ?..bulbs not in stock he called another store I said I am leaving. When he said he could not get to them I was actually touching the bulb but unsure how to turn and remove. I left and went to Advance Auto Parts and had GREAT service and was greeted upon entry not ignored. Shame on you Auto Zone I will never be back!!!

Needed a battery and the gentleman was really friendly. He came out and tested the battery that I had in the car. It was bad as I expected so we went back in the store and he rang me up for a new battery. (Lil pricey)Installed my new battery and I was good to go.

CJ who works at this Manatee Store, went over and above her pay grade. I had a flat tire and she helped me in every way she could until I could get my tire to the Tires Plus down the street. She is a kind, caring, hardworking, and helpful young lady. I am forever greatful for all her help. Will always go to her with all my car needs.
