Excellent customer service last week from Tom H! After waiting on roadside assistance for 2.5 hours, I was not having the best day. I went into AutoZone for a battery replacement and was originally told they couldn't replace it there for me. Lucky for me, Tom stepped in and saved the day! I am so thankful that he was there that day and was willing to help me out!!

I've received great sales & service here many times. Most recently Wilnaider diagnosed a bad battery and installed a new battery for me quickly and courteously. Experiences like this keep me coming back to AutoZone!

Excellent experience, and top notch customer service. Dan helped me out over the phone and in store. He went out of his way to assist me with my headlight bulb and even came outside to help me install it. Thanks Dan!

Worse experience. The manager was angry on the phone about delivery driver not doing their job. Not my issue. He proceeded after the call to yelled at one of his workers for some attitudes. Not my issue either. I had some issues with the self checkout and have to go to the angry manager/cashier to checkout and he was rude about having him to checkout and asking questions like why you can t do it yourself in a tone implying the customer is useless. It s the same system, what did u do? . I can t help if the pin machine won t connect for pin. Even though he was mad about his work issues, he took it out on his customer which was completely unnecessary, Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I brought my 2013 Civic here with a bad battery. Which only started the car with a jump, or constant trickle charging. The manager working there on 11/13/23 tested my battery, which was barely starting the car in front of him. He said the battery was good and that I needed an alternator because the charging system was only putting out 12.8 volts. I bring the car home, and test the charging system with my volt meter. With the engine running and completely warmed up my alternator was putting out 14.4 Volts.I purposely purchased said battery (3 year replacement) from a different Autozone on 06/29/22, and thought this Autozone location would stand behind their NATION WIDE warranty. Especially considering they sell batteries for significantly more than Walmart, or even an Interstate battery center.As I left the store that day the manager and salesperson said they would sell me a new battery!!! Completely terrible customer service from this store.

I mean, just because you've personalized my reply back by inserting my first name doesn't necessarily mean YOU sat and typed out this message. Or did you? Hmmmm?Geesh, didn't I just do this? Lol. AutoZone had always been a first-class autoparts store. What wise l else is there to say?! I dunno, maybe they have a gold toilet? just kidding.

Took the car in for a battery, starter, & alternator test and our battery ended up being almost dead and they informed my wife that our warranty still had a week left which was absolutely amazing because I was not with her and she wouldn't have known so I give this store a 10 out of 10 all day!!!! Much appreciation and will definitely continue going to AutoZone for certain auto needs and especially for new batteries!!! Thank you very much Daniel & AutoZone!!!!

Went in twice this week for 2 different brake lights, the first trp all went good, the second trip the associate was not able to convert the Kia part number to anything in the store. I said I'll go home and figure it out. In a short time I found the Sylvania bulb number needed and called the store, which it was available when I went back.

Bad customer service, came to this location to buy a battery they don t have it in stock and sent me to another location. My battery was dead I asked some girl that works there or pretend to be a manger for help and she refused to give me a jump and told me to go to advanced auto across the street ? U sending me to your competitor? Well I got the battery from advanced auto part thank you manger lady!!

Was in town visiting family, when the day before I leave at 9pm my battery dies. We called this location and they stayed open past their closing time to help us out. Daniel and Bailey were extremely helpful and professional. They saved our trip home! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for car work.

I was waiting with no other customers in the store to be assisted. Not only was a person behind the counter there were three of them. It was like I was invisible for a good amount of time before being asked what I needed. But soon as a person that wasn t the same skin color as me walked in he got greeted right away. I just decided to not even get what I came for and take my business elsewhere. I will NEVER come back to this location! I will be sure that others know about the staff at this location.

I usually go to AutoZone for batteries. Always get the 3-year warranty. Friend of mine called, I met her at AutoZone. Tom was very friendly the new battery is up and running and the car is ready to go. Five stars all the way

Tom H. was awesome!He helped me out and let me borrow his tools so I could change my battery in my car (my car was not in an Auto Zone parking lot. Rather, I was parked with a dead battery about a 1/2 mile up the road).

Such a positive experience! I went into Autozone yesterday because I had a brake light out. I was greeted by all of the staff. I think it was Jamie that served me and was SUPER helpful. All I had to do was tell him the make and model of my car and in seconds he had what I needed. I was then unsure of how to replace the bulb so I asked him if he could show me...before I knew it he was already unscrewing the unit and done the job for me! Outstanding customer service, highly recommend

First time making an order online for pickup and the products i ordered said they were all in stock for this location. But when I went to pick it up, they didn't have one of the products in my order even though I called prior to check to see if my order was complete before picking it up, they told me yes. So the store associate said he would call another store to deliver the product next day. I called the next day and still not in stock. They offered to order the product for me but said there was no guaranteed time window on when they would get the order into the store. I said it's fine, I can wait a week for it but it seems like they would rather refund than order it for me than have me wait for the product to come in, which is annoying. And now I need to waste my time coming back to the store just to get a refund. Next time UPDATE your inventory online so that your location doesn't say you have a product in stock when you really don't. I wasted my time having to put in an online order. This is why everyone needs to call the store and have them double check for items in stock before you order anything. my time and gas is wasted having to go back and forth to the store.

Stopped last weekend to use the loaner tool system and get some parts. Rachel greeted me with a smile, and while it was clear she was new, she did a fine job. Positive attitude and a smile. We made 3 trips eventually, and all went smooth, easy, and uplifting. The world needs more people like her. Kudos and thank you. I hope this review makes it to the store.

so I rolled in thinking I needed a new starter or a alternator because I just got service on my van and my luck it just went out came in the front counter guy was very helpful and honest couldve sold me anything and I would had brought it but left with a new battery that they installed...

Worst customer service I have ever received. Pulled in because I needed a new battery. Shut my car off and walked in past an employee smoking at the entrance. Asked if they could check my battery. Came out to check it and said they couldn t check it because it s a Cadillac and they were getting sued for working on a battery on a Cadillac and that I would need to go to a dealership. At this point my car would not start because I needed a new battery obviously! I asked them if they could at least get it started for me so I could go to a dealership. She proceeded to tell me I could buy a battery charger but they could not jump me. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I wish I would ve got her name so I was basically stranded in their parking lot at the auto store! thank goodness there was an another auto parts store across the street! I Walked across the street to Advance auto parts. They walked across the street and jumped my car for me! The employee lady( I think she was a manager) took pictures of the nice employee from across the street as he helped me! I proceeded to go across the street and get a new battery put in by advanced auto parts! I will never go to another Auto Zone or let anyone I know go there again! Unbelievable!!

I went in for a new battery for my Toyota Highlander. The gentleman who helped me who was Daniel.N. he was such a good help. He went out and tested my battery and did a full system test. The experience was amazing and I absolutely will recommend Daniel to everyone that I know.
